This place has been my go to for as long as it's been opened. Moved to Indian and no offense but SoCal donut shops reign supreme. Went back to this place last week and it was like home. Delicious everything and now they have conchas! Great to see that. Service is always great. Always bustling no matter what time but they have enough people there so the wait is non existent. Class donut shop ambiance with drink menus and sandwich menus on the wall. Love luvn donuts!

Luvin' Donuts, as an afternoon (and afterthought) donut runs are always fun, and the lady at the counter, was super nice, even gave us a few extras. We obviously lucked out! Luvin' Donuts, like most classic pink-box donut shop, is a local community store, with a solid variety of choices (check out the menu), and plenty of parking in this plaza. The donut shop was clean, but there was a slight wet-smell. The doors were propped open with a wet floor sign nearby, so maybe there had been a spill. It just didn't have the sweet aroma I expected. I keep snooping their speciality which included taro donut -- very unexpected but interesting!!! On the opposite end of the shop, there's a "coffee bar" station to self pour your own coffee and add creamer/etc. The blueberry donut was good. Overall, a good place to pick up a dozen donuts enroute to the office or afternoon later with coffee treats for your teammates.

This is such a great place if you just want a quick breakfast or dessert item, I absolutely adore any kind of ham/turkey and cheese croissant so when I ran into this shop and found out they had some I was so excited. They offer it room temp or heated and have such a wide variety of drinks as well. The people helping are quick and friendly. This shop is definitely worth the price

One of the nicer doughnut shops I've been to. They have everything here. You can get juice drinks, smoothies,Boba. Breakfast items are served all day. They have sandwiches, open face bagels. They even have doughnuts. They are friendly, and service is fast. They have tables inside too.

I just have to stop and take the time to acknowledge good service in a donut shop. Yesterday I had to be at work at 6 a.m. on a Sunday; so I wanted to get some donuts for my bosses and some of my co-workers and I definitely wanted to go to one of my favorite donut shops; which conveniently is around the corner from my job. Now this means that I needed the donut shop to be open no later than 5:30 a.m. so that I wasn't late for work. My husband checked Yelp for me and wouldn't you know it Luv n Donuts opened at 4 a.m. and was readily stocked with some really good donuts and my favorites as well. I l love that Luv n Donuts always have some really cute good donuts for the holidays and some of the biggest best croissants you ever had! Yesterday I tried a glaze cinnamon twist that caught my eye and it was delicious! Unfortunately I can't speak to many other items such as the sandwiches, coffee, etc because I've only have tried the donuts and croissants; which is what I need out of a donut shop. The other good thing is it's in a nice area that makes it easily accessible to get in and out quickly. Now you might drive up and see a line at any given time but know that they move it along very quickly and you will be in and out. Thank you Luv n Donuts for making an early work morning donut delicious!

My husband loves maple bars so I ordered Happy Birthday letter donuts all as maple bars. He was surprised and it was a fun way to make a non-milestone birthday a little more special :) So grateful to Luv n Donuts for doing this at such an affordable price. Have been there for regular donuts many times before, and valentines hearts on Valentine's Day are always so cute from here too. The donuts are not too greasy or oily like other donut shops, and always light and fluffy and airy. What you'd want in a freshly baked donut ;) A great, neighborhood donut shop that I will continue going to. Also just great to support a local business! Definitely go if you haven't been yet.

First time here and the line was out the door. The service was fast, efficient, and it was super clean. The donuts I ordered were extremely light and fluffy. The bagel sandwich had fresh egg and a ton of bacon on it. The coffee was not the best, in my opinion. Overall, I would visit this location again if I was in the area.

Luv n donuts is located right by south coast and is such a great mom & pop shop. The owners are super sweet and they have a ton of variety. From your classics like glazed, chocolate long john's to new and exciting combos like the cap n crunch donut. I'm usually a glazed girl, however, luv n donuts chocolate bars and sugared donuts have changed my mind.

