Home Improvement Contractor- 2 Lowe's Card Holder- Came in to return wrong size door and exchange for a correct size. They had me wheel this franch door (oversized) all across the store from contractor side to the return register, then when I arrived there I found two females working at return registers, Teresa and Megan. Teresa said "return is on this side of the desk" like it matters, she could easily see the door on the cart but no , so I whee the cart around the desk to the other side and she walks away doing what ever else. I was helped by Megan , who was very professional. Teresa on the other hand was rude, I unprofessional and had no customer service what so ever. read more

Terrible customer service. Asked a department station if they could send a rep to help me at the wood cutting station and after being given a dirty look told me they would send someone over. Waited, pushed the help button, no one came. read more

Horrible service. Cashiers standing doing nadda. No one on the floor. Waited 5+minutes after pushing for help no one shows. Anyone around its not my department. Sold bad product. Bought stair treads and tape. The tape not stick and the treads don't do nadda for sound quiet. read more

I do not know what is going on with Lowe's anymore. We ordered carpet and have been waiting for the installer to call us!!! We had to initiate the call, only for them to tell us that we were "next on the list" to be called!!! I've called four times and this is the response I get each time. I have called Corporate and this is what they tell me. This is the WORST experience I've had with them. Corporate doesn't care; I asked to speak to a supervisor and she tells me "well if they said they will call, they will call". Guess what, no call and I was "next on the list". Called her back, got voicemail. Called the 1-800 number AGAIN; got the same song and dance!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. What going on Lowes? read more

Recently bought some appliances online & I frequent this store a lot. I ran into a couple things but they were quickly taken care of and I received reparations for my hassle on top of it. Alyssa one of the customer service reps was very helpful and also called to check up on my experience after she fixed it. My review centers around the installation department. This is the second time I have had major problems getting a product installed. The instructions I give as to the phone number to call to set up the installation are never followed. They always call the wrong phone number. The management in the store does not seem to care that a customer is having problems or is not happy with the customer service. I always resort to calling the corporate office to get any issue resolved. I have learned my lesson. I will never shop the Manchester Lowes again! read more

Typically I love shopping at Lowe's. I've been reluctant since the pandemic because the parking lot always seems to be full. Today I decided to venture inside and found plenty of space to navigate, clear instructions for spacing at checkout and customers who were masked, aware of personal space and courteous. However, it was pretty disturbing to observe a significant portion of the employees I passed by who were not wearing their masks effectively--in fact, about half of the employees I encountered during my 15 minutes inside. Some wore them with nostrils exposed, another pulled her mask down to speak with her customer in the checkout line and others simply left them dangling around their necks. We wear masks in public to protect others from possibly being infected by our airway droplets when we breathe, speak, cough or sneeze. Perhaps management and staff have not received adequate safety training for our current situation. Seeing Lowe's employees' lax compliance with face masks left me feeling as though my wellbeing is of little concern to them. Staff typically is expected to model appropriate behavior in their place of business. I won't risk shopping at Lowe's again for quite some time. read more

Looked on line for a replacement storm door and found 4 available at the store that measured 30 by 80. When I went to pick it up at the store the associate told me they do not sell them in that size. I explained their website said they were available at this store. He then said only the cheap ones for 99.00. I guess their employees think there products are cheap. They just lost my business. Melanie in paint is fantastic. We were coordinating 4 rooms in a semi open floor plan, kitchen, living room, dining room and a side family room. She was so patient with us. She helped us figure out 4 different paint colors that would compliment each other. Gave us space to figure out what we going to do and shop for other stuff. We came back the next day to buy the paint, 10 gallons in total. It took forever and she has the patience of a saint!!! Very professional, knows her stuff and I will be going back to her when I paint the upstairs!!! read more

Wow. Terrible experience. Picture if you will, this mom carrying a sleeping baby, accompanying my mother to pick out some stones for a walkway. The woman working in the garden center briskly corrected me that they were not called stones, but bricks, and then we were pretty much left on our own to load the 33lb "bricks" into the cart. When we asked for help loading them, the employee looked and sounded annoyed, loaded some into a separate cart, hauled butt to the registers (I guess we were done with our shopping, we had to chase her through Lowes) and then left the cart, and us, there without a word. Some time later a very nice and helpful employee came to wheel the cart out (thank you for putting all the "bricks" into the same cart for us) and load them happily into our car. The two stars is for the selection of product and for the friendly and helpful greeter and the employee who loaded the "bricks" into the car for us. Lowes, if you're reading this review: a woman with a sleeping baby (or any young children, for that matter) and the over 60 crowd would happily accept assistance locating and loading products, especially heavy ones!! (I was later informed that the product we purchased is indeed called a brick, despite being very different from the layman's idea of a brick. And there is also a product sold at lowes called a "stone paver," so this makes me wonder how well the garden associate knows her products, or why she didn't ask which one we wanted.) read more

I went into this Lowes last fall looking for a replacement knob for a whole-house fan switch. There was an associate in the vicinity so I started to ask him where I could find them and before I could finish what I needed to ask, he responded that they don't sell that item. How could he know that when I never got to finish my question? I walked away and thankfully found them in the next aisle. Not only does Lowes sell them, they sell several varieties. People like this guy shouldn't be allowed to have jobs. I'd rather have someone tell me that they don't want to help than just brush me off. There are likely plenty of people out there that would care enough to do this job if it was theirs. Generally I like Lowes compared to Home Depot but Lowes failed me on this visit. read more

As with any hardware/home improvement store, I've been there multiple times, from something as simple as 1 small item to a hybrid hot water heater, even one occasion when I just went for information. At no time was I ever not completely satisfied. If a floating sales associate was not able to help me, they would quickly page somebody who could. The staff is very friendly & overall knowledgable & the layout is consistent with every other Lowe's I've been to. The online order & store pick up is relatively smooth, as long as you're first in line, otherwise be prepared to wait. read more

About a month ago i went to get few things for my restaurants while shopping i found few sockets on sale price range $0.65-$1.25 at check out some of the sockets was ringing up $3.99 or so on so i ask the cashier to go check the prices and she said no i don,t need to so i said its okay i am going to pass on those sockets then the rude cashier told her co worker see he is freaking lying so i ask her to stop calling me a lair and go check the prices and she said not need for that i know you are lying , so i went off on her and then the female Manager try to tell me to keep my voice down , then two other manager showed up and prices was verified and i was right all along , long story short what a nasty customer service since that day i never shop at that place where they hire sick people. read more
