Casual steakhouse in Georgetown. It's a chain restaurant, but it's a good one. I come here every couple of months for the sirloin. The sweet tea is just right, not too sweet! The salads are always fresh, The dressings are house made and I love the while balsamic! And the cheesecake is delicious Anywho, if your in Georgetown, give this location a try. Good service and good food!

Last minute stop for an early dinner. We were seated immediately and waiter appeared quickly to take our order. Started with Chicken Tortilla soup which was spicy and very tasty. My partner had a Caesar salad which was very good. Filet for me with street corn side. Both were excellent. My partner had The Longhorn - a porterhouse and the street corn. He was very pleased with the steak quality and preparation. Dessert was strawberry shortcake - most of which went home. Very good service and food today.

I'm glad I've had a few chances to revisit the Longhorn over the past few months. I've found that they have a very reasonable and tasty lunch menu! I've tried the chicken sandwich (grilled for me, not fried), 7 pepper steak salad, and the cheeseburger. All were very well prepared and delicious! You get the main entree and a side, and all items on the lunch special are under $15. Service was good, and the vibe is always friendly! I think I'll stick with lunch & go elsewhere for dinner.

Overdue post but came here for dinner one night after shopping at the Outlet Mall and Cavendar's as we were heading back to the Killeen area. I decided to put us on the waiting list (online) because it indicated a 30 minute wait. When we got there, I notified the host and we waited about 15 minutes (it was a Friday night and busy). Service was friendly and helpful. Food was prompt and flavorful. Price was reasonable. Location is ideal (near the interstate). Recommend: Absolutely

    Perfect steak!

Update: BEST. SERVICE. EVER! Went here on a Saturday, around 6pm, must've just beat the rush because I sat down almost immediately, received exceptional service I wish I could remember my waitresses name to give her credit but it's been over a week and I'm just coming around to letting everyone know they were super fast! I mean our appetizers came out so fast, our steaks came out so fast we must've been there no longer than 30-45 minutes total. We got in and got out not to mention the quality of the food was great, what we got that isn't pictured was a New York strip with Parmesan crusted cheese on top and THAT was cooked beautifully. Major kudos to everyone on shift that night service was just impeccable. Also love how management always stops by to see how everything is going. I love visiting places feeling like they're a well oiled machine,

We came in at 5 o'clock on a Sunday and we immediately sat for a table for two. There were larger parties still waiting to be sat. Our server, as Esmeralda, was friendly and attentive to our every need. I ordered a ribeye, which came with a side and a salad. I opted in for the loaded baked potato in a Caesar salad. The complementary bread and butter came out quickly, later followed by the Caesar salad. Both were satisfactory. Once my ribeye and loaded baked potato arrived, I was amazed by the large size of the steak. It was so intensely juicy and flavorful. The loaded baked potato had the perfect amount of toppings. Only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that there was some grime left on my knife and fork before I used it. I will definitely becoming back whenever I am craving steak! Just be sure to make a reservation if you have a large party!

Not sure why the overall rating here is 3 stars. We love Longhorn. They do a great job with consistency and service. My favorites are the Flo's Filet, broccoli extra steamed on the side, and a Strawberry & Pecan salad ( without the grapes and oranges, with added cucumber). I also love the Parmesan Crusted Chicken - definitely enough to split or have leftovers. Our steaks are always perfectly cooked and I'm a ranch dressing snob and they make theirs homemade. This is our favorite steak place by far!

Usually, I get the chicken and dumplings. I was celebrating getting a new job so, I got the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the cut wasn't good. It was thin and had thick gristle, throughout. I assumed that I would need salt. I asked for flakey salt. The sweet waitress/bartender, brought me kosher salt in a nice container. The salt helped! However, the steak was too far gone to help. It was closer to medium and, again, the cut was bad. (Note: I didn't complain! I'm sure that if I would have, they would have done anything to correct it!) The positives? The green beans were AMAZING! Still a bit crispy and tasted great! The mashed potato's were good. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was wonderful! The service couldn't have been better! I love the bar side of Wildfire! The seating can be private or meant for people watching. It's very comfortable! All in all, this is the place to go! The service is always amazing! I didn't enjoy the ribeye but, I'm a steak snob. Wildfire will always be my "go to" spot! Sit in the bar area and you will get the best service! Edit to say that the regular bartender is fantastic! He always has been!

