This was my second time here both times have been fantastic! We sat at the bar both times and service is quick and friendly. The food comes out reasonably timed, burgers are delicious and thick and cooked perfectly! I asked for medium rare and husband asked for medium and they were both spot on. The fries are addicting with a generous amount of parmesan cheese and the dipping sauce is garlicky and wonderful. This place recently moved across the street up in the Grandscape. I would assume it's because it's a little smaller and more foot traffic to the restaurant. This is a solid burger place though. Nothing too crazy, but solid taste. Their sides are really large, so it's good to share a side with someone else instead of ordering two sides. If you like your burgers cooked correctly, you better tell them to cook your patties well done or they automatically cook them with a little pink. I firmly believe burgers should have no pink. The girl I had for a waitress came and checked on our table several times and was always keep an eye out on us. read more

I didn't expect it to be diverse but it was & I LOVE THAT! Our server Shamar was fantastic. We ordered the brisket queso & it was pretty good but it wasn't as hot as I would like. It was lukewarm. Aye, you need to get over here for this brand of burger. It's....different...anddddd....delicious. Our server and guide was Denzel. We got the brisket quest. This ...starter...was...delicious. Then I got the Ready Freddie with a side of snake venom. My cousin gor the Los Lonely and some add-ons to his. Garlic Parm fries and it was on. This experience is from their soft opening at Grandscape in the Colony. I've been to the LSA burger in Denton but walking into this LSA burger felt different. It was like a breath of fresh, warm, decadent air. The greeters smiled cheerfully and seemed like they actually enjoyed what they did (even though it felt like Chicago outside) Rogan the manager was very hospitable, he checked on us to make sure the food was hot and drinks were cold. Told us to let him know if we need anything and he has such a gentle and genuine disposition! McKenna, our server , had the best service! She seemed to keep an eye on all of her tables flawlessly. We didn't really have to go looking for her, as soon as we needed something she would appear like magic ! Amazing service, 10/10. She wouldn't let us leave without a to go drink! McKenna is the perfect example of someone who enjoys what they do. A stand up server, I would love for her to get more recognition (and monetary praise too !) We started off with the Brisket queso and it was fantastic ! We should've ordered some sour cream on it to complement it but it tasted just as swell by itself. It has some kick to it but ultimately a deliciously solid way to start off a banger meal The Garlic Parm Fries are sooo good and the aoli that comes with it can be smelled from outside ! This is what made me come in and it was well worth the wait ! They were fresh, airy and crunchy , the aioli compliments just about anything else you order too. My man ordered the Georgie burger and he says it was 10/10 - hot, real bacon, lettuce that's fresh and crunchy, the most perfectly brined pickles and melted cheese made sure that the whole burger tasted amazing. New location! Now over at grandscape proper, with quick access to all it has to offer. A lot of seating, but there was a wait for anything in the patio, be it only 15-20 minutes. Super clean, good music, with nice ambiance and high ceilings to make the place feel huge. There was a pool table, foosball and a few arcade games to help with the little ones who mind a wait. The food was outstanding. Through and through. Fast, customizable and delicious. Im a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to queso (like it yellow and cheesy), but their take on brisket queso with bbq sauce was awesome. We will be coming back for another date night. read more

The burgers here are pretty good. I ordered the Ready Freddie my husband ordered the Double Trouble (but he removed everything). We also ordered the Brisket Queso, and I got a margarita flight. The flight was ok. I dont like when the margaritas are not mixed up just syrup at the bottom and regular marg on top. It doesnt actually get the flavor but they were ok. The dip was good once you get past the bar b que sauce which they could have left out. After that it was great. My burger was pretty raw when it came out. I asked for well done so they took it back and remade it. They also comped it and were really nice about it. I hate sending food back but I just had to. So good! Bigfoot burger is my fav. The snake venom, which is a sweet, spicy spread, is soooooo good! The Hogeye is really good too with those roasted peppers. We sit at the bar every time and Gina is UH-MA-ZING. Friendly, attentive, and makes great drinks. The fries portion is ridiculous - wayyyyy too much. I have never seen anyone finish them. They should do a bottomless fries and just bring them out in small portions. I bet they would save so much money (and thrown away food) if they did that. My family and I came to visit from California. We went to this restaurant because it was in the area. We went after the lunch hour rush, around 1. The wait for drinks and food was soooo long, which was a little irritating because we had 6 hungry kids and 4 hungry adults. We seen a manager walking around and maybe 3 servers. So, maybe they were understaffed??? I felt bad for our server who was really nice. He did get what we needed but it just took a long time. The place was noisy, with kids running around screaming, which made it hard to hear our conversations. While waiting a long time for our food, the kids were able to play the games that were available on the side of the restaurant. Food came in decent portions, but the flavor was bland overall except for the brisket queso dip. It was a little too sweet for me. There were many things that could have made our experience better. We shared a Big Foot burger that had Guac, Snake Venom (a spicy type salsa with no tomato), Havarti, tomato, and lettuce. Now I could be wrong, but the hamburger did not taste fresh. I'm pretty sure because of the texture, that it was from the freezer. The Snake Venom gave it some just- right spiciness, but the Havarti was lost and tasteless. All-in-all, it was a complete mess with the Guacamole and Venom oozing out from everywhere. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the excellent service. Connor was amazing! My husband and I had a gift card to LSA Burger at Grandscape that we decided to use on our anniversary. First of all the parking lot is dumb, if you are coming from the stores/attractions there is no easy way to get into it. One either has to drive away from the parking lot to make a U back to it, or make and illegal turn. We were seated right away; but it went downhill from there. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant. They have very high booth backs, so perhaps that is why we felt forgotten about at times. Our server was very awkward...not sure if he was still learning. We had to ask for a minute to review the menu, so that he would not hover as we talked about what we wanted to eat. Our burgers and fries were good. The guac and salsa was okay, but the chips that came with them looked like the ones that get left at the bottom of the bag. The ketchup bottle on our table was empty. My husband had to "shop" for a bottle with ketchup in it. Then 10 minutes later, I noticed that other patrons had to do the same thing... We had to ask for water refills and for boxes for leftovers. Then our server kind of vanished. We needed sauce containers, so I finally went up to ask the hostess who promptly gave them to me. When our sever finally did return, he did not know how to redeem a gift card; so he went to get help with that. But then we experienced more hovering as he handed me (not my husband) his handheld device to watch as I left a tip. The menu is limited and the burger is their specialty but honestly they weren't particularly special or inventive if you exclude the names.
