    Ribeye

Food was good and why Longhorn remains a go to for a place to come for a relatively inexpensive steak dinner. It's rare to be able to find a ribeye for $25 and it did not disappoint. It's good to note - this location is generally very busy so plan accordingly.

Excellent dinner here tonight. After striking out at several other restaurants in the area this week during my trip I needed something dependable and predictable. Flo's Filet did the trick. My server Anna took great care of me as well! Enjoyed dinner and didn't mind a little old twangy country playing on the PA to give a little western vibe.

Yummy Ribeye Steak (12 oz), Steamed Broccoli, Strawberry Pecan Salad - husband had the NY Strip/Caesar/Loaded Baked Potato but I forgot to snap a photo of it and my sons kids cheeseburger. I did try some if the fries with his burger and they were fantastic. My entire meal was fabulous and my husband commented how much he liked their food and that they are consistently providing great food. It seemed louder than usually recall but they were packed house for a Monday Night. 12 oz Ribeye (Medium Well), Double Steamed Broccoli, and their Strawberry Pecan Side Salad. (The meal comes with a side salad and one side order, the normal choice is a chopped or Caesar salad so there was a slight up charge for this salad but so worth it. The dressing was sweet and tangy with just the right amount of spicy flavor which I was surprised but happy about, The broccoli had just the right amount of garlic/salt seasoning and the steak was cooked to perfection for me and tasted wonderful with very little fat surprisingly for a ribeye. The service was excellent as always and our only concerns was getting our impulsive kiddo to be still even though his food was ordered first and came out super fast he just wasn't willing to be still tonight but the staff were so kind to him and he enjoyed the his cheeseburger fries and chocolate milk.

Just left here with my family. I must it was such an amazing experience. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was Top notch. The best dining experience I've had in such a long time. Thank you Tony for taking excellent care of us. We will be back!

dear longhorn, where do we even begin. the gravity of this situation should not be overlooked. This was the best service i've experienced in all my 17 years of life. It was all due to our glorious goddess king joe he was the best server we could ask for. he fetched jake whom was on his deriod but it's okay his passion for singing happy birthday w his angelic voice brought a smile to his face. it truly made dear chomps birthday so special she shed a tear of joy.

This is the steak they brought for my salad topper. They couldn't be bothered to slice it! No peppered seasoning.

Went to LongHorn's last night, looking so forward to their Strawberry Salad, but with the Peppered Steak on it. There wasn't a line, and plenty of tables, so when the host tried to sit us at the first tiny 2-person ally seat, I said no, that won't work. Instead of going back to her chart to see who was available, she huffed and took me to the first available booth. Unfortunately, that waitress was already overwhelmed with all her tables filled and we made it worse. The Hostess should have better accommodated us. I'm claustrophobic and that tiny table shouldn't exist (I believe there are only 2 in the restaurant). So I ordered what I always do, an Entree Strawberry salad with the Peppered steak instead of chicken and the pecans and dressing on side. The girl put order in, and they brought me chicken. Meanwhile, my husband is almost thru with his strawberry signature salad upgrade, and his meal just came out. I snagged the person who brought it to me and told her it was wrong. Probably should have waited for waitress, but I didn't want to overwhelm her any more. So she wanted to take my whole plate away. I opened my napkins and used the clean forks to move it to my untouched bread tray and let her take the chicken back. A female black manager came over (I only say that so they know who she is), and confused me, what type of sirloin steak would I want on it. I'm like, I don't know, whatever is suppose to come on it - the black peppered. So instead, they cooked up a really crappy sirloin with no flavor and thin. I was looking forward to those thick, but thin slices of steak that go on the salad. Not only that, I had to slice it myself, and I can't slice it thin, as I have a fractured right elbow and movements affect my wrist as well. I cut 3 slices, and couldn't cut anymore. I told the waitress it was the worst steak I ever had there, and I was upset, and I upset her, which I apologized as it wasn't directed at her. She asked if I wanted to get the manager, at that point I had lost and wasn't going to be able to enjoy the salad I looked so forward to so I gave up. Manager never came to check on me. She chose for me a crappy sirloin that doesn't taste good on a salad and really wasn't cooked for a salad. NOT HAPPY! Very bad management. The waitress tried her best and she still got a good tip. Yes, I was still charged full price, plus $2.80 for the upgrade to steak. I don't mind paying when I get what I want. They shouldn't have charged the upgrade as it wasn't worth it. Waitress offered to take care of me, but she was so busy, felt it was the manager who should have made sure I was happy. She should know better than to give a tasteless cut of steak for a salad topper. Also, they should offer chicken, steak, salmon and shrimp as options for both of their entree salads! We don't mind paying more. This way "changes" are not screwed up! The strawberry salad itself was great. The waitress was kind enough to bring me some seasoning for the steak, but after it's cooked, it's just not the same as when seasoning sears in. I brought half of salad home and 3/4 of my steak. Photo below.

