Overdue deserving review! We live in Menifee and have a luna nearby but it's so bad there every single time that we simply stopped going there and will rather much drive out to Temecula for this location. The cooks at Temecula which i beleive are much more older adults rather than kids at the Menifee store , put more effort and heart into their making. It's always top quality very flavorful and fresh! I hope they keep these cooks for a long time. The atmosphere and service is always on point. Am not sure if the lady up front is the manager but she is always in good spirits and very friendly. Love that she knows my family when we walk in. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. I wish I can eat there everyday. Love this place entirely. read more

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up I realized I was charged more than the posted price. I inquired with the staff (Ilia) and was told that it was through door dash which I did not understand. Instead of me leaving and having to contact door dash to inquire, ilia offered to give me additional items to cover the cost difference. I was a little upset this time, when I got my order. Normally the family meal for 6 comes with 3-4 Veggie skewers it addition to the meat you choose & a separate full container of rice. The veggies are yellow squash, green & red bell peppers & mushrooms. This time the rice, chicken & ONE Veggie choice was in the same container. There was only YELLOW Squash. -ALL for the same price! I understand Covid has made things challenging as far how one receives their food but it should not I repeat SHOULD NOT change in how one prepare and presents their food! I mean how hard is it to make a Cheeseburger? I can handle the cold under cooked fries I served my wife and kids of course after re heating them in our air fryer. I can handle the misconception of a mini gyro which is misplaced in the meal section of the menu when it's obviously an appetizer! What I can't handle is the failure of attention to detail on one of the simplest meal items known to man, really how does one forget cheese on a cheeseburger? Or any toppings for that matter? Luna Grill fresh Mediterranean (LG) has good food and an added bonus it's located outdoors within the Promenade of Temecula. I was actually on my way to eat elsewhere when on a whim I decided to try this restaurant out. I walked in; there was a small line and by small I mean three people ahead of me. The menu is quite easy to point out dishes that are vegan/plantbased as they have a leaf shaped like a V with a plus sign next to it. Once it was my turn to order, I was still contemplating either veggie plate or sampler platter but then found out they also have a falafel plate ($10)--that is not on the menu. I'm usually quite decisive. It was my first time here, nevertheless, I went for the falafel plate. I opted out of the pita bread as it was not vegan/plantbased--Monica was super helpful and after I paid she handed me my number (#44) to which I could be found once my order was ready. I found the beverage fountain and filled my water cup (no calories) then found a seat. Shortly after my French fries were the first to be ready; these thinly slices of potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Then my main dish came out which consisted of four falafels, hummus, a salad, grape leaves, and a bed of rice. I only wish I could have substituted the rice for a falafel or two. They offer two flavors of hummus one is original and the other spicy. I got the spicy hummus which isn't super hot and It's 75 cents for extra 2oz. Taziki sauce was good!! Overall food was good and such a filling meal! Service was great! Mediterranean food is always a good idea. They also have clean restroom should you need to use their facilities. LG is located closest to Yardhouse, afters ice cream, and the movie theater. I remember seeing LG in San Diego but I'm glad I got a chance to try them out. They have a few other locations across California as well as Texas (Dallas/Fort worth area). This is the worst customer service experience I ever had. Really shity employees and management. Very poor customer service. We ordered for 3 people food total about $95 however we asked for garlic sauce and the kids who work there refused to give it to us and said its a dollar if you want it. Well am a customer who used to go there every week and spend about $350 a month there and no respect. Everytime they do something wrong but the food is good so I keep coming. They always make mistakes on my food and i know it happens but losing a customer over a dollar thats stupid and shity. Maybe the kids running that place need to learn some respect and the manager should find a different job to do other than telling his employees ( the kids) to treat customers like shit. I placed an Uber eats order tonight for the kids. I got my order and it was incorrect. I checked my Uber wats receipt, and I was charged correctly. I called the restaurant to rectify the mistake. I order a lamb kabob plate and ordered and extra skewer of lamb. When I got the order it was an extra skewer of ground sirloin. Not only was this incorrect and not what we wanted to eat, but it's also a different up charge, $8.75 vs $4.99. I called and got someone on the phone and explained the situation. Instead of fixing it - the woman kept saying it was correct. I kept telling her it wasn't and she started to argue with me. I offered to even drive there and show her the receipt. She said no need because her receipt said ground sirloin. I said perhaps there was a communication error thru the computers, but I just wanted my kabob. She told me I can take it up with Uber eats. I asked for the manager. Allegedly she was the manager, named Juanita. Customer service 101 - just make it right. Don't argue. We are talking about a difference of $3.76. Either refund it, give me credit, or give me what I ordered. Especially since I frequent this place. I called Uber eats. They not only refunded me, but they also gave me a credit towards a future order. That's customer service. Juanita could learn from them. No matter what we order it looks amazing when it arrives. Today, I ordered the Modern Greek Salad with Falafel. All the ingredients are super fresh. Not one piece of brown salad, everything was well balanced and the vinaigrette was very nicely seasoned. The falafel is very flavorful. You basically get punched in the mouth with flavor and I'm so happy to receive this beating. I didn't even want to use a sauce, they were that good. Luna grill is always solid, but you can tell that it's starting to get too large of a chain, and expanding too far away from San Diego. Olive Garden started off as great restaurant, then they grew too big and were eventually sold to a large holding company.. quality went to hell and now it's a bit of a joke restaurant. This new Luna Grill was built in a nice location in the Promenade mall next to the movie theater. Most people would say it's a bit too small. Service was fine, and even included a thanks for coming in as we left. The food was okay, but it just wasn't the same as noticed by the older lettuce leaves in our salad. This location kinda reminds me of Daphne's, which means it's good, but it's also kinda cheap... Tips - They have Sumac (The red spice in the glass Parmesan shaker ) as a condiment. I recommend it on their salad.. - They do have a check-in deal here ( $5 off a shareable)... Feta Fries are my go-to. read more
