Went with my daughter today. Just down the street from my house, so great location for me. Anyway, bottom line, very good/fresh. I didn't think about taking picture, but everything plated very nicely. I had the Medi Macro Bowl with Koobideh - never had that meat before and wanted to try something new. Very good - juicy, hints of various spices. Everything else in the bowl was very fresh and the Humas was excellent. My daughter had the Lunatic Sampler (humas, stuffed grape leaves, pita bread, falafel, fresh veg.) Very good. She also had a piece of baklava - the only complaint there, it was too small. We have had our order wrong about half the times we've been here. The gyro started off very moist then slowly declined. I know they are busy, new and there's a learning curve but I hope they continue to work hard on their inconsistencies and timeliness so they can stay open! Luna Grill is a huge win if you're looking for fast, great-tasting, well-balanced meals. The service is absolutely impeccable. Even during a busy lunch rush, multiple staff members checked in on me... the onsite trainer, the manager, and the serving staff...which really stood out and made the experience feel cared for rather than rushed. I ordered the Santorini Bowl with extra chicken, and it was excellent. It reminded me a bit of a CAVA bowl once you think outside the box on how to eat it...mixing elements together, using the sauces to change the flavor profile, and tailoring each bite to your taste. I generally don't love chicken breast because it can end up dry, but their version was surprisingly balanced, especially paired with the rice, couscous, pickled veggies, and yogurt sauce. The whole meal felt bold yet light, filling but not heavy, with a great balance of veggies, carbs, and protein. Flavors were very good and easy to customize depending on your palette. I recommend adding a side of harissa, creamy harissa, or chipotle cream. I mixed everything with the creamy harissa first, then switched to chipotle cream when I wanted a little variety and extra spice. I also tried a side of gyro, which was well-seasoned and moist...definitely better than the frozen-variety gyro meat some places use. Between the two proteins, I actually preferred the chicken, which says a lot given how picky I am about chicken breast. Overall, Luna Grill nails the combination of flavor, freshness, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back. read more

Luna Grill just opened in our Eastmark area and it's already a hit. I've eaten there twice this week. The first time I had the Chicken and Koobideh Kabob Plate, and the second time I tried the Classic Gyro. Both were full of flavor. The menu has a ton of protein options, sauces, and combinations, so it's the kind of place I could eat at regularly without getting tired of it. The staff made the experience even better. Kaitlyn helped me at the counter and she was fantastic. She walked me through the menu, recommended sauces, answered every question, and made the whole ordering process easy. She was friendly, patient, and really good at what she does. I'll definitely be back. Great food, great staff, great addition to the neighborhood. read more

This was our first time dining here. Last summer I went out Greece so I wanted to reminisce for my Mother's Day lunch. It definitely did not disappoint. The restaurant was spick and span clean. The service was amazing. Enrique, aka Henry, aka Hank aka Eque was above the top kind and accommodating!!! I would highly recommend for fresh healthy food. Everything is made to order. I stopped by this new Mediterranean spot and the food was really good -- fresh and flavorful, though a bit on the pricey side. However, when I first walked in with my service dog, the cashier looked over at what seemed to be the manager and asked (in front of everyone) if dogs were allowed and looked directly at me. It made me feel uncomfortable, especially since service dogs are permitted by law. I wish the situation had been handled more discreetly and professionally. I even ordered to go Overall, the food was worth trying pricey but you get what you pay for, but I hope they improve their customer service awareness and training when it comes to service animals. read more

Had one person in front of me and waiting for nearly 15 minutes to order. There were three cashiers and two with "leadership" shirts trying to help the customer with her order and they kept messing it up. They have two cash registers but only had one open and 8 other people came in after me. I was in a rush so couldn't go anywhere else quickly or else I would have left. Wait, this place is so good! As a creature of habit it became a go to right away and that doesn't happen often. I've had it like 3 times in two weeks... the kali gyro wrap! I would suggest eating it there so it's hot, you get extra sauce and it doesn't take as long. read more

The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, the food came out quickly. It just wasn't good. It honestly just taste like Sysco, no originality. I got the gyro plate, gyro kids meal and the trio dip sampler. The gyro meat was horrible. Sliced incredibly thin resulting it in it being dry and burnt. The dips tasted like they were scooped out of a tub and put onto a plate. Just cold with little flavor. I was so excited to try this place and was incredibly let down. While the flavor is very good, I am disappointed that the portion sizes have decreased. We ordered for pickup and brought home. My dad's pita with gyro meat barely had any meat, same with the chicken one. I had the peach burrata salad which is so delicious but it was significantly smaller than it's been in the past and actually didn't have much lettuce!! Like half the normal portion. It's also supposed to have pecans and it didn't have any of those at all. Not sure if they were having a bad night, but I will think twice about ordering again. read more

We're so happy to have a dinner spot that is fast, casual, and on the healthier side close to our home. Everytime we go in the folks are friendly and welcoming. The food has come out timely and I recommend to try to eat in person every once in a while because the food is just even better right off the grill.
