Ate here today by myself on a frigid Monday afternoon. I had brought 2 slices of pizza with a can of soda and it tasted pretty good but it's a bit doughy. The service there was also attentive and quick. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time.

Pronto! Greasy cheesy hot pizza in my belly. Two slices and a soda for $5. Get in my belly, pronto! Eat dat pizza then go shopping in the mall across the street, pronto! Then come back, to have a $1 cup of coffee, pronto! Better find a bathroom afterwards. PRONTO!

Great pizza and really great deal with 2 slices of cheese and a soda for $6. I didn't wait longer than a minute and the person working was very nice. The space to order is a bit cramped but line moves quickly and there's a few places to sit and eat.

This is an outdoor pizza place that is on the corner right outside the Queens Center Mall, Shake Shack and Olive Garden. We chose this place because they actually had four small tables for outdoor seating. Actually, this address changes businesses a lot, which is surprising considering the foot traffic. Before it was a pizza place, it was a Mexican place, a halal food place, and a flower shop. My friend and I both ended up having a cheese and pepperoni slice each. The pizza is fairly priced, at $2.50 for a cheese slice and $3.00 for a pepperoni one. The first thing we noticed is that their pizza is super greasy, with the oil just soaking into the paper plate. We did not mind this at all, but it can be a turn off to others. Maybe as a result of the oil, we both found the slices very juicy - very cheesy and saucy and well done. Excellent standard New York style pizza if that is what you are looking for. They have a deal of two cheese slices with a drink for $5.00.

Apparently the signage has changed from Pronto to Lulu's Pizza. Saw a deal that said 2 cheese pizza slices + drink for 6 bucks. The pizza doesn't wow, and is in fact, extremely dry. No sauce oozed out and it could just be categorized as cheesy bread. It's similar to the $1 slices in the City. But for the price, I suppose you can't complain much. It does what it needs to do - quash hunger pangs.

Honestly the best and cheapest lunch in Queens. $5 for this and a canned soda. Their pizza is really, really good. Topped with just the right amount of sauce, just the right amount of cheese and the crust is almost perfectly thick. The service is speedy and friendly.

    Regular slice & pepperoni slice

Solid, fresh NY slices. They seem to not have a working phone, and aren't even receiving Grubhub orders that customers place, so it's kind of impossible to order ahead from here currently, but I really hope they fix all of that because this has the potential to be a great pizzeria option in Elmhurst.

The restaurant was…read morepacked when we arrived on a Friday night, but thankfully did not have to wait as we didn't need a booth. We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and a calzone with sausage. Both items came out together like we asked and was far too much food for two. My first bite of the pizza was hot, crunchy, and delicious. I love fresh oven pizzas with a crispy bottom crust. The chefs did an amazing job cooking it just right. I also loved the fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. It really elevated the pizza to another level. The crust was great all around with a slight oven char. Lastly the calzone took me by surprise as it had no sauce and was filled with ricotta cheese as opposed to mozzarella. It came with a small cup of hot marinara sauce for dipping/pouring. It was definitely an interesting calzone but don't think it was worth the price. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and Nick's and would highly recommend it. I do wish the pricing was a bit more fair when it came to full vs half pie toppings as well as the calzone.

My friend has a newborn and we were trying to find restaurants in the area that would be stroller-friendly (which actually isn't an easy task, to my surprise) and finally landed on Nick's because we had gone there together when it reopened. And it always seems very family and kid-friendly. We definitely went to the right place. I'm not a parent and I've never pushed a stroller without some bumps here and there, and I was so worried about helping get the stroller through the 2 doors. One of his staff saw us from the inside and immediately came out to help as soon as we reached for the door. Nick's paternal instincts definitely came into full effect because he looked out for us and wanted to give us the best seats so that we can have the stroller beside us. The pizza is excellent and I absolutely would come here over again and again, but the warm service from Nick himself and his staff is what truly makes this place so special in the community for so long. I didn't get a chance to come here during those formative years before the fire but when the restaurant finally reopened last year, it was incredibly sad to hear Nick explain how the fire and rebuilding devastated him and the business for over 2 years.

They're great, and the service is phenomenal. I wanted to comment about their catering, because they shined here. I had my kid's birthday party over at Dream City and needed to order pizza. We also had a guest who was lactose-intolerant, and another who was gluten-free. My son also has an egg allergy, so when I called to confirm that there was no egg in their pizza dough, they confirmed that it was correct. Some old school NY pizza joints don't appreciate this question, but the owner here was kind and understood exactly why I would want to ask this question. They also made sure that my guest who was lactose-intolerant wouldn't have a pasta dish made with any butter or milk. They delivered the 8 pies, gluten free personal pizza, and pasta for my lactose-intolerant guest right on time. I had placed the order a few days before, so I was worried about them being on time, but that wasn't an issue at all. Everyone raved about the pies, and our guests with the food intolerances were happy with their food, too. The delivery driver was pleasant and made sure things went where they needed to. If you need a good pizza caterer in the area, look no further than Lillian's.

Friendly service. This time I tried the grandma Sicilian slice. They don't have lasagna any more.read more

I felt slightly intimidated from the look of the place on the outside because it would seem like a middle class to upper class Restaurant but inside, it does look very nice but the setting is very much casual for its basically an upscale Pizzeria. However I didn't have pizza in mind, I went for something bigger and that would be the Chicken Parmigiana along with Root Beer which tallied up to $32 so not too bad. I contemplated about getting Dessert but I ultimately forgone it, which was a good decision in the long run because the chicken parm order was surprisingly hefty. I've gotten used to smaller portions being served in restaurants nowadays and I was expecting I'm gonna be hungry later eventually, but I sure was proven wrong. That meal filled me up proper, a little too proper because I felt absolutely stuffed after eating it all. I'm not one to complain about a good problem. Sure I felt uncomfortable, bloated and sluggish after eating that meal but I will take that any day in the week over feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled because if you're gonna spend $30+ on a meal, you SHOULD get your money's worth and that was a meal I could very well split with two and felt very fine with that. So props to PC for a gut busting meal, for the price I paid for lunch, I should feel like I'm going to spontaneously combust, better that than still feeling empty. That was an amazing meal that I'm STILL feeling the effects of as I write this review going on 8 PM on the same day I ate there at 12:30 PM. The vibe is also solid too, the workers are friendly and service was pretty swift. Took less than 6 minutes for my meal to find my table.

The chicken parm was okay; but the side of pasta wasn't great. The sauce tasted so sweet. The spicy calamari was pretty good. The pork chop was very over sauced and filled with dried cranberries which I found a bit odd. The restaurant itself was very busy. The ambiance was bustling. The service was not solid. My niece waited about 15 mins into us all getting our food for her slice of pizza to arrive. It was so hard to grab our servers attention. All in all the food is okay. But this wasn't the best experience.
