First time trying Luckin Coffee! Download the app for $1.99 first drink and afterwards, there's still a lot of coupons to use. I didn't realize there were so many Luckin Coffee locations in the city now. My friend ordered the matcha coconut latte with two pumps of matcha sauce (standard) and we tried it and it was overwhelming coconut flavor without much matcha flavor. So I ordered the same drink with three pumps of matcha sauce and it turned out overwhelmingly matcha and no coconut flavor. Not sure if it's because they aren't very consistent in making their drinks or three pumps really tips the scale. Regardless, I thought the drink was just ok. Cheap price but taste is just standard. They advertise as 100% Japanese matcha but I'm not really sure how that works since it seems to be a matcha sauce. Maybe it is 100% Japanese matcha sauce. I like the inside though, there's a couple of tables and the ambiance is casual. It could be a good area to just grab a drink and chit chat. When you grab your order, you scan the QR code which is pretty cool. Overall: affordable drinks, ok taste

Tried the iced coconut latte and it was delicious. Really like the set up they have which makes it super easy to order and pick up

My first iced Coconut Latte from Luckin was surprisingly good. The interior was neat, clean, and comfortable for sitting and relaxing. The drink tasted very different from an ordinary latte-- the coconut flavor blended perfectly with the coffee, creating a refreshing yet energizing taste. I also took advantage of their welcome offer and got my first drink for just $1.99 via the app. I'd definitely order from them again.

Food/drinks: been here plenty of times and their matcha and coconut latte are solid! I like to half the sweetness and get extra hot! Atmosphere: cute cozy inside with some tables and seating, sometimes during rush hour is can get LOUD Service: fast, order only online and for pick up! once when I came here there was a lot of yelling in the back Price: $ cheaper than most cafes in the city!!!

Luckin Coffee was a cute little pick-me-up on a Sunday afternoon. Used the app to get the discounted prices (and the Yelp Elite code - thanks, Yelp!) The space is on the smaller side but it was pretty chill, with relaxing music playing in the background. The seating was limited, but also comfortable enough (combination of tables, one high top table and two couch-like seatings.) Ordering was easy on the app--no issues and very seamless process. We each had a drink (latte & hot chocolate) and a pastry (one almond & one chocolate croissant) the drinks were delicious and pastries were served warm (can specify on the app) and tasted fresh. Will be back for sure!

Needed to try Luckin Coffee while travelling in NYC and did not disappoint. Service was pretty fast and easy to order through the app, which provides pretty regular deals so I highly recommend doing that. While waiting, it seems like they take QC pretty seriously and I like how they make you scan your QR code before picking it up. The pistachio matcha coconut latte was pretty good. Inside can get a little busy and is a better hang out spot if you came in a smaller group.

Luckin was cheap! with the coupon the large drink was only $3. I'd pay for $7 for this too honestly, it was pretty good. The service was also pretty quick and the employee were helpful with navigating the apps. The place was pretty spacious and chill. I'd comeback again.

Very busy and could tell staff was overwhelmed. Don't think it's worth downloading an entire app for--drinks were nothing special. Matcha was standard, wouldn't go out of my way to come here but gets the job done if you're in the area

Coffee tastes good - but they simply cannot keep up with the demand. I had to wait 45 min for my coffee. When they finally made it - they didn't place the cup under the espresso machine properly, half of the espresso didn't even land in my cup... told them but due to the rush there was not met with a solution. I don't think I'll be back until they can button up their operations. I basically waited 45 min for a cup of lukewarm coconut milk - sad

My friend and I had the Spanish Latte and Kyoto Matcha Coconut Latte. The coconut creates a nice tropical twist to the classic Matcha, and if you like Thai food, you might find your surprise new favorite drink. The Spanish Latte is rich and almost smokey. The ambience is quite nice and spacious, with a good view of Midtown West. Not too busy on a weekend.

This is cozy spot! The place is modern and up to par with easy ordering and good deals when you download their app. You order from the app, apply the discount code and drink(s) are ready within minutes! Their matcha lattes and cold brew was amazing! We went twice in our 3 day trip to NYC! i wanted mom and pop shops and this one didn't disappoint one bit. I highly recommend this spot on Broadway. I just wish they had more locations like Vegas....maybe in the future

Wish I caught the name of the employee I interacted with, he was so helpful and welcoming! The cafe was clean. The matcha latte was just okay but, it was on the weaker side.

Fast service, easy to use app and affordable drinks. Especially with the app, you won't find prices like this with the quality anywhere else in the city. I like the Vital Kale drink which reminds me of the Heytea one but this one has more kale taste to it.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