Variety doesn't seem to be a thing here, lady that helped me wasn't friendly, I wasn't greeted not even when I initiated the hello. She didn't say hello back, rude! Donuts were good sure but nothing especial. Milk tea was good! It's cash under $10 otherwise you have to use their atm which charges $1.75 95% sure I won't come back. read more

The best donuts. We come here often. The family who owns it is so friendly. The hubby's favorite is the chocolate twist, I like the blueberry cake and our kids like the spinkles or donut holes. The croissants are fabulous too. Bring cash as they charge a credit card fee if under $10. Way better than Dunkin in my opinion. read more

Fresh, tasty donuts! This is one of my go-to donut shops. The service here is fast and friendly. Their donuts are super good! I typically prefer cake donuts over the original yeasty ones. First of all, for a yummy donut place, the breakfast sandwiches are amazing! (Bristol and MacArthur NW Corner) a) Try a bacon (crispy), egg (real, not like subway) , and cheese (swiss) on a toasted everything bagel or a croissant. b) then go for a bold and sweet Vietnamese iced coffee. c) Come back and try their orange cinnamon hot tea as well with a ham, egg, and cheese on their signature toasted potato bread. d) Their delicious and plentiful lunch cold-cut sandwiches come with freshly sliced lettuce, tomato, and onion and always on their signature toasted baggette with mayo or mustard and pickle slices. I go for the turkey with pickles on the side - it's a perfect combo: cool on the inside, warm and toasty on the outside with sour pickle slices on the side-yeah. e) not to mention, they have a ton of smoothie drinks, freshly squeezed OJ, and fresh fruit for sale daily-oh and get a dozen assorted donuts in their beautiful pink box. f) Come on in between 2pm-4pm (seems to be a little slow) and they would love to see you anytime- in this family run establishment, they are such nice people and always do a great job and work very hard to please-I love Luvin' Donuts! Super delicious donuts. We stopped in while on vacation and weren't disappointed. They tasted like they just came out of the back -- some of the most fresh donuts we have ever had. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant (#6 breakfast sandwich) is perfect. I LOVE their old fashioned donuts as well as the chocolate cake donuts. Every once in a while their chocolate cake donuts have a little leftover blueberry donut in them, which for me is a pleasant and tasty surprise. The old fashioned donuts have the authentic buttermilk taste and texture to them (like they're actually old fashioned donuts ). I come here literally every Sunday morning for a #6 and two old fashioned donuts and I will continue to. Their friendly, polite and they work quickly to keep customers happy. I never followed the hype for Kristy Kreme when I craved donuts, I always try to find those mom & pop places but quality usually lacks because they had to cut costs due to lack of demand. This place, however, is different! You can tell the family that owns this place really put effort in their work. Everything I've had here is delicious like they actually taste their own quality of food everyday. Bonus: They have Cronuts! I mean...Dossaints! read more

I have been buying donuts from Luv'n Donuts for several months now. I call ahead of time each time and order a couple dozen donuts for the office. The girls there remember my order each time and my order has always been ready when I showed up the following day. They are always very quick and friendly. They even help me to my car when I have alot to carry. Great local donut spot, donuts are great, sandwiches are awesome, and I love their Thai Tea. read more

I came here craving one of those Jalapeno Ham and Cheese croissants that everyone was talking about in their reviews of this place. Maybe I ordered wrong, or maybe the lady misunderstood me, but I got a regular croissant - sliced in half, with ham, cheese and jalapenos stuffed in it. Not like any of the ones I've seen in the photos (which were baked in). The croissant was ok, tasted more bread-like than the flaky buttery goodness I expected out of croissants, but the size and price of it was pretty good. The croissant + a small coffee = $4.50. (Cheaper than Macdonalds!) I'll come back again and maybe just get a normal ham and cheese croissant (hopefully it's the baked in version) :P read more

Craving a cronut for a few days. Looked up on yelp and found this spot close by. Went at 5am. They made it fresh right when I ordered. I said I wanted a plain one with lightly topped on with powdered sugar.Took a couple minutes. Super fast. She did it exactly how I asked for. I like eating it by peeling each layer off. Yummy!!! The two ladies that work here are wonderful. The donuts can be too sweet for my taste so I stick with the unglazed cronuts and old fashioned, and the ones with cream cheese insidr. Their croissant breakfast sandwiches, especially the bacon, egg and cheese one are always worth it. The downside for me is that under 10, they only take cash. But I don't have a problem buying donuts for the week - they last me well for breakfast. read more