LongHorn is always a good dinner choice! We dined in on Sunday evening for a quick meal. Service was great and the food was delicious. Despite the restaurant being extremely crowded, we were seated quickly and served drinks and bread. Both steaks ordered were delicious and cooked as requested. There was a bit of concern regarding drinks - as we both had something in the waters served to us, but that was quickly resolved and we enjoyed the rest of our meal.

    Half a steak served, really?

The server was pleasant but very matter-of-fact when I asked about the lobster bisque, simply saying it was on the way. The lobster bisque was flavorful, though saltier than usual. K said the Caesar salad was average. The bread was fresh and warm, though I would have preferred butter instead of the tomato sauce (even though the sauce itself was enjoyable). Service was slow overall and the food took a while to arrive. The crab cake was fairly bready and fried dark, but acceptable. K said the 14-oz ribeye was well prepared. The crab Oscar was overly salty. The mashed potatoes and fried chicken were solid choices. I substituted broccolini for green beans for a $2 upcharge, and it was worth it. The piano player until about 9 p.m. on Friday night added a nice touch, and the restaurant is attractive inside.

My birthday is Christmas week and I typically don't go out as I simply would rather not have to deal with the anticipated crowds. And from the friendliness of the valet, to the near immediate greeting and seating upon arrival, Seasons52 truly made my birthday special. I honestly can't give enough kind words for our server Tori - she was a genuine treat! Professional, attentive, kind ... just a beautiful soul. Please acknowledge Tori for the kind human being that she is and the wonderful service she provides. And my steak - the 8 oz. filet - oh my! Easily one of the best I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. I savored every bite! Even the young guy at valet parking (wish I had gotten his name) was attentive and pleasant. To their credit, the staff did apologize and replaced the meal, and also offered a Caesar salad. However, the salad itself was not good and didn't really make up for the situation. The replacement entrée was fine--it tasted good--but by that point the experience was already affected. For a place like this, you expect a higher level of quality control and attention to detail. While they did try to fix the issue, finding something like that in your food is hard to overlook. Overall, just not the experience I expected for the price. Only good thing was my server he was excellent, I wish I could have remembered his name.

I was not as impressed with the brussel sprouts. They were larger than others I have eaten, and appreciated that. The underwhelming part was the small amount of sauce that covered them. Our server was nice, but appeared to be overwhelmed at times. She was sweet and did check on our group multiple times. My selection of Spaghetti Bosco was a solid one. The hand made spaghetti truly had a 'garden' feel with ample mushrooms, spinach, basil and sun dried tomatoes amongst other delicious ingredients. The roasted chicken was prominent and had good flavor. The delicious wedge of bread that came with my meal was not necessary, but highly appreciated! My co-workers gluten free meat filled pizza smelled amazing and was large enough to share and have leftovers. She had selected the restaurant for our dinner and frequented often. Our group sat at several connected tables near the kitchen area. The entrance had a sports bar feel with hi-boy tables and televisions featuring various games. Security was present and provided assurance that customer safety is paramount. The parking lot was well lit and offered adequate spaces in front and the rear of Parma and surrounding businesses. Various size groups and what appeared to be some regulars were peppered throughout the establishment. Would definitely return to sample the build your own pizza the next time I'm in the area.
