The Nayeli Cardenas, the event planner we spoke to about booking our party stated she would add an extra hour to our party. She said she would write it down & didn't. We signed up for the autism society luv2play. They closed down for two hours and opened it up just for the kids on the spectrum , which is awesome. This place used to be amazing and clean, now it's rundown with areas blocked off due to netting coming apart, none of the air things for the balls work and haven't in at least a year. So then I had my socks and water bottle to go in and then I was told that I can't bring in my water bottle even though I wasn't even going to enter the play area. What upset me the most is that there is a food bar with food and drinks and they called only me out about having any water inside! I ended up leaving my sons and husband and running errands because of the hostility I felt there from the employees. We celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday at Luv 2 Play and our entire party, both kids and adults had a blast! I first heard about Luv 2 Play though a Facebook group when a ton of other moms in Chino & Chino Hills kept raving about it. After checking out a couple other indoor playgrounds in the surrounding cities, we decided Luv 2 Play's Ultimate Plus Package was the best value for our money. Every time we stopped in to inquire about the party packages, the employees at the front desk were always very knowledgeable and willing to help. Our daughter's party was actually the first time our kids had ever been to Luv 2 Play. They thoroughly enjoyed it and none of the 20+ kids we invited even wanted to leave. We have 4 kids and throughout the years, we've always had their parties at indoor playgrounds or arcades in the area. But Luv 2 Play blew them all out of the water! From the moment I walked in, their customer service was top notch! Jovan, Martin and staff were there to assist with anything and everything our party needed from decorating the room, serving food, refilling drinks, passing out cupcakes, etc. They literally make you feel like family! We've never repeated any of our kid's birthday party venues in the past, but I am seriously considering having my son's birthday party there in 5 months! This review is on the food and how management handled a customer situation. I came to Luv 2 play in Chino on a weekday afternoon. I ordered a large pizza and wings at their cafe. I served the children and when I tried a sliced I immediately noticed the dough was raw. I took my food back to the attendant and thought she would handle my concern after she was done with another order, so I waited. After about 15 minutes I went back to the cafe and asked the attendant what is the situation with my pizza. She asked would I like to do, replace or refund? I said I wanted a refund so she got the manager. The shift supervisor came instead and told me "I can not do refunds or remake the pizza. That's usually how it comes". I then asked, "it comes doughy?" and she replied yes. I know my party is not the only ones that have received uncooked pizza. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and makes me question how they handle food. read more

I have had a birthday party for my son prior to today. In that day, there were no parties after ours and our "time limit" was coming up. They came in and let us know. So, We asked if we could just pay for another hour, which they said yes (not cheap, after the package and add ons we already paid for.). So after that next hour we just grabbed a table outside in the main play area since we didn't want to pay the fee again. TODAY, we go in with our kids and 2 of their friends. They upsell to add pizza and drinks. I go to the tables to sit and all of the tables are reserved besides one that is occupied. I let them know and they inform me, it's for the parties in the room when they are over. I let them know that I previously had a party and had to pay extra for the extra time in the room and was never told we also get the tables reserved after our time was up. So now, I'm standing with all the empty tables "reserved" for the party guests when they are done with their party in the room. And with a pizza and drinks and no table. Makes no sense to have the facility open to the public, if everything is being reserved for the party rooms. Will never come back again. read more
