This place was perfect to take our baby and dog. We sat on the patio with misters so it was perfect. The service was a bit slow, but we appreciated the honestly when they said they were short staffed. The prices were expected and we enjoyed the food we ordered. We live close by so we will definitely come back!

This spot is basically the best of both worlds during the day it's a small pub style eatery and then at night it kind of turns into a nightclub if you're lucky our server was really sweet... we had a group about 15 so I know she was stressed out, but she did an amazing job. Definitely a nine out of 10 would definitely recommend the wings are very crispy. Well seasoned and really good did not however like the pizza so don't waste your time. The crust was soggy but everything else is really good. If you want all your liquor order a shot, but that's generally the rule of thumb lol you know I'm here for a good time at a long time. Try it out I think you'll like it.

I have traveled all over these fine continental United States for the Operating Room for over 10 years and Yelp has ALWAYS been my go to in each new state and city for everything from Mexican to Mechanics,Colorists to Coffee Houses and Burgers to Beauticians..I give The Lookout 5 EFFIN STARS for outstanding food(portions took me 2 days to finish..lol)as well as going ABOVE and beyond in the customer service department (Mad props and big shout out to Todd..who,when Grub Hub(now deleted)said they delivered $100 worth of quality burgers I never received not only remade my order but hand delivered it to me at my gate)..Patronize the sh#t out of this quality establishment each and all who read this..you will not..I am respeating it for everyone in the cheap seats..YOU WILL NOT regret it

My roommate and I came here for New Year's Day brunch. This is a great place for sports fans, as there are wall sized screens for viewing games. I ordered their double smash cheeseburger on gluten-free bun, with fries. Both were excellent. My roommate ordered their impressive double smashed burger topped with cheese, pulled pork, bacon, and mac and cheese- so much food, we had to take home half of the order. Atmosphere is very casual, service is efficient and friendly, and the prices are really good for the quality and quantity of the food.

Awesome Steeler bar in north Phoenix. Food and service were great and they were packed. Clean bathrooms. Great menu variety. Plenty of TVs including outside, where we sat. Def recommend reservations on game days - by the time the game was about to start, there was a line out the door.

A fun Steelers bar with plenty of tv's. I ordered the chipotle chicken rice bowl and overall it was just ok. The service was quick and very accommodating as we watched the games on tv. I'd be back when in town but I'd order something else next time.

It's time to bust these guys out for the season. Thanks for the Swag. See Ya soon Phx. Here We Go Steelers. Here We Go

Decided to try this place after a good strenuous hike. Walked in and the restaurant was pretty busy to start but we found seats instantly at the bar. Greeted right off the bat and got our drinks rolling so we could figure out the food. The menu is quite small and not much on it for a lunch menu but that was ok. Sometimes it's great to be basic and not have pages and pages to decide from. The beer and drinks were spot on and the burger/fries were delicious and hot the spot. The bar area was in the middle of the restaurant and bordered inside and outside which made it cool and comfortable. I can see myself going here again especially after another hike!

I will change my review when ownership speaks to me about the pizza and explains why they thought it was a good idea to change it. They just changed it , and it's awful. This isn't pizza. Dave portnoy would give it MAYBE a 1/10 rating if I'm being completely honest. I would be willing to bet $10,000 that the executive chef Connor did not approve of this new pizza , there's no way. This came from the top, from someone in ownership, who thinks they know what good food is. Holy smokes yall... I have spent close to $2,000 here this year and I'm disappointed as heck.

The late night crowd is definitely from the higher number avenues. This was a fun spot to hang out about a year ago but it's gotten not as fun as it used to be, mainly due to the late night crowd who now goes there. The service is good and the bartenders are attentive and nice. Music is also a good hip hop mix but I'm not sure how everyone who is there unfortunately found out about it. Daytime vibe is more like a sports bar and their buffalo chicken wrap is excellent. Great location and a lively sports bar during the day and the only neighborhood night club at night.

