Ordered 2 large pizzas and some wings along with appetizers, waited almost an hour, never called out our name when the food had come out even though they were randomly calling out names and just had us sit and wait. If we hadn't asked the cashier if our food was ready, we'd have just sat there waiting. Horrible experience due to them being understaffed and inattentive. While I'm glad that they are staying busy and doing well, food was mediocre and I'll never come back here or recommend them to anyone. read more

Delicious pizza, subpar service, took a LONG get our food and not a lot of concern about it. COVID culture or poor staffing choices?

Pizza (ham and a cheese) was good, spaghetti (angel hair with plain tomato sauce) and meatballs (not homemade) are okay. We ordered take out. You order at counter and they bring your food to your table. Probably would not go back again only because there is so many other restaurants to go to around the area. read more

Called in order. Arrived to pick it up 30min later and was told it would be 10 more min. After 15min I was told 6 more minutes. After 15min again I was told 6 more minutes. I asked the employee if this is acceptable service and he started laughing at me. I watched them finish my order and half of it had been sitting on the side for over 30min and now cold. The pizza was nothing special. I hope the owner understands what these high school kids are doing in his store and how they treat customers. I would have fired a number of them immediately. While we waited an hour and a half for our pizza, we contemplated on why it was called lost. We've come to figure that day must be because your pizza gets lost after they made it before they deliver it to your table. If waiting an hour and a half for pizza when it comes out, it should be at least hot. I don't know what their kitchen processes is, but the quality of pizza does not justify the weight, we will go to the numerous other places in the area with far superior pizza and better service. read more

My family and I love this place so much that we have made it a point to visit the Lost Pizza on our annual trip to Florida at least once a trip! The food is incredible and we have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for it to come out! I will forever give this place a 5/5 stars!!! read more

What a train wreck. Had to wait 30 minutes just to get to the cash register to make my order. And there were only 3 people ahead of me in line ! The employees here move so slow , you'd think they were stuck in quicksand. It was an odd , uncomfortable environment. I finally got to the cash register and the lady alerted me that it would be at least an hour wait just to get one pizza. I bailed. Not worth the effort although I had already lost 30 minutes of my time. Looking around at peoples tables , the food didn't look special at all. Generic , commercialized nonsense. Pizza was "slap" per the kids. We enjoyed the "kujo" pizza large. It filled me and my husband and we had left overs for lunch or late night snack later. The kids pizza was fluffy and the devoured it. You stand in a long line only to speak to a cashier who doesn't know the menu to find out they're out of pizza dough and wait 45 minutes for a tasteless meal. The spaghetti sauce was nothing more then pizza sauce. The prices were extremely high and the Lost Pizza Co should stay lost. read more

This place is AMAZING!! I'm a local and go there quite frequently, while visiting I always have to get the cauliflower pepperoni pizza. It's always fresh, fast, and delivered to my table with the best service. The manager, Jessica, is always one of my favorites to see. She is friendly, excellent with customers, and such a great person all around. I always see her jump into action whenever a customer is in need and it seems the other employees love her as well. Will always be a regular with this great staff. read more

Pizza is good with great cheese. Large menu with sandwiches and salads plus appetizers and full bar. However, bone-in wings were so small they probably came from a pigeon. read more

Our first stop when we got to Miramar Beach. Love the atmosphere. The manager was super nice! We ordered the cheeseburger pizza which was delicious! Great variety of beers to try. We will definitely be back before we leave to go back to Kansas City. read more

We had high expectations based on the information from their website. They advertise "custom built pizzas" and "choose your crust." Well, we tried that and were told they only have thin crust today. I guess "custom built" means about the same as it does as pizza hut. I give it 3 stars because the toppings were good quality. read more

The atmosphere is super cool and even though they are understaffed like every where else, we received our food super fast. I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to wait an additional 45 min for pizza when the people we were eating with had theirs, they refused to give me a full refund. Only has thin crust just for FYI but that's our favorite so......they will also do half & half if you keep base sauces the same. We had the all meat (which included chicken, what a bonus) and veggie lovers which included artichokes...yum! Service was great and beer too. Best cauliflower pizza!!!!!!! Husband is gluten free and this pizza is SO good you won't notice it's cauliflower. They use a local delivery service- Butler Delivery- instead of Door Dash and they were also excellent! Highly recommend both, we're impressed and happy read more

Place looked very clean and inviting to eat inside. I ordered takeout which was quickly made. I got back to the hotel and enjoyed the delicious pizza. I had the Otis individual thick crust. I highly recommend if your a meat lover pizza person. I also had the chip and queso. The queso tasted great. Chips also tasted good, but the only thing i wish that would change is the chips being a little thicker. Other than that i highly recommend ordering takeout or dining in. read more

The pizza was fantastic, delivered actually quicker than 1st estimated. Only negative was that the wings were tiny, and had almost no meat. The sauce was tasty but again no meat. I walked in hopeful for a great experience but when my dad ordered with no mask on so they should be able to hear they didn't get my order and I didn't get my pizza until 30 minutes after the rest of my family finished and my pizza wasn't even that good. Don't recommend to dine in. Took over an hour to get our food. They "ran out" of thick crust.. whatever that means. They prioritize to go and online orders above in restaurant customers. Nice spot if you're drinking and hanging out but don't come here if you're hungry. read more

We had high hopes based on reviews but wouldn't go out of our way to order pizza here again. Kids said the pizza "stunk" and it did smell strongly of parmesan cheese. The kid on the phone said 30-45 minutes till it was done and we got at text within 20 minutes. Good thing we showed up early or our pizza would have been sitting at the restaurant for 10-20 minutes getting cold. Need to better estimate takeout pick up times. Fokkers Pub in Ft.