Awful customer service. Especially when making reservations…read more I go here a lot, because I like dry aged steak, but I can't get over the customer service around reservations. As a combat vet, I feel uncomfortable AF eating in the middle of a tiny and cramped dining room. The dining room is so small and packed here that I'm surprised that the fire marshal even allows that many people to be sat in there. Still, when I ask for a booth and say that I don't want to eat in the middle of that tiny dining room when I make a reservation, I find it odd to be sat in the middle of the dining dining room only to see that there's multiple parties that were just sat in booths and haven't even gotten their drinks yet--like, they were just sat before us (and we were on time for our reservation). I think you could have a little more respect for your customers is all. For that reason alone, you're not worth the price of your half-baked pretense in my opinion. You get a one-star for that reason alone. On the quality front, the ribeyes I get are more and more consistently riddled with connective tissue and are hard to eat, with a lot of waste. Not exactly the quality of meat cut one expects for the price. Sometimes they nail it, but I'd say at least a third of the time my ribeyes are almost half scrap. The quality seems to be diminishing since I first started frequenting this place. So, perhaps your supplier sucks. Idk. Pick your meat better if you want to demand higher prices. I think I'll stop coming back at this point. 2020 Market has good steak, too. Only I haven't dealt with so much connective tissue in my steak there. And also, I haven't had issues with my reservations there. So you lose me to your competition after having gotten so much money out of me. Consistent quality and customer service could maintain such consistent regular customers in your sales. What a weird way to lose customers. Your whole business is customer service and cooking food well. Do better.

The tequila sunrise was musky and the flavor of the tequila overwhelmed the rest of the drink. I really wanted to like this place! However, I spent $35 on a pretty pitiful brunch meal. The restaurant seating area and decor were all nice. The bathroom had no music and is small and cramped (you can't get paper towels without either blocking the door or a stall). I want to express my frustration and deep disappointment in our experience last night. We (wife, 11 yo daughter, and daughter's friend) arrived for our 7:45 reservation with pretty high expectations after a fun day in the waterpark. We got off to a fine start with our server, but I must say it went downhill after that. We ordered our drinks (1 tea, 2 lemonades and a wine). The NA drinks came quickly but my wife had to ask about the wine. We ordered a California roll and some crab cakes as apps - took longer than expected, but not anything I would have complained about in real time. We ordered a medium rare ribeye, an extra rare filet (so rare another employee came out and double checked that we wanted it blue) with bourbon mushrooms, cheeseburger, and the 3 side special. Side note: The server seemed somewhat disinterested, so much that the 2 11-year-old girls thought he didn't like my wife. When the food arrived, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the thin-cut of the ribeye-but it wasn't something that I would have complained about. It looked to be cooked properly. The filet looked good but when my wife cut into it, it was not even close to extra rare (oh and we only had 1 steak knife to cut 2 steaks so I had to ask for another steak and we were short a fork). We were willing to let that slide. Here's where it went downhill badly. My daughter's friend was about to take a bite when she noticed something. She picked out a hair. Not just a random hair but a small clump. It reminded me of a clump you might see when you pull out a pony tail rubbe rband and it was hair that was tangled up in the rubber band that you had to break off. As you might guess, that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went to the hostess stand and asked for a manager. 5 minutes later he showed up. He was pretty meek and reserved, heard us out, and went back to discuss with the chef (At that point, understandably, we had all lost our appetite. I was almost done with my burger but didn't finish that or any of my fries). Seemed like it took quite a long time to come back to discuss what the chef said. What stood out the most is the comment that no one in the kitchen had that color hair, as if they deep down thought it came from our table. Well, that didn't sit well with my wife. So, they remade the steak orders, which took longer than I would have expected, given the situation. During that time my wife ordered wine, which she again had to check the status on. The remake came and somehow the ribeye was even thinner. It reminded me of the size of ribeye you get in a value pack from the grocery store. If it was ¾" thick, I would have been surprised. Seemed to be cooked as requested. The filet was ruined. For some reason the side of bourbon mushrooms was not on the side this time. They dumped the mushrooms and gravy on the steak! Totally changed the whole profile of the steak and basically ruined it. I commented that to the server and he replied 'yeah I saw that but didn't say anything'. My wife asked him why he didn't say anything and he had nothing to say. She asked him if he had something to say and he remained quiet. He finally offered a weak apology. I did kind of feel bad for him as he wasn't the one that prepared the food, but overall his service and customer service was pretty weak.

It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended!
