This store is seedy a F. I bought a trailer for my landscaping company and one of my employees had it hooked up going to a job and was pulled over turned out he had a fta warrant and was taken into custody. Since the trailer had lost its paper pm on Lowe's stickers they were informed of the trailers location and they had it picked up and taken to their East Bremerton store. After a ton of phone tag with police I finally was informed of this . When I went to Lowe's they said I needed proof of ownership , I said all they had to do was look up the VIN and see it was sold but they stipulated I needed proof. I waited another 6 weeks for title to show up and took it into store and they claimed they weren't in possession of the trailer and had no idea what I was talking about, I received the police report and showed them and they still denied any involvement and then I requested all of my email history from outlook to show them the string of emails regarding our interactions and theghosted. That was $1700 dollars and countless hours of my time they stole from me and apparently sold the trailer again after switching vin and sku with a damaged trailer. Absolutely derailed my business and my family's personal security. And smiled at me the whole time.

After having trouble finding the tile I wanted in my hometown, I decided to try the Lowe's in Bremerton. I lost track of how many employees asked me if I needed help, but none of them in a pushy way. Everyone seemed knowledgeable, and what they didn't know, they could look up or ask each other with their work phones. They had a big selection that was easy to see what they looked like, and I found exactly what I went there for.

Found this on website. Nothing on website says what aisle or bay the items can be located at in the store.

I went to Lowe's looking for shower washers. Spent 1/2 hour in store. Nothing on website gives store location for item...kind of useless for any in-store search. Talked to 3 different employees, visited aisle 15 three times, aisle 39 twice, customer service 2 times and still could not locate shower washers. No one could help me...so I went to Home Depot to get shower washers.

Lowes has a lot of things. Including bad customer service on appliances. I bought a Galanz retro refrigerator for a back up. It was supposed to be ready for pick up. But that was delayed 6 weeks. It's drip tray overflowed not once but twice. Within the first year. Ruining the brand new cabinets and floor.I just installed. Lowes referred me back to the manufacturer warranty. I've been trying to get in touch with the manufacturer and about every 5-6 weeks I get an email asking for more details. When I email back Their box is full and asks me to email at another time. Lowes should be more aware of who they partner with. I just wasted 600. On something I can't even use.

GO TO HOMEDEPOT! For the third time this month this location has screwed me over on warranties or installs.

I hate to say this but the key doesn't work but it's not worth the trouble to go back yet again.

The lumber assortment has specialty hardwood and plywood for cabinet type projects. The tool and accessory selection is extensive with a helpful staff. I suggest you stop by and walk around to see what they stock or can special order. The pricing seems to be a bit less than the nearby Ace Hardware. Again stop by just to get the feel of the store so you can keep it in mind for future needs. They stock items that other Kitsap County Hardware stores do not.

A few months ago I went there to look for a post hole digger. Right away I noticed a sign advising the customers to be more kind to their employees. Employees are supposed to be trained on how to deal with difficult people. A second sign informed that they no longer accept cash, period. I asked them why. Their answers were; 1). we don't want to get robbed and 2). cash changes hands too many times and who knows what is transmitted along with the cash from person to person. Personally, my immune system has always protected me from that scenario. That's fine I guess if that's their reasoning. I see no reason for me to ever have to go there again. Ace Hardware in not too far away from them and I've always gotten great service and a 10% Military discount there.
