This was a great place. We aren't from the area, and it seemed kind of ticked away. The food was great, and it was beautiful day to be eating outside. 6/28/24- The visit started out bad. They have the restaurant access closest to the handicap parking blocked off. Disabled people have to go all the way around. This makes them having handicap parking useless and is a form of discrimination. They as we were placing our order at the counter we also found out that they charge and automatic service fee. They charge a fee for no service. The guest places the order at the counter, then the guest has to pick up their own food, then they have to buss their own tables because they don't have enough bussing staff. There is no table service so they are falsely charging you. The owners will say that it is to pay their staff, but that is not the customer's responsibility. If the owners cannot pay their workers then they should not be in business. I have seen the owners leave that excuse to others that have complained. The owners do not care about the guests and rip you off instead of taking a cut to their profits to pay their employees. I will be reporting this to the city. This should be illegal and they should be forced to post this near the entrance. This place discrimates and falsely charges you. Do not go here. We only stuck around because we were on a time crunch for a doctor appointment across the street. The food was mediocre at best. The hot dogs were over charged $2-3 per dog when compared to other similar places. Just avoid or boycot this place until they change, or I hope the city goes after them and shuts them down for the discrimination and false charges for services you don't get. read more

This place is terrible. I've been here many of times only because it's the closest thing to the nearby golf course. It's one of these places that hasn't got over the COVID tax of thinking we as consumers owe the staff something more. I'm paying $17 for a drink because of some auto 20%service charge. F U. There is so much fun packed into this beautiful beer garden! We came here with our little one, and I felt like it was a perfect family hangout. The menu is also expansive, so there was something for everyone. We shared the buffalo wings as a starter, which were pretty much like any buffalo wings I've had elsewhere. I devoured my slightly greasy Philly cheesesteak within minutes; processed cheese never tasted so good. (Hey, I was hungry!) Since it was a beer garden, my husband ordered a döner to remind himself of the days when we lived in Berlin. While he describes it as "definitely an American take on the döner," he said he was pleasantly surprised by how well they made it. My beer-drinking partner also noted that there was a decent selection of beer at this beer garden, with at least a few that he really likes. Seriously, so fun. Can't believe I haven't written a review about this place yet! We come here rather often after discovering the amazing burgers! We have also brought people here when they are visiting from out of town. We love their burgers and that they are made to order, they also have multiple topping options! There's other choices as well including salads, sandwiches, pretzels, and wings. Also, you have to try their French fries! They are amazing!! Their set up is really nice as well. There's two lines. One to order food (and can order drinks as well) and one just for drinks, so if you need another round your wait is shorter. They also automatically add 18% as a tip to your meal, which I am a big fan of!! So you don't have to worry about tipping and everyone gets a share! Overall, we come back again and again! Cubano sandwich left me cold. The smoked pork used for it was overpowering and loaded with mozzarella, the sandwich was not even pressed disappointing to say the least. The reason why I gave a 3 star rating was because I was convinced to go back and try their burgers, which I did the next day. We ordered to standard burgers, mine with ground chuck, and my DW ordered a garden burger. Yummy beers! Lots on tap! Food was yummy and overall pretty quick to be ready. It was hot and yummy. Service was solid at the ordering area. Before and after our ski trip to Copper Mountain we spent some time in Denver. Upon our arrival we met some friends at the zoo and then met even more friends at the Lowry Beer Garden for lunch. One a nice sunny Denver day this is the perfect place. The outdoor patio is huge and lined with plenty of picnic style tables. The beer selection was good, a kids menu is available, and food comes out fast! For lunch I chose the pulled pork sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and pickles on a cornmeal Kaiser bun with a side of Carolina slaw ($9). This was messy but tasted quite good. The side of slaw was immediately dumped on my sandwich and the flavors melted together perfectly. I also stole a bite of a Cubano sandwich ($10) which was equally as good. The prices are a bit high since sides are not included, but who can complain when you can get a side of fried pickles for $5! This was more than enough to share and came served with dipping sauce. Our kids enjoyed the grilled cheese with fries and drink for $6.50. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to swing by again on another sunny visit to Denver. read more

What a fun experience! We are new to the area and it took us a few months to find this place, but now we have we will be going back frequently. The ambiance is fun and relaxing with a quick-serve style. You order food and drinks at the bar/service area and then they buzz you when it is ready. The open table seating for both inside and out is very roomy. The food was very good. We had the Colorado Brat, Chicken Nuggets, Fries, and a Salad. The Colorado Brat wasn't awesome so we will try something else next time. The brat itself was tasty but the overall flavor didn't come together. Really cool spot with great beer and really good food. They have a ton of tables, so it is a great place for groups (co-workers or friends!). I am a sucker for Bavarian pretzels and this has a huge pretzel - and its probably big enough to share with 10 people (It's HUGE). Despite no one in our party wanting to drink beer, this place was perfect for all of us! I had the garden (veggie) burger with cheddar, and found it to be quite tasty - sometimes veggie burgers are really soggy, but this one was hearty and delicious. My partner got two brats that he said were good as well - Lowry has a well-stocked condiment bar to dress up your food, which is much appreciated. They also have an ample amount of tables, most of them shaded, to accommodate a lot of people, and I loved all the well-behaved pups in there as well. There was plenty of parking in the free lot and I had already been parked from my museum visit, no need to change lots or anything like that. I was able to walk right up and there was plenty of outside seating that we were offered. Those drinking alcohol were wrist-banded. There's a counter were you order your food and drinks after your assigned seating. I lucked out and was seated very close to the order station. If you are just drinking , you can order from the bar directly. I ordered fish & chips and chips & queso. The beverages of choice were a Colorado Cider Co. cider rośe and a specialty margarita. The food was good , fries were hand cut fresh fries , tortilla chips made in house . Great 4 star service . A gratuity is for service that is excellent or above expectation and the amount of the gratuity should be left at the discretion of the customer. Pouring a beer right in front of my eyes while I stand and wait in line does not earn one an automatic 20% gratuity. What an awesome little spot. We met friends here for the first time this weekend and we absolutely loved it. It feels a little bit like your sitting in an outdoor German beer garden. Lots of space, greenery, long tables to stretch out on with a big or small group, and plenty of heaters and shade covers for just about every type of weather. It's also one of the dog friendlier places we've been to recently (our pup liked it here too). All of the food and beer selections were pretty good and the prices were surprisingly affordable. I think we ended up ordering 5 beers and two orders of food and the tab was a pretty reasonable $55 (including the 20% gratuity charge). Not bad! This place is so pretty and such a great place to be for any occasion.... a cute date night, a girls night out or just a cool place to have lunch/drinks.
