I give 5 stars because... + The service was wonderful, not just attentive but friendly. + The space was the perfect spot for us and our kids to eat lunch and then enjoy playing ping-pong, pool, pinball and arcade games, oh! and a giant Jenga game too! + I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich + fries, my kids loved their kid's sliders + fries and my friends enjoyed all they ordered as well. Some things to know... there are only two tables that seat more than can fit in a booth. I imagine they could squeeze tables together, but there's not a ton of indoor seating. Solid burger spot located in Grandscape. If Google allowed half stars this place would be a 4.5, but decided to round up because the service was good and I would return in the future. The burger was a decent size, quite tasty and the price was very reasonable. I also tried their garlic parm fries and those were excellent. Washed it all down with a Dos Equis which they had on tap. No complaints; wish the menu had a few more options, but that's a minor quibble. Again I'd come here again if in that area and looking for a burger. read more

The online ordering system was easy to use; it was easy to select items, make customizations, and afterwards, I received a text with an accurate pickup time. This was my second time here both times have been fantastic! We sat at the bar both times and service is quick and friendly. The food comes out reasonably timed, burgers are delicious and thick and cooked perfectly! I asked for medium rare and husband asked for medium and they were both spot on. The fries are addicting with a generous amount of parmesan cheese and the dipping sauce is garlicky and wonderful. This place recently moved across the street up in the Grandscape. I would assume it's because it's a little smaller and more foot traffic to the restaurant. This is a solid burger place though. Nothing too crazy, but solid taste. Their sides are really large, so it's good to share a side with someone else instead of ordering two sides. If you like your burgers cooked correctly, you better tell them to cook your patties well done or they automatically cook them with a little pink. I firmly believe burgers should have no pink. The girl I had for a waitress came and checked on our table several times and was always keep an eye out on us. read more

Then I got the Ready Freddie with a side of snake venom. My cousin gor the Los Lonely and some add-ons to his. Garlic Parm fries and it was on. This experience is from their soft opening at Grandscape in the Colony. I've been to the LSA burger in Denton but walking into this LSA burger felt different. It was like a breath of fresh, warm, decadent air. The greeters smiled cheerfully and seemed like they actually enjoyed what they did (even though it felt like Chicago outside) Rogan the manager was very hospitable, he checked on us to make sure the food was hot and drinks were cold. Told us to let him know if we need anything and he has such a gentle and genuine disposition! McKenna, our server , had the best service! She seemed to keep an eye on all of her tables flawlessly. We didn't really have to go looking for her, as soon as we needed something she would appear like magic ! Amazing service, 10/10. She wouldn't let us leave without a to go drink! McKenna is the perfect example of someone who enjoys what they do. A stand up server, I would love for her to get more recognition (and monetary praise too !) We started off with the Brisket queso and it was fantastic ! We should've ordered some sour cream on it to complement it but it tasted just as swell by itself. We were meeting friends for lunch on a Wednesday and this was the most kid-friendly option. When we arrived, we had to flag down a server after waiting about 10 minutes while there were only about 8 other tables with patrons. Our waitress seemed impatient when we asked questions about the menu. She returned with our drinks and brisket queso, which was queso with maybe the tiniest shred of brisket and mostly a thick layer of brisket drippings with a barbecue drizzle on top of the cheese. Flavor was good but I'm sure this wasn't the way the dish was supposed to be served. With 8 menu items to choose from, I got a regular cheeseburger with havarti and two of our party got burgers with chili. The first comment after they each tasted the chili burgers was that the chili had a strange sweetness to it and it was not enjoyable. My burger was fine - mediocre. One child ordered chicken tenders and they were easily the most appealing thing on the menu. The environment was cool. Large bar, ample seating, and the game area was a fun touch. Super clean, good music, with nice ambiance and high ceilings to make the place feel huge. There was a pool table, foosball and a few arcade games to help with the little ones who mind a wait. The food was outstanding. Through and through. Fast, customizable and delicious. Im a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to queso (like it yellow and cheesy), but their take on brisket queso with bbq sauce was awesome. We will be coming back for another date night. read more

The burgers here are pretty good. I ordered the Ready Freddie my husband ordered the Double Trouble (but he removed everything). We also ordered the Brisket Queso, and I got a margarita flight. The flight was ok. I dont like when the margaritas are not mixed up just syrup at the bottom and regular marg on top. It doesnt actually get the flavor but they were ok. The dip was good once you get past the bar b que sauce which they could have left out. After that it was great. My burger was pretty raw when it came out. I asked for well done so they took it back and remade it. They also comped it and were really nice about it. I hate sending food back but I just had to. Not certain where to begin. Group of 5 of us. Walked in and the entire restaurant floor was sticky. We all noticed it. We asked for a booth - most had remnants of the previous diners and hadn't been cleaned. A table was cleaned for us, but it the meantime we are took turns with bathroom breaks. ALL of us noticed that when you stepped on the bathroom tile our shoes became skates! It was beyond slippery. Finally had a table ready. There were tons of napkins on the floor beneath the table. We all sat down and as people tend to do, we leaned forward to discuss the menu. The table was greasy.... The menus which are plastic stuck to the table. Note: we should have left but we were hungry. We ordered. Almost 15 min later we received our order...well most of it. Food was just ok. Server presented the check, without checking that we received what we'd ordered. So good! Bigfoot burger is my fav. The snake venom, which is a sweet, spicy spread, is soooooo good! The Hogeye is really good too with those roasted peppers. We sit at the bar every time and Gina is UH-MA-ZING. Friendly, attentive, and makes great drinks. The fries portion is ridiculous - wayyyyy too much. I have never seen anyone finish them. They should do a bottomless fries and just bring them out in small portions. I bet they would save so much money (and thrown away food) if they did that. My family and I came to visit from California. We went to this restaurant because it was in the area. We went after the lunch hour rush, around 1. The wait for drinks and food was soooo long, which was a little irritating because we had 6 hungry kids and 4 hungry adults. We seen a manager walking around and maybe 3 servers. So, maybe they were understaffed??? I felt bad for our server who was really nice. He did get what we needed but it just took a long time. The place was noisy, with kids running around screaming, which made it hard to hear our conversations. While waiting a long time for our food, the kids were able to play the games that were available on the side of the restaurant. Food came in decent portions, but the flavor was bland overall except for the brisket queso dip. It was a little too sweet for me. There were many things that could have made our experience better. This won't be our first choice when we come back to visit. read more
