TRASH service, I got my nose pierced here when I was 18 and had absolutely no problems for 3 years. I went to get my piercing changed about 2 months ago here and it fell out in my sleep even though I had gotten the same backing that ISNT supposed to come out! When I called they had told me the most they can do for me is set up an appointment and that I have to repurchase everything which was kind of annoying but I went with it anyway. I got there BEFORE 12:30 which was my appointment and didn't even see the piercer until 1:30, what was the point of an appointment? They were letting WALK INS before me. I paid $100 for a piercing to fall out and for you guys to offer horrible service. On top of that had to pay another $150 for a nose ring that I didn't even want but had to do something about my missing piercing. Most places would at least offer a discount especially after making them wait AN HOUR. read more

The cartilage was much more like a harder pinch and second lobes were not painful at all. I had two great experiences at LuLu's body piercing. I drove all the way from near Hollywood California. The first visit took an hour and a half for me to get there which was worth it. Johnny was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure if I could have an industrial done and I was afraid I would end up going somewhere that would pierce it just for the money even if my ear couldn't properly support it. Johnny confirmed my ear wouldn't support an industrial, which was cool with me because I wanted my Daith just as bad. I appreciated his honesty. He helped me pick out the jewlery and then there was a wait. They took my phone number and I waited for their text. Hannah was also so sweet. She answered my questions about black Friday deals and we chatted while Gabriel finished setting up the room with his apprentice. Gabriel did an amazing job, it didn't even really hurt, just a little pressure. 6 days later I returned for the black Friday sale, I got to spin the wheel for the discount which was a fun, entertaining way to find out what I'd be getting off my next piercing. Again Hannah was extremely helpful, she made a great recommendation on a titanium post for my conch which I took, and I really love that I went with her recommendation. The ball has a flat side and it sits really nice in my ear. Again Gabriel pierced me, this time the piercing hurt way more, but it's because my conch is pretty thick. It looks amazing though, they both do. I have about 5 more piercings I want in my ears, I will definitely be getting them at Lulu's, so they can expect me back at least one more time before the new year and a few times next year. I walked into Lulu's on a whim while shopping one day. My double helix piercings (done elsewhere) had healed completely and I wanted to upgrade to gold hoops. To my surprise Lulu's had something similar to what I was looking for but only one hoop in stock. The sales girl suggested that I pay for both ($300 total) and told me they'd give me a call when they receive the new shipment the next week. They replaced one of my studs at the store and I was planning on returning when I got the call for the second earring. The hoop they put it my ear irritated the hell out of my completed healed (~2 years old) piercing so I ended up switching it back to the original stud after 1 week. MONTHS LATER I still hadn't heard anything about the second earring. I thought I'd be proactive and get a refund BEFORE they even gave me the earring (as the first one caused irritation) so I went in to the store. I assumed that like any functioning business they would have some record of my order as they would have needed to contact me when the shipment arrived, but that was not the case. The girl at the counter instead asked me to describe who sold it to me, which I thought was a little strange. She then asked which credit card I used for the purchase but when she swiped it no transactions pulled up. VERY STRANGE. She told me that they would give me a refund if I brought my receipt in. About a month and a half later when I found my receipt and had time to come in, the girl now says that she can't process the return because it has been longer than 180 days. Mind you, she made NO MENTION of a deadline the last time. I HADN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE EARRING YET. She called the owner and they said all they could do was give me the second earring. No refund. I asked when the owners would be in and she said they rarely come and don't have a set schedule. I asked if she could find out but she refused to ask them when they would be coming in. Overall I'm extremely disappointed in the way they conduct their business. I have several piercings and have made similar orders from other piercing studios without issue. Frankly given how shady they are I'm not even convinced these pieces are solid gold as they claimed. The fact that I wasn't even able to speak to the people in charge was extremely upsetting. Coming to Lulu's was a $300 mistake that I hope no one else makes. read more

I came in last month to get 4 piercings, I came for my second holes on my ears and a double nostril piercing, I also purchased a new ring for my septum. This place is beyond professional and I definitely cannot wait to come back! While we waited for my daughter's turn, we had to stand for awhile on top of continuing to stand while she was getting pierced. I don't mind waiting at all, (just waited about 15min, then 15 more during the piercing- ears and nose) but they could make it more comfortable while you wait, there's definitely room for seating. read more

