The staff is so friendly, and they do an excellent job. Shout out to Lisa and Fong, and there are some others who have helped me in the past whose names I cannot remember- but I know that whoever does my nails, they will do an incredible job! They are very accommodating, and I have found that even when they are busy, they have found a way to squeeze in my nail appointment (without sacrificing quality). And you said is cuz your nails are so long i don't want them to brake . And i told you . First time trying this place out. Got a refill and pedicure. I wanted a certain look I found on Pinterest. But Lin? I think was her name? Suggest I do not ? Honestly...honestly..... if "I" the customer want a certain look and will pay for it , I don't understand what the problem is? If I ask for a certain look I expect it! At first she was a bit aggressive, grabbing my feet and cutting the cuticles, I believe that's how you get a cut, Thank god I didn't. But she treated my feet as though she hated her job . It wasn't till later, when I started having a conversation with her; that her demeanor changed. I get it! they might want to have a conversation? but when I get pampered is my only time for relaxation. Anyways aside from that this place could use a cleaning, there is a lot of clutter behind the chairs and dust all at the bottom of their massage chairs. It's pretty hard to miss since the bottom of the chairs are white. I like walking to an establishment that's clean. It puts in question of how clean are they with their instruments? I was super torn on making this review because I truly did enjoy my experience at Love Nails. The staff was nice, they got me in and out quickly, and I loved how my mani looks in general. BUT there were a couple things I wanted to point out. 1) My big toe nail polish was all bumpy and they should've redone it to look good. 2) The underneath of my manicure looks so bad. I think the best testament to Love Nails' craftsmanship is that I can go up to ELEVEN WEEKS in between fills without a single nail lifting, chipping, or peeling. My nails are super grown out, but otherwise look amazing. The designs are still detailed, my cuticles are clean, my nail beds look healthy. I attribute it to Love Nails' quality work. Not only is the work of high quality, but the technicians at this salon are honest, accommodating and genuinely kind people. Was so excited to hear on ig that Love Nails was opening! Immediately texted the number they posted to book an appointment and got a fast response. Right when I arrived at 10am, everyone was setting up the outside stations. The stations are limited (4 of them) all distanced 6ft or more. Hong immediately sat me down and got my design requests. Throughout the whole appointment, everyone was super nice whether asking if it was too hot or if I needed a water. The nail station has a plastic guard to protect you and the nail tech. This is the only nail salon I've seen where they're properly social distancing and not cramming as much customers as possible into a small space. The blocked out area is right out front in the parking lot and has really nice plants and a fence so that no one tries to park in the space. There's a bunch of big umbrellas to provide shade for when it gets hot and they told me to let them know if I was getting hot so they can bring out the fans. Everyone is required to wear masks and to keep their distance. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking to get your nails done safely and comfortably during COVID. read more

This post is long overdue. The last two times I have been here I have been extremely disappointed. I used to come get a pedicure during the weekday almost once a month. One time last year I schedule an appointment on a Saturday. Now I know nail salons are busy on the weekend, that is why I schedule. The tech started applying the opi polish to my toenails and it looked soooo thick even with 1 coat. Before she could even finish my first foot with the 1 coat I was telling her it is too thick! She brushed me off and kept applying. I said it again and again she brushed me off. She finished all my nails and I told her I don't like it because it's TOO THICK!. Now I always get the OPI nail polish when it's available, so I know it's not normally thick. I even use it at home. Not sure what was done to it but I am not happy to come and pay for something I don't like. So she removed it, applied another polish quickly and with an attitude and it was just ok. I told myself I would not come back here after that. So a year later (this is maybe two months ago), me and my friend made an appointment on a Friday during the day (so they were not busy). My nail tech was A. Not very friendly but whatever and B. Didn't apply the nail polish to my full toenails, didn't apply top coat and barely rubbed the lotion into my legs. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this spa. Furthermore, the fact that they charge you extra if you pay with a credit card. In a world where people are running out on their bills, this place charges you to pay! I will go back to applying my nail polish at home where I know I don't have to pay and it will look good! Also I always tip no matter what even though I probably shouldn't because that is what a tip is for! read more

So my friend and I went yesterday for just our toes done. We both did "the love" package. I got the gel, a great massage the scrub it was perfect. It was $53 but so worth. The place is so cute! The ladies in there were so so sweet, my girl kept asking if I was doing okay and kept checking in with me. It's a small place which is nice. We both had a great experience they did such a good job. Better than the usual place we go to honestly. I keep looking at my toes because they are the exact shape and length that I wanted! I got plain gel white but everyone keep telling me how good they look! Will be back forsure. I felt bad because I didn't realize the tip was cash only heads up so bring cash!
