This is by FAR my fav pizza place! Always has been since I discovered it. Their pizza is just so good and what makes it even better is their cheese sauce. I luv the large variety of options also. Not just one kind of bread stick/cheese stick or calzone. Never a disappointment. Always the highlight of going to the mall. Just sad not many Di Roma's are around anymore.

The food was way too overcooked it tasted horrible. It felt like I was eating charcoal.

We came to the food court after a car issue and we needed a bite to eat. My daughter and I chose pizza and breadsticks. We enjoyed them. We got some stix with pepperoni and some plain to share with the others in our group. The food is good for an afternoon bite to keep us moving. We liked that we could order by the slice and each get our own choice.

    That's a big a pizza!

I regret not eating here instead of the pseudo Japanese place down the food court gallery.

Our service was appropriately paced for the time it takes to make a Chicago deep dish pizza. I liked the TVs they had in the center of our dining area, which had some pre-season football coverage. The booths have taller partitions so it feels more intimate. I also liked the marquee saying "EAT PIZZA". I will certainly follow instructions there! The pizza we got was "The Special": sausage, green pepper, onion, and mushroom. I thought the pizza was fine, my only thing about Chicago style is that the vegetables can't caramelize like they would on a regular pizza. But that's just a personal opinion. I am pleased with the range of mocktail offerings, which are all $7.

We went at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. We had a large group and were told it was about a thirty minute wait (which was fine). The food was good. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

We ordered a half-and-half pizza with the Spicy Bee on one side and the Bazbeaux Special with pine nuts on the other. Everything was delicious. It's all made fresh to order, so it took a bit of time to come out, but that's exactly why it tasted so good: fresh ingredients, a crisp thin crust that stays sturdy under the toppings, and great flavor throughout. With many toppings to choose from and a good beer and wine selection, there's a ton to explore here, and it's very vegetarian-friendly, too. The service sealed the deal for us. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and our waitress was the highlight. We ended up staying a little past closing and started to rush, but she reassured us to take our time and enjoy the meal instead of feeling hurried. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way. Cozy, casual atmosphere, excellent pizza, and warm service in the heart of the Mass Ave arts district. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

It was definitely busy (clearly everyone had the same idea as we did), but we were seated quickly in a cozy booth. Michael took great care of us from the start. He was friendly, attentive, and gave awesome cocktail recommendations based on what we liked. I ordered the Strawberry Letter, and it was perfectly sweet, exactly what I was in the mood for. We decided to split a pepperoni pizza, and Michael hyped it up for a reason, it was SO good! It came out hot, packed with flavor, and even the crust was delicious (which says a lot). Parking can be a little tricky if street parking is full, but there is a nearby garage which makes it manageable. Overall, great vibes, great service, and great food.
