Decided to try this place because its no too far from home... I wish I never set foot in this place, first off the women were extremely rude, they first spoke to me in spanish and when I responded in English their faces changed like I was an inconvenience or something. I asked for asada fries with no pico de gallo, and an all meat burrito with added beans, they did none of that. First timer here, but I've heard good things. Called ahead and ordered 3 large burritos. Carnitas, lengua, and carne asada. The nice lady on the phone asked if I wanted everything. So I asked what everything was. Meat of choice, rice, beans, cilantro, onions, green salsa and guacamole sauce. Yes please gimme it all! Sadly there wasn't any green salsa or guacamole sauce in any of the burritos. There was a self serve condiment bar that I refused to touch! This is a pandemic, people! By far the worst customer service I've had in Rancho Cucamonga. As I was placing my order the lady kept saying what else...what else...as I was explaining how I'd like my meal. Example, wanted an all meat burrito with just meat and added beans. What I got was meat/onions/cilantro/missing beans. Just one of multiple wrongly prepared food. I loved the this place, but as of today I will not be returning, mind you I eat hear at least once a month. Nope I order the taco special which is 4 mini tacos and a medium drink for $6.99 which I feel is a fair price. They could raise it another $.50 and I'd be okay with it...nope she charge me for the special and I asked to upgrade the drink size which is a $.50 difference. I'm all for hole-in-the-wall, unassuming locations....as long as the food tastes good. Unfortunately, this was the only taco place open nearby on my quest to find something quick on my way home. I would have been better off eating Jack in the Box across the parking lot. Fish tacos, salsa, and guacamole were extremely bland. Carne asada was greasy and bland as well. We tried adding salsa, cheese, lime juice, salt and any other condiments we could at home. Nothing worked and none of us finished our meal. Never again!!! read more

Yes I'm Mexican and yes I don't know Spanish, my mother doesn't know it either and her mom had 9 kids and didn't teach any of them Spanish, it was her second language not her first, same with her parents. I've been here plenty of times! Yes it reminds you of Mexico when you go in there, but that just means what you are getting is authentic! It's always clean and service is always great. Food wise. 5 stars all the way. I've had their tacos, sopes and of course their big ole burritos filled with all the best & fresh ingredients. Their shredded chicken is just wonderful, plain wonderful and the beans, oh the beans. Delicious!! Mexican food is my absolute favorite and I always keep coming back here. I've read some previous comments and saw that a lot of people complained about the customer service. I havent had a bad experience and I've been coming for a few years now. however I can see why they might come off as rude when I dont think theyre trying to be. Horrible food quality ordered a carne asada burrito , tasted old and the meat was tiny micro size pieces , hole in a wall location , don't even greet you when you walk in and prices weren't cheap either . Anytime I want fresh delicious Mexican in rancho I come here. They offer everything tacos torta taquitos tamales I could go on and on. The place is small so eating there isn't always an option. I usually just sit in my car. The prices are reasonable and the employees are nice here and fast! They do have another location not sure if it's the same owner on archibald but I don't go to that location because of poor staff service and cleanliness. Anyway this location on arrow is great I come at least 1-2 times a week for lunch and definitely menudo on Sunday!! I went in there to get a carne asada burrito. I left being and feeling humiliated. I didn't see the lady making my burrito put any salsa or beans, so I kindly asked the person ringing me up if they still added beans and salsa because I didn't see the lady put any inside the burrito. The lady ringing me up asked the lady who made my burrito if she had added beans and salsa to the burrito because I didn't see her do it. I told the cashier that it was okay, that I probably just missed her doing it. Then the lady who made my burrito asked the person ringing me up for the burrito back and started to open it. I told her there was no need that it was fine. She opened up the burrito Anyway with an attitude after I told her it was OK and got a big spoonful of beans and threw it in there and said "is this enough beans". She tossed them in there with an attitude being rude and a smart ass even after I clearly told her it wasn't necessary to open the burrito that I would take it like that! Mind you. She did this in front of like 10 customers and the cashier. Everyone looked at her in shock. I didn't step down to her level so I just thanked the person ringing me up and said I wasn't taking the burrito. She embarrassed me. Made me feel humiliated. Last but not least. I am 33 weeks pregnant and was treated like complete trash. That is why I chose to just leave. I wasn't going to have a fit and jeopardize my baby. I always go in to get a burrito de Asada you have two different size options I get the small because I'm going to get some tacos de tripa also. The line is usually long at lunch time but the ladies here move quick. I saw that they have a torts de Chile relleno and now they also have a wet burrito.
