Best Loving Hut! I love their Pad Thai. Customer service is always great and fast. I usually call ahead and order.

Located inside the mall, right outside Target. The service was great. I had to stop by Target during my lunch so I called to place an order for pickup. I ordered the Rainbow Salad. It was ready w/in 15 minutes. The cabbage was crisp, the vinaigrette added a bit of acidity to this filling and delicious salad. The tofu was airy and springy. I do not know how many calories is in this salad, but not eating meat helped reduce waste and energy. The science class that I'm currently taking has messed me up because it opened up a new realm of thinking. I am not vegetarian or vegan, but Gavin and I try our best to not eat meat at least once a week. They offer a variety here so you cannot go wrong w/ Loving Hut. You want something fried? You want soup? You want rice? You want noodles? You want desserts? They have it all!

Mongolian Wonder with fried rice (left), golden nuggets (middle), sesame bites (right)

The Loving Hut in Milpitas has closed so we went to this location. It is located inside the mall and you order and pick up at the counter. There are tables and chairs near their booth or you can find seating around the mall. Seating may be limited on the weekends. The menu is pretty limited compared to the other full sized restaurant. However, the taste did not disappoint. Portion sizes were good too and the wait time was about 5-10 minutes, very reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. We ordered the golden nuggets, steamed bun, mongolian wonder, and sesame bites. You can order togo or dine in. Dine in food will be placed on a tray for you instead of getting it bagged up.

I'm not vegetarian/vegan but I'm not opposed to having vege/vegan food. Decided to try here for lunch after shopping in the mall. I ordered the spicy royal just because the picture looked good, but I didn't realize it's supposed to be the vegan version of bun bo hue which is my favorite dish! The broth was delicious and I didn't miss any meat/meat flavoring at all. I devoured it quickly and enjoyed every bite. The dish didn't look large but it was very filling. Overall a satisfying meal.

My eldest son became vegetarian about a year ago. I had just picked him up from SF and we were on our way home when I decided we should grab dinner. They are located in Oakridge mall, directly outside of Target. So if you park in the parking garage for Target right as you enter the mall you will see them kiddy corner to Target right past the escalators. I think this place has been there for a number of years. I vaguely remember them being there at least 4 years ago. Anyhow they have plenty of vegetarian/vegan items to choose from. it was just the two of us but we wanted to try an array of items. We ordered the following: 1. Spring Rolls: fried crisp, filled with cabbage, carrots and glass noodles. Comes with a yummy sweet and sour sauce. Comes in an order of 4. 2. "Beef" Banh Mi: The beef which is what they call "vegan protein" looks, feels and tastes like thin slices of beef. Seasoned well with lemongrass, etc. veggies were bright in color and crisp as should be. Bread was crusty but not the usual banh mi bread we like. if they change that it will be perfect. Maybe also add some vegan mayo to bind it all together. 3. "Beef" and Tofu Vermacelli: vegan protein and tofu mixed with veggies and cold vermicelli noods with a house made vegan dressing that was rice vinegar based and similar to the classic dressing. 4. Spicy Royal: A spicy "beef" noodle soup. If you like bun bo hue this comes really close. Same beef used in banh mi was used in this soup. Broth was flavorful, rich and comforting. Not as spicy as I would have liked but still a tiny bit of heat. Veggies were fresh and delicious. Only thing was missing was a lemon or lime wedge. I ended up dipping my banh mi in the broth and it was delicious. 5. Thai Tea: It was delicious. Not too sweet and portion was good. All in all I spent a little over $50 and we had a lot of left overs. So it fed us twice, so price point was reasonable. We will be back.

I was tromping around the mall a few days ago, waiting for my apple appointment (not the produce, the IOS kind, for clarification ) when I had an overwhelming desire to soupersize my day. First of all, if you are a proper fan of this style of soup you already know how delicious it was just based on that picture. It was double tied and piping hot when I finally arrived home. I ordered it with no noodles, extra veggies and a few packets of soy sauce. The imitation bouf, york and rimp were so i tasty and lean with very generous portions! 1/3 of that container at least. Food after the mall is always so gratifying that I decided to subject myself to another outing today and see if I had romanticized the whole meal. I didn't! Bonus! It's right by the exit so you can call ahead while you're walking over and make a quick getaway. P.s. those aren't actually what they call the protein but I would really appreciate if we could make that a thing

I used to come to this place on a regular basis when I worked nearby. Their very consistent which is part of the appeal. order at the counter and take a table in the mall seating area. my honey loves the burgers while I always opt for noodles It's a good choice for couples who have different tastes. Their menu is simple and easy to order. A section for appetizers, one for sandwiches and the other for noodles. Located inside Oakridge Mall just outside Target.

