I actually really liked everything I got here. Its easily accessible on the Grand Wailea property. It seems steadily busy at all hours of the day, but the staff is hustling & getting the food out relatively quickly. When we went they were having a collab with Erewhon so it was kinda cool so see some of their items in store since we don't have it here in Hawaii. I gave it 4/5 stars more so for the price point- everything is resort prices but its hard because theres not many other places to go. But a small bottle of hard liquor (like 4-6oz) was like $30 something, which is craaazy.

Walked to Loulu from the Shops at Wailea parking lot. The employees were so kind and took extra time to make our ice cream beautiful. Grand Bliss: Cosmic Bliss® Soft Serve, Açai, Kula Strawberries, Banana, Blueberries, Housemade Granola, Honey,Coconut Chips, Açai Drizzle Love and Lava: Cosmic Bliss Soft Serve, Banana Jam, Candied Macadamia Nuts, Dragon Fruit and Kula Strawberry Compote, Sea Moss Gel, Blue Majik Spirulina Powder

We ordered the ham, egg white, and cheese croissant sandwich along with the chocolate croissant at Loulu. It was delicious and exactly what we were craving. It is on the pricier side, and the wait was quite long; I ended up sitting by the pool for about half an hour before my boyfriend could join me. Still, it's a great spot to visit if you're staying at the resort.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low here! We've stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the coffee is good and the pizza was literally SO good. Like easily one of the best pizzas i've had in a while. we went at 8:30 and service was good. it's not the best for a dinner vibe of sitting and chatting, it's a store with outdoor seating, but i would easily come get some pizza again and take it up to the room or to the pool.

This is very much a i don't want to leave the resort and i'm willing to overpay for mediocre food type of place. You are paying for convenience plain and simple. Everything is overpriced but to be honest that's to be expected. We ate here every day because we had a bunch of resort credit but if we didn't we would go elsewhere. They are open really early so it's a decent option to get a coffee but top tip.... if you plan to take a stroll a long the beach there is a coffee stand right on the pathway directly to the right of the Grand Wailea The food here is hit or miss... the sandwiches were actually pretty terrible and the smoked salmon flatbread was probably the best thing we tried. If you don't mind the walk it's probably a better idea to walk over to the Wailea shops to the Vintage market to pick up some quick bites.

A decent spot for food and snacks inside of Grand Wailea. It's outdoor patio seating only, but the seating offers a good view of the resort. The prices are high, but that's what you would expect for something located in a higher priced resort. They also offer Erewhon products which are known for their high cost. The food is decent and the best items are the loco moco, açaí bowl, and soft serve.

Do everything you can to stay away from this place when visiting the resort. Complete money trap because they have a captive audience as the only real quick bite option on the entire campus. Overpriced, not just a little, a lot. A can of coke costs 7 dollars and that's probably the cheapest item in the store. Fruit and yogurt bowl was 1 strawberry split 4 ways and a scoop of granola. The sandwich meat isn't made there, the pastrami is just standard Oscar Meyer tasting lunch meat pastrami, but that sandwich will cost you 21 dollars with no sides! And the selection is awful too. Their prepacked items are the same 4 lazily made sloppy sandwiches, the salads are 85 percent lettuce and over 20 dollars with no protein, even the selection of chocolate, it's ALL dark chocolate. So if you even want chocolate they have 5 different kinds of dark, zero milk or white or just other options. Super frustrating experience to find a snack here. Its a racket. And absolute racket. People who work there are cool tho. But this entire concept needs a complete overhaul. It's the most egregious example of "they're already here so charge whatever you want" in the United States. Worse than airports or stadiums. That's how tough this spot is. See my photo of the poke bowl. I could forgive the cost and selection if they actually made excellent food. This is the most I've ever spent on a poke bowl in my life and they couldn't be bothered to cut the raw tuna down to chewable bites. Not to mention connective tissue and suet stringing 5 different chunks together in my photo. Erewohn prices, Aldi product.

We got the love & lava sundae and it was fabulous. We have been back everyday since. Tess has helped us everyday and she is amazing. The best part this trip was definitely Tess and this sundae.

This is a nice little store/Cafe in the Grand Wailea. My husband and I liked to come down for a latte in the morning or a cold drink after a long day of swimming or a walk on the paths behind the resorts. They had a great offering of food too (although we stuck to beverages). We did pick up some snacks to enjoy on our lanai looking at the sunset.