Stopped by Luv n Donuts on my way home after shopping at Trader Joe's. It was about 4pm so there wasn't much selection left. I ordered 3 donuts and when I was paying she said she added an extra donut for me. How nice! The donuts are good too! My boyfriend raved about them when he came back and ate some. I am a big fan of their donut holes and their apple cinnamon glazed something. I don't know what it's called but it's helluh delicious! Nom nom nom. It's fattening like heck but good to have once in a while. :P The ladies who work here are so nice. Very very lovable people. They are old but thats why I love them. Heehee. I love coming in on the weekends for a croissant sandwhich or donuts. Usually I get the bacon and egg. It's big and i usually only eat like half and save half for later or share. The little Khmer ladies are always very nice, they always remember me and ask about my activities. I love most donuts, but i can also live with out, since I have multiple donut shop owning relatives and grew up with enough leftover donuts to last a life time. I have to really be in the mood for a donut, but I love the croissants that come with donut shops. Also the hookups are always nice to :) read more

Talk about great customer service! I absolutely love this place! It's definitely my go to place for AM breakfast and coffee and donuts. Lucy is an absolute sweetheart! My whole family goes there and she treats us like family. Once you're a regular, you'll feel the love. Everything I've had there, from the big croissants to the plain donuts, have been by far better than anywhere else I've gone to. My mom loves their tuna sandwich. There coffee is delicious as well, I can drink several large cups of it. Their prices are pretty cheap, so cheap that I'll gladly pay more :) Everything always tastes fresh! I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone! read more

Came in here randomly because patachou was closed and got a jalpeno ham & cheese croissant - it was probably one of the BEST croissants I've had ! Definitely comparable to Seaside Bakery ! Not only was the croissant huge but it tasted fresh even at 330 pm ! Definitely recommended ! read more

Pretty standard little donut shop. Everyone working there is super friendly, the donuts are pretty good, and they accept credit cards unlike the dirt bag shops in Westminster and Garden Grove. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing donuts for the office on Fridays read more

Stopped by here on recent vaca. Excellent service, with a smile! Seriously, you gotta try the cronuts... mutation between a croissant and a donut! It tastes great. Our daughter (who's always the last to finish any type of food) was the first to finish off her chocolate donut... and asked for a second. Our other daughter ate the entire piece of angel cake that was larger than her hand. We also tried the macaroons- liked them too. Place is clean. Service is friendly. Excellent food. We didn't get a chance to try the sandwiches this time, will be back! read more

This place is really good if you get their jalapeno ham and cheese croissant. It's got so much flavor and very tasty. I've also tried their sandwiches and although not as good as the croissant, it's still good. I would go back anytime for the ham and cheese croissant. The sandwich again, wasn't bad but it wasn't great. That's why minus 1 star. It funny as I haven't tasted a doughnut yet, but they did look good and everything seemed fresh. If you are in the area give it a try. read more

Honestly the girl who was working when I came made this a 5 star. She was so sweet!! Came here with my coworker on our break cause we wanted a light snack. They were out of croissants at the time so I opted for an egg, ham & cheese bagel sandwich. It was so good and fresh! Pretty big portion too for about $4. I also got a peaches & cream smoothie and 2 donuts lol so much for a "light snack". I love anything peach flavored no matter how artificial it tastes ok. I saw that container of peaches & cream powder but I don't care! It was bomb and it tastes like peach rings. PEACH RINGS. I'm down as hell for that. Definitely will come back especially if that girl is there. Such a sweet heart. read more

They had vietnamese coffee here! I was so happy when I heard that. The jalapeño ham and cheese croissant was pretty comparable to seaside and they take credit cards which is always a plus in my book. I was excited about the Cronuts, after reading all of the reviews. Once I walked it everything LOOKED amazing, however taste not so much, bit on the oil side. Then to top it off there was a hair INSIDE of the donut.