With the 2nd lockdown during this whole Covid thing...small businesses are struggling and dying. If the mall shuts down...the businesses inside are forced to close but the business owners still have to pay the bank. We came here to help support and ordered the Sesame bites and Opera cake. I'd like to try something other than the Sesame bites next time but my husband loved the Opera cake. It was super moist. The ladies working here are so sweet and I hope they make it through this whole thing.

Still excellent in taste. Ask for the sauces and/or lime/jalapeños. Spicy Royal Noodles will always be my favorite $14-$15. Tipped them $2. I only go for the food presentation and taste. Packed with my favorite ingredients and not as fattening. Must love. Very generous portions. Ready within minutes. Favorite fast food spot. Enjoyed Thursday.

Always consistent on there tuno melt which is my most favorite item on their menu . I've tried other things there good. But I do recommend you guys try this place out . Customer service is always pleasant and there fast on there food coming. It is located inside the mall so you know there plenty of parking be found.

We came in on a Saturday morning for brunch - we sat in the cozy restaurant and looked over the menu. They were out of the avocado toast so we ended up with 2 country breakfasts and one bruschetta plus a flat white. Country breakfast was tasty - served with a biscuit, but no butter or jam was offered. The Bruschetta was super tasty and the potatoes were amazing (way too much red bell pepper for me but that is because that is one veggie I can not stand!) The Good: * Large shared parking lot * Friendly service * Covered outdoor dining * The crust of the empanadas was buttery, flaky, and delicious. All the fillings were good, but you have to try the Hawaiian filling! Oh! I am delightfully full! The rich umami broth really sets this place apart from others. What I…read morereally like about this place is that one may customize the menu depending on dietary concerns (vegan, lactose-free, shellfish allergens etc.), but however one customizes, the quality is fort-rate. Our party consisted of family and friends who had differing dietary concerns, but we were each able to eat delicious ramen without any worries. We started out with some appetizers - the Karaage Chicken and the Umami cucumber. The chicken had a nice crunch, yet the meat was juicy and tender! Nice! I appreciate the matcha salt that came with the chicken, as it added a little extra flavor to the chicken. And the umami cucumbers were joyfully crisp, with a slightly sweet soy sauce base, the sesame seeds and the bonito flakes on top adding to the umami. I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Ramen - something unique, and it is not listed on the colorful poster on the door, nor was it listed on the menu card on the table. It caught my eye, though, when I ordered using the QR code. I felt like this was something on a secret menu or something . . . I was in heaven! The sukiyaki beef was tender and flavorful with that sukiyaki sweetness, and it perfectly balanced the saltiness of the broth. Oh, darn! I forgot to take a photo of the bowl of ramen!! Oops! Well, as I mentioned at the start of this review, I was delightfully full at the end, especially since I just could not leave perfectly delicious broth in the bowl. Good enough to drink as a soup! I must say, however, that when this place first opened, I was not impressed. And when I ate here two years ago, I was equally unimpressed. Today, however, I am blown away! Whatever they changed really is for the better. They have found their footing and Hinodeya Ramen Bar has matured into a wonderful place for ramen.

A nice selection of different options, though I didn't see anything really exotic like black garlic that you see at speciality ramen places. We ordered the umami Brussel sprouts and shishito peppers as appetizers. I really enjoyed both - they were well flavored and I kept wanting to eat more. Some of the shishitos were a little odd colored though - we wondered what was up with that! They could have been grilled/roasted a little longer in some cases to get that edge-of-burnt touch, but we still very much enjoyed them. As far as the ramen itself, it was fine. As an overall meal, it was pleasing enough. Compared to all the ramen places I've been to, it was mid-tier - not disappointing, but lacked the depth of flavor and umami that makes you want to drink all the broth when you know you definitely shouldn't health-wise. The spiciness was pretty mild, I got the low sodium version, so it wasn't salty. I sampled my daughter's regular sodium (same dish) version, and it may have been a touch saltier, but the lack of flavor depth/layers wasn't just salt thing. It's like the best ramen chefs know how to create an amazing broth to die for, and most places just kind of have a typical flavor that seems to lack the magic of the best broths. So overall, a good experience, but not my go-to ramen place based on my first dining experience here.