I've been here multiple times in the past two years and I definitely can say this is a good shop. The first time I came for a jewelry change, I was taken care of by Royanna. It was an easy experience. The next two times, I was taken care of by Johnny. I got my septum pierced and he really cares for his customers. I was just going in with wanting to be pierced, but he asked what position I want my septum at (as in if I wanted it to hang low or high). I honestly didn't think of that. I feel like if I went elsewhere, they would be like, "Septum piercing? Ok," and just pierce it however. That probably would lead to dissatisfaction with my piercing later on. I came back months later for a jewelry change for my ears and I was surprised that he actually remembered me and that I had a group of friends with me the day of my septum. I'm not a person with any memorable features so it was nice just being remembered. Haha. Finally, yesterday I went in for a conch piercing and was taken care of by Gabriel and I assume an apprentice. Both were really nice people. I'm awkward socially and I can tell they were trying to make me comfortable and break the ice. I really do appreciate that. The piercing was really fast and easy. I was in and out in no time which was great since I had places to be. I really do recommend this place and I will keep coming back as long as they're still in Westminster. read more

Do NOT go to this place!!!!! I called ahead of time to make an appointment and they told me there was no need and to just walk in. I drove an hour to get to this place and when I got there is was busy! I asked how long the wait would be and they said an hour. I left and came back an hour later and they told me 20 more minutes. 2 HOURS LATER they still where not ready for me and by this time I missed my other appointment I had that day due to them lying. I finally just asked for a refund and this Sonic the hedgehog looking MF didn't even offer an apology! I told them that this waisted over 4 and 1/2 hours out of my day and he looked me dead in my eye and did not give a damn not one bit!!!! This place is unprofessional and dosen't deserve business!!! The least they could have did was apologize and they did NOTHING!!! Now I have to wait over 5 days to even get my money back! Worst piercing place I have ever been to!!!! read more

I got my daith pierce here almost 2 months ago and I'm so happy with how my piercing is healing! I came in on a busy Saturday because I was nearby and really wanted a web and daith piercing. I waited in line for no more than 30 minutes which surprised me because there were at least 5 people in line waiting to get pierced before me. When it was my turn to get pierced I was greeted by Johnny, he was very professional and when he was looking at my tongue web he informed me that my web was too small to be pierced and if pierced I could have a lot of bleeding, so sadly I didn't end up getting my web pierced but I'm glad he took the time to let me know why I wouldn't be able to get pierced, i could tell that he really cared about my safety and not about piercing me to make money. So I then went ahead and got my daith pierced. Johnny marked my ear and got a mirror to show me where the piercing would go and it was placed perfectly! The piercing process was smooth, they counted down then pierced me, I have a pretty high pain tolerance so it wasn't too painful. It's been almost 2 months since I got my piercing and it's healing beautifully! I have over 6 piercings and this one is the easiest healing process I've ever dealt with. I can't wait until this piercing is fully healed then I'm going back in to get another piercing! I got my first piercing (industrial) done here back in March. Everything was fine until I received a bump on the bottom of my ear due to the piercing. I decided to check in to seek for help. All I got from the employees there was negative comments. Apparently my ear wasn't the right structure for this specific earring. They kept telling me where I got it pierced because they said they wouldn't do something like that here. I obviously got it done there and there didn't believe me??? Huh??? They recommended me to remove my piercing, but I chose not too. They said they also couldn't do anything about it. Fast forward- now my piercing is at its best state and looks so good. I can't believe I got "attacked" at what I got done there. I went to you guys for help- It was my first piercing and I had no idea what I was running into. I am most definitely not going back to this store to receive any of my future piercings. Employees need to work on customer service and not blame the customer. I am only giving it 1 star because I got a good experience the 1st visit. read more

I found this place like three years ago and the only reason why I had been considering it at the time was because I was a broke college student. Decided to finally go in to get my second earlobes and was surprised to find out my total was almost $400 despite choosing the cheapest option of yellow gold. Years ago the pricing was way cheaper, like $80 including jewelry. I had no clue that they were going to use gold posts which were like $60 by themselves - and would have liked the option to choose titanium posts for cheaper since no one is going to see the post. When I got pierced I did not see them sterilize the jewelry, so I have no idea how clean their needles/jewelry/tools are. They use a needle and flatback jewelry so points for that however when they pierced me with a 18g needle the post backing did not want to go through my ear so the piercer attempted to shove it through with force which hurt so bad. The posts they also gave to me were like 2 mm too long (5/16") which ended up being a problem because they would move around too much and caused irritation bumps and ended up being snagged on my mask ear loops. During the healing process my ears had a lot of pain to the point where I'd wake up during the night and be unable to sleep (now that I've had my 3rd lobes pierced at a reputable certified APP piercer, I know what the difference is). Even though I was cleaning my ears 2-3 times a day with saline solution they would get so irritated, the one ear that the piercer had shoved the backing through was definitely getting swollen and very hot to touch. I took out the piercing and squeezed my ear and definitely got a good chunk of clotted blood/pus and serous fluid mixture out. This happened almost once a week for about 4 weeks. Basically I was having issues with these healing for 3 months. Don't recommend, I suggest looking for a piercer who is APP certified and sterilizes the jewelry/tools with an autoclave with a sterilizer index in front of you. read more
