Finally got to try this place after driving by it so many times! It's a small and cute little place inside, very clean. There's some parking to the side that was useful as we were just ordering to go. We ordered a dozen empanadas which we were told would be a 10-15 minute wait. The wait became more like 20+ minutes which didn't bother us a bit, but they were apologetic for the bit of a longer wait, explaining to us that a few of the ones we ordered had burst while cooking so they had to restart a few of them. They gave us an apple pie empanada with dulce de leche on the house as a result, which was super kind of them (and it was delicious). I was impressed with the customer service and the fact that they hold themselves to a high standard and wanted to remake the ones that had burst in the middle of cooking. Once our order was ready they gave us a bag of sauces as well, hot sauce, chimichurri to go with the beef and consommé to go with the birria. As for the empanadas, they were delicious. Hot and crisp and delicious. The dough was perfectly cooked, with a nicely bubbly crust, each empanada fully packed with great flavor, for the ones I got to try: mushroom, spinach, beef, and birria. I didn't get a chance to try the Al pastor or soychorizo as they got eaten pretty quickly at the little party we brought these to, but I'll definitely be back to make sure I do get to try them and some of the other flavors!