They open at 6am. Prepare to wait in line since it seems quite a few people are Up and At 'Em Early because of the time difference from where they are from. Folks from the East Coast are probably up at 3am since it's 9am on their side of the world. I'm from the West Coast so we were up at 5am easily every morning since it's 8am at home for us. There is nothing open at 5am by the way. Service is really good. Folks here are trying to help you as fast as they can. Loulu's has a bunch of options. They have a refrigerator case with grab and go items plus all kinds of cold drinks. They also have beer, wine and liquor options too. Loads of snack items like muffins, fruit, chips, cookies, crackers, etc... And they have Hot / Made to Order options too. Breakfast bowls, sandwiches, pizzas, etc... Their hot coffee... Honolulu Coffee... is HOT and good. It helped knock the jet lag off the fuzzy brain... that and walking all over. I liked the Farm Vegetable Panini so much I got it on 2 occasions! That carrot roll is amazing and the dish is loaded with lots of kale and mushrooms so I felt really good about filling up on breakfast. They also carry some local cookies... Maui Cookie Lady. I highly recommend this splurge. So Ono! Hold onto your hats folks... this place is not inexpensive. Like everything at the Grand Wailea... it's pricey. For 2 large coffees, 2 breakfast meals, a banana and a muffin... it was $64. If you are looking to save a few dollars, I'd suggest heading to the Island Market next door (off property) at The Shops at Wailea for less expensive options. On property... your other options for breakfast are Room Service or Ikena.

This is the only convenient place for take out breakfast or lunch at the Grand Wailea, but oh you will pay for that convenience. There are lots of food options like pastries, sandwiches, breakfast bowls, etc. along with coffee and espresso. And they make it so easy for you to charge to your room. But for us three drinks, a pastry, and a breakfast bowl was close to $60. It was all good, just can't do that every morning. Lots of seating right outside Loulu or just take back to your room or pool seats. Service was always friendly to us, we appreciated their smiles in the morning!

I'll echo what a lot of people are saying and this is unfortunately a mediocre food/drink restaurant for what is a very VERY un-mediorce resort. I would have expected the food here to be a lot better for their prices and the standard of other things at the resort. Short and simple, I think it's fine for decent food but don't expect the quality to match anything else at the resort.

Literally $18 peanut butter and jelly. $12 for a can of sparkling water with no advertised prices. Long lines, slow service, and the table area is filthy with trash.

Food is ok and a lot of it is pre done in the fridges. Most of the food is way over priced but it is at the Waldorf so it is to be expected.

I was already doing the math and thinking , "Eh, we might be here awhile." But nah, good timing. People were finishing up, bussing tables, and bam, maybe 20-30 minutes tops. Not bad at all. While we was waiting, they come out with waffle samples for everyone in line. I mean... who does that? That's how you keep people from getting all hangry. Instant good vibes, the whole line outside was just smiling and waiting patiently. Finally get seated and both the hostess and waitress were super nice--real friendly, no rush, no attitude. In the front they had mushroom soup on the specials board, so we figured we go sample um. I had them bring a cup of soup out to start along with my wife's coffee. Gotta be honest--when I dipped my spoon in, I was already judging. Looked kinda thin, not creamy like other mushroom soups I've had. I was thinking, "Ahh here we go." Took one spoonful and immediately had to humble myself. That soup was money. Like, stop-talking-and-just-eat. My wife tried it and confirmed that this soup was "winnahs" . Deep mushroom flavor with the right amount of seasoning. It also came with a little piece of focaccia toast which I would have really enjoyed but had to take my wife's word for it since she ate um all . Should've ordered the bowl. Rookie mistake. For my main, I went with the original eggs Benedict. Portions were a little on the small side, but with the roasted potatoes, I was good. Didn't leave hungry, didn't need to loosen the belt--perfect middle ground. My wife got the strawberry waffles and yeah... those were legit. She's not a syrup person, so she asked for more whipped cream. The waitress comes back with a little mountain of whipped cream in the little silver ramekin. All in all, solid spot. Friendly people, ono food, and little touches that make you feel taken care of. We will be heading to Cafe Kaila again to try some other stuff like the "chicken and waffles", and next time, I'm not playing around with the soup. Bowl, Garans.

Not only they aesthetically pleasing, it makes the perfect light breakfast/snack. They've recently added fresh lychee to their bowls and it is a game changer. I'm salivating just thinking about it. Bottom line: Island vintage is a staple when on the island and no trip is complete without it. Pro tip: order online to skip the really long lines!

The menu is simple and straightforward, offering classic matcha drinks along with a few signature options. We tried the Honey Lavender and the Honey Cinnamon, and both were really good. The Honey Lavender stood out--it had a sweet, floral flavor that blended with the matcha in a way that oddly reminded me of Fruity Pebbles (in a good way!). The Honey Cinnamon was tasty too, though the cinnamon was a bit overpowering and took over most of the drink's flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations, which made the experience even better. I'd definitely recommend anyone staying at the resort to give it a try and locals should stop by too if you're in the area and craving a solid matcha.
