Food is outstanding, pricey, and service was lacking. If you want a good steak this is the place though.

The food is, once again, crap with pepper on everything, even my shrimp cocktail. And pepper in the cocktail sauce too. YUCK.

My wife and I ate here last night for the absolute last time. She ordered the classic ribeye steak, medium well. It came out on a plate of grease so thick I had to pick it up and place it on another plate. I ordered the fillet with lobster, medium rare. My steak came out to me looking exactly like it had been boiled! It was GRAY! No signs of it being on a grill to be found! Waitress and drinks were good, hostess was so/so. Good steak, alright price. Atmosphere was what you would expect. There was somewhat of a long wait. I wish that the bar area would have had a more inviting feel being we had to wait for almost an hour. The food was good though. Staff was very friendly and prompt once seated. Good food for a chain but somewhat pricey but overall pretty good.

We ate here on our way home from the beach. Food was good, service was slow. All total, including a 30 min wait, we were there for 2 hours for a "quick" bite. We've eaten here before and not had wait so long for everything....maybe it as just an off night? read more

Our server ignored us and did not acknowledge us at all there is a hostess that took our drink order and a lady named Carla she took or order and continued to check on us however our server was still MIA and only came to the table once she gave us the cold shoulder our entire visit however Carla was amazing and we will come back only because she was helpful and respectful and understanding that we were upset. Carla is amazing but the one who's section is by the restroom sign right in front of the computer in this booth whoever she is, not good at all and won't be sitting in her section again. Our lunch group ranges from 8 to 15 people, and this is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is always great and the service is excellent. Ask to be seated in Devin's section, he's the best. The Parmesan-crusted chicken is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. read more

Took over 10 minutes to be seated. We were the only party waiting and they weren't that busy. Multiple employees walked by without even acknowledging us. Finally were seated to wait 15 minutes without a server coming by. That was enough we left. Went to Outback and had great service with an exceptional meal. Probably won't be back. read more

I went to LongHorn last night with a group of friends, the place was packed. We ended up only waiting 30 minutes for a party of 6 which wasn't to bad. While we waited the bartender did awesome getting us drinks and he kept checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed for refills. When were seated our server was there quickly to get us any additional drinks or appetizers. The fresh potato chip appetizer came out hot and tasty along with warm bread. Our server seemed distracted with too many tables so she couldn't really keep up with all of our drink refills and requests. Everyone had a salad, mine was way over dressed with the House Dressing. The main meals overall were decent, nobody thought they were spectacular. I had the salmon, it was just alright, it was cooked fine, just lacked seasoning. The one thing that caught our eye was the overall sanitation score of 86, very scary. If you're going to go here I'd recommend a week night. read more

Went early so there was no wait for seating. Service was prompt and manager came by our table two times t see how we were doing. Had the grilled shrimp which were nicely done and quite tasty. Others at table had no gripes about their food and seemed to be satisfied with service and food. Will return. read more

The locals love it and we do too when traveling through. Come as early as you can to avoid a wait. It is great to have a glass of wine and we enjoy the food. It is recently renovated and there are often birthday celebrations to add a festive air. read more

I've visited this location numerous times and never had a problem. Yesterday tho, I was out with my family running errands and we decided to pop in and get a Steak. When our order arrived both steaks were wrongly cooked. After explaining to the server that we had asked for medium steaks she proceeds to explain to me their med-rare consistency. I reminded her we did not order medium rare. She then offered to place the steak back on the grill. After I had eaten it. I'm fairly certain that this violates health dept. codes. I also ordered loaded mash potatoes. But they failed to place the toppings on so she brings me a cold ramkin of potato toppings. Guess what they don't melt or blend because by this point the potatoes are cold. After this I just wanted to go. The manager then comes over and decides to re-explain what their medium rare is, even tho he says he is aware I didn't order that. I'm not sure of the point of this unless it was just to try and speak down to a customer. So then I had the pleasure of paying for food I didn't order. Finally getting to leave. read more

Excellent food. Best bartender in the world (day shift) and love the steaks, chicken fingers, and seared chicken.

We were passing through on the way to Miami and stopped here for dinner. We ordered 2 steaks and a chicken. None was great. We were seated next to the bar area and waited probably 40 minutes for our less than great food. We did receive a free appetizer being our first time ever to a long horn steakhouse. I really enjoyed my food and my server at longhorn. The only thing I saw that brought concerns to myself is the way the manager was treating the employees. I notice the small details a lot.. I noticed the exceptional service me and my husband were getting but I saw how the manager was talking to our server and I was appalled. The server has ask the manager a question and the way she responded back just totally put down the server down. I then ask our server the manager on duty & if they always treated them like that and she said her name was Megan. As we were eating our meal we all the sudden heard disrespectful Yelling so loud in the kitchen area it vocalized through the whole restaurant for at least 20 seconds. It sounded like the same woman who was rude to our server (the manager). Some of the servers looked embarrassed that this was heard through out the restaurant but kept on like it was normal. I love longhorns food but seeing how awful the management treat their staff makes me not want to come back to the Longhorn in Dothan. read more
