I came to get my nipples pierced. The piercer was really nice and dotted where the piercings would go. I had asked about one of them just because I felt that it would be too close to the edge of my nipple and not close enough to the base before to areola. He had explained that it was in a good spot since you dont want to it go through the areola of course and so I trusted his judgment. A day later I was concerned since it was pierced so close to the edge of the nipple in comparison to the other one I had done which was perfect. I reached out to them through there piercing help link that they provided on instagram and never got a response back. Two months later I noticed that the piercing was even closer to the edge and more of the bar was showing than it initially was. I had provided a picture to their piercing help link, and I used that to compare where the piercing was now. And it really was starting to migrate closer to edge and this was a sign that I needed to remove it because it was rejecting. read more

Your evening staff was great today! I stopped in after realizing my 4ish days old helixes swelled up. I got them at another shop that practices safe piercing and I did everything right for aftercare. I work very close by to LuLu's and didn't want to wait much longer to get it checked out. Turns out, I was having an allergic reaction to the jewelry. I was already having a rough last few days, but your staff was so sincere and welcoming when I started to uncontrollably cry, which had nothing to do with my experience! Must've been my relief being released Besides slight normal pain from the piercing removals, it was a great experience and they took amazing care of me. The experience of getting a piercing was fine didn't have a problem checking in and it was pretty quick. Unfortunately, my only problem was that my piercer wasn't wearing his mask at all during my visit and it made me extremely uncomfortable... if you're requiring your customers to wear mask upon entering why aren't you requiring your staff to? read more

I love this place. Definitely won't go anywhere else. I've had my nose done twice (it fell out after a year and closed up, so I had it redone). My second and third ear lobe holes and my ear hole flap (traugus...I think that's the name). Everyone is professional and makes you feel at ease. They are all super knowledgeable. The first time I got my nose pierced, I hadn't eaten in about 6 hours and I felt dizzy after, so they got me some sugar water and let me sit for a while. Slightly overpriced jewelry, but the staff here are incredibly friendly. I put two stars because of my tongue-piercing experience which I later had to take out. I believe the girl that dis mine was a trainee. So she stabs my tongue with the thing, then when she goes to screw the top ball on, she literally, straight up drops it on the floor. Not only do I let out this weird squeak/moan of fear, she doesn't do a good job of hiding her sheer panic either. She calls in her manager or whoever the other person is working with her and asks if they can bring her a ball thing to screw on while she's twisting and turning looking for it and literally tugging on my freshly pierced tongue. There is drool and blood all over me. What was supposed to be a quick job turned in to be a very painful, uncomfortable, and agonizing experience. I do not recommend getting the more sensitive areas done at this location. Go somewhere more high end. BUT they're extremely friendly!!!! read more

I will admit I am a bit of a drama queen, but the employees there kept it professional even though I was the one freaking out. He is incredible at his job. Recently, I had to take out all of my jewelry for an MRI, and well, I dug myself a hole. I love Lulu's. I woke up this morning and really wanted to get my nose re-pierced. I've purchased jewelry from here before but had never been pierced by anyone. The appointment process was super simple. I went online and within 5 minutes had my appointment and all forms filled out. I'm a little sadden the fact that I have to type a bad review ... but the whole pain and discomfort it caused me left me no choice ...I had gotten some lip piercings done not too long ago. I was helped out by Gabe their head piercer. Now, he had done my septum and was totally nice and chill the whole time. This time around for my lip piercings, I had some push back studs installed. And when he did, I heard him comment I had big lips. The jewelry felt tight right away. But I thought it was just the swelling from the piercing. When it completely healed, I was thrown off the fact my lips were hurting. Every night waking up in the early hours to have the back end of my lip ring INSIDE my lip. It was painful and uncomfortable!!! Literally every night having to push it back through the whole. When I called and told them my dilema, they said they'd have to check if I needed a longer bar. Ummm... I don't "think" I KNOW due to it constantly going in my lip. I went to a different location to get it fixed and the gentleman really had to PULL HARD to take the pushbacks out!!!! I just would've hoped that if the piercer acknowledged I had big lips, why proceed with a small piece of jewelry???? Again, it saddens me to do this but it caused a lot of pain, stress, and discomfort. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but they have so many good reviews that mine won't damage anything. I came to lulus to get my second lobes. I expected a wait because I was a walk in so I'm not bothered by that, but I am bothered by the attitude one of the employees kept giving me and my friend. I shrugged it off because of COVID and all (I wouldn't want to be working either), and I go to get my piercing because it's my turn. The piercer was super kind and helpful, but he put the jewelry in so tight that my ear looked like someone had punched it the next day. When I got it pierced, I wasn't bleeding or anything. I slept on my back for two weeks to avoid ruining the piercing and giving myself pain but even after loosening the jewelry and cleaning as instructed, my ear was in pain. I remove the jewelry and my lobe had the earring so tight that it left an indent and now the hole is completely closed. This place is legit a god send. I came in with a super infected ear and had to take it off ASAP and with all the swelling and bleeding I had prior from it, they were still willing to take me in. The piercer was super gentle and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process and explained what was goin on. He took it off really quick and even noticed I had a hematoma and took care of tht also. The price was beyond cheap and I would hands down trust him with any of my piercings. This made healing very more uncomfortable than it should have been. Flipping the piecing in and out is rather difficult and not as painless as it should be. Be careful coming here. 6/24/21 I came in today after drunkenly deciding with my bestie that I wanted a nose piercing. We made the appointment weeks ago and arrived at 10:50 am at Lulus. They were still closed but we waited calmly outside. The staff members then arrived and said it would only be a moment while they set up. We were then greeted by Harrison , chose our jewelry, paid and waited outside again while they set up thr room. My bestie went in and came out super happy and saying it wasn't even painful. After her I went in and Harrison was explaining on the placement of the piercing would allow me to wear a hoop later on.
