    I bought a set of American Racing wheels along with two new tires for my van, and I went in excited…read moreabout what was a substantial investment in my vehicle. I also purchased brand-new black lug nuts so the entire setup would look clean and finished. Unfortunately, the service experience was very disappointing. When the work was completed, my brand-new wheels looked like they had been handled very roughly. The lug nuts looked worn as if they were years old, and my center caps had visible scuffs and surface damage. It appears the wheels were treated very aggressively during installation. The service manager who took my order also did not seem to listen carefully to my requests about how I wanted the wheels positioned and mounted on the van, which caused confusion and delays. I had previously left them a low score, and this is an updated review. I gave them more business hoping that this time things would improve, but I am even more disappointed with the outcome. Overall, I feel that my investment in new rims and tires was not respected, and the service quality did not meet the standard I expected. I feel that the damage caused during service outweighed the value of the work performed, and I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

    I got a flat tire. I went back to the place I originally bought it from (big box store down the…read morestreet) but they don't carry my tire size in stock and he didn't even see them on back order. He called Discount Tire for me to see if they carry my size in stock - I have a small sedan - and they did. This was right around 5:30 pm. I was stressed about the time since Discount Tire closes at 6:00 pm. When I finally got to Discount Tire around 5:45 pm I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming attitude of every employee I encountered ... I expected them to be bummed and maybe not have a great attitude that a person (me) showed up so late, right before closing. It was a great experience and I am so appreciative that they not only got me back on the road but did it with a professional and uber courteous manner. To the owner - whoever is in charge of your hiring, keep them. Your staff is wonderful. Every young face was friendly, professional and had a great attitude. I checked out on 6-16-26 at 6:16 pm.

    I was having a slight vibration at speed and another tire shop couldn't and really didn't care to…read morerectify it so I made an appointment at Discount tire. I arrived 10 mins early and had to wait about 5 mins to be helped. Once I was helped the service was spot on, I explained the situation and what service I would like and they were happy to accommodate me. I was in and out in 40 mins and the problem was solved.     I wasn't going to do this because I don't like talking down to people, however I personally used…read morethe reviews from Yelp to contact these guys so I feel obligated to share my own experience. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

We dropped our vehicle off at 11:00 AM for a simple oil change and a cooling system check. After a massive two-hour diagnostic delay, we were left sitting in our other vehicle in 103°F weather for an additional 45 minutes with absolutely zero updates from the staff. The repair quotes were incredibly sketchy and inconsistent. We were first told it was a simple hose repair, but then a different employee called quoting over $1,000 for a full radiator replacement, claiming a "miscommunication." The price magically dropped to $750 only after I pushed back on unnecessary parts they tried to upsell us on. To top it off, corporate customer service explicitly assured us over the phone that we could look up and use our store credit account at checkout. When we went to pick up the car, the system blocked it, the store manager was nowhere to be found, and the employee left upfront was given zero managerial support to fix the glitch. Because corporate phone lines were closed and management abandoned their own staff, an elderly senior on a fixed income was forced to pay the entire $750 out of pocket. An absolute breakdown in management, mechanical competency, and basic customer service. Take your vehicle somewhere else.
