    The Reuben is so good!
    Richard T.

I returned today for another Reuben sandwich and again it is delicious! They get the toasted Ryebread just right, the Meat is excellent, and the sauerkraut and sauce are a wonderful amount and so good. The people working here are super nice and efficient. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!

Old tomatoes. Very little little meat, cheese and produce.

I'm not sure why this deli has over four stars. Today I ordered an Italian sandwich without mustard and horseradish. The sandwich was made with mustard. The sandwich was $13.99 and barely had any meat, cheese and lettuce. It was all bread. The tomatoes were old and they shouldn't be using week old produce on sandwiches. I was planning to eat my sandwich in the car and asked for extra napkins. (Two were provided with my sandwich.). The guy behind the register said I can only give you one more napkin. Really? Skimpy on napkins just like the sandwich. The sandwich had no flavor and wasn't good. This was my first and will be my last time to eat at this deli. There are so many other great options in Petaluma. ***They do not have a public restroom. They send you clear across the parking lot to Safeway.

The Italian sandwich was expensive and the taste was blah. There are better sandwich places in Petaluma

Great sandwiches and service. Close to the freeway and a great place to stop for a quick lunch while passing through Petaluma.

Decent quality. Not great and not bad. But paid 31 dollars for 2 sandwiches, I think that's laughably overpriced, won't go back.

Instead of believing me -three people had to try the watered down tea before saying, yes it is out. Instead of offering a suitable alternative, they tried to push sodas and sweetened drinks. I don't drink soda or sugary drinks. Frustrated, I went next door to Habit Burger to purchase an unsweetened iced tea. When I returned, I discovered that my Greek salad had meat on it and I stated no meat, and my sandwich was missing condiments. I think the communication lacked-as my friend standing next to me heard my order. I approached the counter to bring these issues to their attention. Rather than receiving an apology, I was told I didn't mention the problems, which felt dismissive. I fixed my sandwich myself, but I noticed that the avocado on my salad and sandwich was starting to brown, so I didn't eat either. Service and the ambiance overall felt unwelcoming, as if we were bothering them--even though we were the only customers there. It was a disappointing experience, and I likely won't be returning.
