I stopped by this new Mediterranean spot and the food was really good -- fresh and flavorful, though a bit on the pricey side. However, when I first walked in with my service dog, the cashier looked over at what seemed to be the manager and asked (in front of everyone) if dogs were allowed and looked directly at me. It made me feel uncomfortable, especially since service dogs are permitted by law. I wish the situation had been handled more discreetly and professionally. I even ordered to go Overall, the food was worth trying pricey but you get what you pay for, but I hope they improve their customer service awareness and training when it comes to service animals. read more

This was our first time into Luna Grill as we have been wanting to try it for the last couple months. It was very clean inside and very opening and inviting when you walk in. First time here and everything top to bottom was absolutely top-notch. From the moment you walk in everything was spotless clean and amazing decor. Someone definitely took their time to make this place look very welcoming and friendly. Everyone that helped us was beyond helpful and nice and they even checked on us a few times while we were eating. The food was 10 out of 10. My niece and I went for dinner on 2/20/2026. As there were fewer people in the restaurant compared to the first time we tried to eat here, we were hoping for a better experience. They might have been short-staffed, as everyone had blinders on and couldn't acknowledge new customers who entered the premises. We waited to be helped, but no one took our order until I approached a staff member who was handing out a to-go order to another customer. She took our order, but there were no apologies for keeping us waiting for more than 10 minutes (the time on the receipt was 7:22 pm). After placing our order for one chicken kabob plate and one koobideh kabob plate, we waited approximately 30 minutes before finally receiving our order. Our total order was $45.76. We have frequented Luna Grill in Southern California and enjoy the food, but we've never had to wait this long for our order. I feel management is still working out kinks from their grand opening in November 2025. Until the reviews reflect better response time and better customer service, we will find other places to get Mediterranean food. read more

We tried the Classic Chicken Pitas for dinner last night. They were very good. Plenty of flavorful chicken, not dry. However, we did notice that the pepperoncinis were only a few small pieces sprinkled on the top half. They skimped on those for some reason. I also found it disappointing that a side of French fries is $3.59. We purchased two orders, spent $7 on fries and the containers they came in were not even halfway full. Very overpriced and very salty. Will skip those next time. I can see why many others have complained about the pricing to portion size ratio. I've tried a few dishes and have enjoyed all of the food. The customer service is also satisfying, the employees are always friendly. I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons: 1) it is overpriced. Every other Greek/Mediterranean restaurant that costs the same would provide almost twice the amount of food. 2) the wait is too long; I'm guessing they need to increase staffing, which may resolve the problem, but I always wait at least 20 minutes when there is no one or maybe one other person in the restaurant. It seems they prioritize to go orders, and people eating in the restaurant take a backseat. read more

We're so happy to have a dinner spot that is fast, casual, and on the healthier side close to our home. Everytime we go in the folks are friendly and welcoming. The food has come out timely and I recommend to try to eat in person every once in a while because the food is just even better right off the grill. Best Mediterranean food I've had. They cook it fresh so be prepared to be patient in getting your food, will likely be 15-20 mins but incredibly worth it.