Welp....this last visit definitely made up our mind about coming back to Lookout Tavern. We've been going every few months for the last few years for trivia on Wednesday, and I have NEVER seen a restaurant go through so many changes that negatively impact customers. First, the Happy Hour is no longer extended until 7p on wednesdays and the Happy Hour Menu is a fraction of what it used to be to be. Second, the overall menu changed every time we've visited, and it seemed like portions have gotten smaller while prices have gone way up. I understand the need for higher prices due to supply and demand, but $18 for a buffalo chicken wrap that comes with barely 1 1/2 pieces of chicken is ridiculous. Even my husband's buffalo chicken salad had HALF of the chicken it use to yet was more expensive than our last visit a few months ago. Lastly, management continues to ask for feedback and I really have to wonder if they use it. The place is constantly busy so I can't imagine they're really hurting so bad that they have to continue to increase prices and remove value for customers to come back. The only saving grace is their staff which we've always appreciated. The servers are so very nice and provide a high level of service to each table they're assigned.

Alex P. did an awesome job. She was very friendly, and attentive with a great sense of humor. The food is very good. Great pulled pork and the smash burgers are to die for. Try the pizza too! Love the music, not to loud and easy to have a conversation. We will be back.

Went there on Sunday to introduce Mom to the place as it is one of my sons' favorite place. She commented on how nice the exterior looked and we told her how we like the patio on cool fall and winter days to watch baseball and football. Yesterday was too hot, so we sat in a booth. The manager (I think) greeted us right away and put the Dbacks game on for us. The food was great, their menu change has livened up some of the dishes. We started with the pretzel bites and they were just right. Mom is a big stickler for greasy food and she said they were just right. She had the bison burger, my son had the Big Dill, and I had the plain old American style burger. The drinks were flavorable and the experience all around was great. Definitely a place to hit up when the weather warrants outdoor seating for catching a game. Check out our video review on our Facebook page - Gawin Ventures. Like and Follow!!

Also one of my drinks I had to send back. My apple martini tasted like soap. It was like they did clean the glass after giving a soap bath. No bueno. So they need to get their service to match the vibe of a true cocktails lounge. Yes it is a 70s vibe but doesn't mean the lackadaisical style service. I would come back and try again. If I lived in phoenix, I'd be a regular for sure They opened during Covid and are relatively new but they got all their cocktail drinks on lock. Every drink we've had has been amazing! This bar also has live music on saturdays, trivia's and game nights. In fact, at every table, they have a deck of cards against humanity. At the entrance they also have a variety of other games like connect four, jenga and such. Lavender fog: great balance of lavender and earl grey tea! The foam is the best creamy touch to the drink. I feel in a relaxed daze when I have this drink. I think it's the most special one here. It was even featured on a magazine! Pour favor: I don't like mezcal but this was nice. The mango puree was prominent which I loved and was well complimented with sour and spice. This drink style is a little more commonly found in other bars too which is probably because it's popular! Indoor smoking: smoky, cool and well done twist in the old fashioned. They prepare it in such a cool way with the smoking process and the delivery is great. SMOOTH old fashion. It was alcohol forward but I didn't feel any burn that I normally get from any common old fashion. It also had the best citrus aftertaste The sunny slope sour: great if you love whiskey sour. I loved this drink the pear and peach made the whiskey taste less harsh. One of the better renditions of whiskey sours I've had My brightside. Bitter but works so well with watermelon! Refreshing, balanced and delicious. I typically don't love Negronis but I loved this rendition. The nanny: mezcal espresso martini that was also well done. You can also taste raspberry and chocolate every sip Mulled wine: hot wine with spices that I argue was better than the mulled wines I've had in Europe. All the spices and aromas were so complex yet cozy for a chilly night! The bartenders treat their regulars well and seem to really have a great community here. So that was a waste. Not a dig on the dish, just a personal thing I wish I had more notice of. There were other issues though. The wine list was exceptionally small, They were out of the bread, which is supposedly a must-try. And then we were going to get the steak but the folks next to us advised against it, showing their cut that had zero fat. They said it was leather. On that point, the tables are SUPER CLOSE. Like, a couple inches apart. You hear everything and almost can't avoid getting entwined into others' conversation. We liked the people we were next to, but be aware that it's an unintentionally awkward communal experience that's not well-suited to a date night. The service was pretty good, they put out a nice printed greeting with the reservation name, and give you a sparkling wine toast. But considering the price and overall experience we had, I'd pass and not come back.
