I wanted a new naval jewelry and I already knew want I wanted. But as I asked to straight away buy it, the woman told me to move to the side so she can help someone else. Came here to get a ear piercing at around noon with my cousin. The guy that was there said we couldn't do anything till 3pm. Kinda lame since he was just sitting there on his computer with no other customers there. My cousin and I just walked out and decided to stop at another piercing place. I guess LuLu Piercings didn't want our business. If they were not doing any piercings till 3 its pointless to be open before then. read more

The have good prices for cartilage piercings which include the earrings ($25 each or 2 for $45) but I was really disappointed in the quality of the earrings they used. I got simple studs with flat backings, but one of the earrings' backings fell out after one week. Thankfully I had another surgical steel earring I could use, but it hurt like hell to put it in since it was a bit thicker than the one they used. The place has really good antiseptic technique for the piercings, which they do with a needle instead of a piercing gun. It's a pretty decent place and I would recommend it if you want a relatively cheap piercing, just don't follow their cleaning instructions (they tell you to use antibacterial soaps to clean the piercings but I've been soaking my ear in salt water like the piercings bible recommends). read more

They're nice people but I wouldn't ever go there again because they use cheap jewelry and then make you pay 45-50 dollars for it and they don't even have all of the proper tools for their piercings. If you want something legit I wouldn't come here. read more

Amazing place nearby my house ! I came here unexpectedly today after my earrings fell out and the holes closed up very quick. Luckily I spoke to Johnny about it as he did this for me before. This place was such a great experience! I've been wanting to get a belly piercing the whole day and it just so happened as I was going to my car that was parked at target, this store appeared. I went in and asked how much it would cost and they nicely responded. They took my ID and I filled out paper work and then it was time. I asked a lot of questions and they were so kind when answering. The piercing just felt like a pinch and barely hurt. The price was a lot better than expected. I was there to get my daughter's ears pierced this afternoon. I chose Lulu based on yelp reviews even though it's further than other shops, however I was not satisfied with the service I've experienced. I initially sent a message to the shop thru yelp to request an appointment. I haven't gotten a response even though they claimed that responses will be in 20 min. I called and left a message on the voice message after 3 hours of wait, still there was no reply. On the third attempt to call someone finally answered the phone and they told me there was no need to make an appointment. we waited only about 5 minutes when we walked in which was good. When my daughter was seated I asked the female piercer to lower the mark when she marked the dot on her ears. I personally preferred the piercing to be a bit lower than the mid point. BUT, She said "I cannot go lower than that" She refused my request even though I as a parent requested to do so and was the one will be paying for the service. She explained why she marked in the mid point but I still preferred it to be bit lower. She did not listen to me rather went ahead with her choice of mark. I didn't want to argue with her furthermore so didn't say any. When I look at my daughter's ear I'm not very happy with where the earrings are placed. read more

I'm not from the area but came in with my daughter after having lunch at a nearby establishment. We had previously had our helixes pierced about 2 months ago at our local mall but they were done with a piercing gun instead of a needle. The ones we had done here at Lulu's were practically painless compared to the ones we had done close to home. Staff was very nice and professional. Shop and piercing area was spotless. I chose Lulu's after finding videos online. I called and asked if they did specific piercings and if they had the jewelry for these or do I need to bring my own. I was told they do the requested piercings and they had plenty of jewelry available to choose from, AWESOME! SOOOO... I make an appointment for myself and my friend as suggested. My friend arrived a little bit before me and tells me, oh they were supposed to tell me that the person that does the piercing I wanted didn't come in. (I drove an hour and a half to come to this location) my appointment was in the late afternoon, yet, I was told once I get there!? So, I asked for a different piercing, they didn't have the right size jewelry to get that one either. I was very disappointed at how unprofessional it was to make an appointment, wait for the customer to arrive to tell them, oh that person didn't come in. Just as they wouldn't appreciate customers not giving common courtesy of canceling an appointment. I did give 2 stars, because my friend's piercing was nice and the ladies working were nice. But still extremely irritated driving so long for nothing. read more

Randomly discovered this place half a year ago and I'm really glad I did!! This shop has easily became my go to place for piercings. Many piercing shops are very expensive; while Lulu's prices are reasonably affordable, it does not take away the quality of service and piercings!! Shop is very clean and the piercers are really knowledgeable with what they do. Don't hesitate if you've got any questions or concerns. Staffs are very friendly and easy to reach out to. I have come here three times to get my triple helix, conch, and tragus pierced. They were done by different piercers and they all make my piercings quick and painless! Took the family to the mall to get my daughters first and hopefully last nose piercing . Harout (hope I'm spelling it right) helped us with all the details on what we needed and what to expect. Made my daughter fell so at ease. Unfortunately the piercing staff member "Angie" was not in at the moment. I gave them my number to text me when she came in. It gave us time to eat and walk around. As planned, the text came in and off we went. Walked in and met Angie. Great gal btw. Spoke to my daughter and comfort her. She marked her spot, my daughter confirmed and it was done just like that. I've went to Lulu's for all my piercings but after my experience that last time I went I'm pretty sure I will never return. I went in to get my second helix piercing and had requested that I wanted it pierced with a hoop. Yes, I know it's not recommended but my first helix piercing never fully healed with a stud. I explained that to them and one of the guys in the front was super understanding about it but I felt an overall attitude from the other workers. I also asked if they could change my stud to a hoop(on my first helix so they match) and they told me they could then called me in to get my piercing. I go into the separate room and immediately I get this bad vibe. I walk in and the girl doesn't say anything, so awkwardly, I say hi. All she tells me to do is sit down. She doesn't introduce herself or smile and automatically it just makes me uncomfortable. Then when she is taking out my stud she YANKS it out and it hurt more than an actual piercing!! (The piercing is already 10 months old now so it wasn't because it was new) My second piercing is healing nicely, but the one she changed out now has A BLACK BUMP. It isn't a keloid but a black bump on the back of my ear. Been on my ear the day after I went and it hasn't changed since then. read more

They were funny and talking about the process, asking me question about why I was scared and then made it seem like nothing at all.
