The movers came perfectly on time and were extremely fast. We moved from Oakland to Fremont in under 4 hours. We moved from Pinole to Albany--from an apartment complex to an older townhome with a narrow stairway. My main concern was getting movers who could roll with the punches--old narrow halls, busy streets, parking issues (there were none btw). Thousands of dollars of damage! We moved into our new home that was completely remodeled. The movers were working fast but not careful. They forced their hand trucks up the stairs and causing multiple chunks taken off our staircase. See examples! They took no ownership of the damage and refused to file any claim with their insurance. I had a few items from Milbrae to move to Santa Clara and two locations in Milpitas. The two movers arrived on time, packed everything up efficiently and carefully, loaded things up into the truck, and we got going. What I was most impressed with was how they opted to use whenever possible because they discovered how slow and small the elevators were. The items were carefully wheeled up and down the flights. Once at the locations, they respectfully asked where to unload everything. As with what some of the reviewers mentioned, both movers spoke Mandarin and that can cause language barriers for those who don't. But one person IS able to speak English conversationally. Just be patient and use body language when possible so you don't have to worry about communicating by words. All in all, I had a good experience and the price was reasonable. read more

These movers were fast, reliable, very friendly and respectful. The movers that were sent were Rongjun Li & Xingmeng Li. We had a few very heavy items and they carefully and quickly wrapped them up and loaded up there truck. One of them, not sure which, was able to carry our solid wood dining table down the second story stairs all by himself! They brought the items to our new home and placed them where we wanted and did it without any problems. They were very professional and did a great job with taking care of our items. We got quotes from several local movers, and we chose Lucky Moving because they responded promptly and had the best price. Great communication through the whole process, even when bad weather threatened to delay the move. Day of the move, they kept me posted on the expected time and weather conditions. They offered a 3rd man for a great price to speed up the move in case the rain started, and they were amazing! We had a 2 bedroom unit and all of our furniture and boxes were packed in under an hour, they even helped me pack some unfinished rooms with ease.
