I came to get a covid test next door and decided to grab a quick donut and Vietnamese ice coffee. I got a cronut and a cinnamon. The cronut was ok but the cinnamon was really good! I was really pleased. And the ice coffee is really strong-how I like it. Would def come back to try other donuts. read more

The people here are very kind so the service is great. The bagel with salmon was amazing to be honest. I was expecting a run of the mill but they used other ingredients that made it taste different from everywhere else, I'd go out of my way for it. read more

I got their turkey bacon croissant sandwich and let me tell you....it's got to be the best one in the area! I couldn't believe it was only $6.50. They need to raise their prices for sure. The young girl there was amazing, very friendly. I heard her freshly slicing the lettuce for my sandwich. Just look at how fresh this sandwich is. Plenty of sliced turkey, the jalapeños were a perfect addition. Croissant was super fresh and flaky. I highly recommend! read more

The croissant sandwiches here are good. They have it with egg, cheese and your choice of meat, or all meats. Sausage, ham,bacon. The sandwich is a good size. The croissant is soft, not crispy and flakey. Ive been here several times for the croissant sandwiches. I would call in ahead when I am on the way. Usually got 1 or 2 donuts. Pretty basic. They do have mochi donuts, beignets and some other specialties. read more

A neighborhood style with some good choices. Fancy and regular. Their coffee is self pour at a station to the side... has normal fixings, half and half, milks, flavored. 1 dozen of fancy and mixed was $19.. a little on the high side, but they do look quality and these are for customers. Tables to sit at inside if you choose to stay. read more

They might as well be selling crack cocaine. These cronuts are addictive. We recently had a breakfast meeting at the office, and I came here to order some cronuts and breakfast croissant sandwiches to feed a room of hungry people. I called in a day before to place the order and gave them a pick up time next day. Came in and my order was already packaged in boxes and ready to go, which was very efficient. Brought it back to the office and everyone loved it. The cronuts are not as flaky, a bit more moist and soft. The sausage ham croissants are the bomb, not super healthy but oh so freaking delicious. Everything is huge, so I suggest 1 per person will really fill you up. Prices are reasonable. Parking was pretty easy in the strip mall. read more

WARNING THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA $0.75 CHARGE ON ALL PURCHASES UNDER $10!!!!! I went in to buy a croissant and an OJ and the guy behind the counter went to charge me $6 and so I stopped and hesitated for a minute in order to try and do the math since I already knew the Orange Juice only cost $1.50 that's when I asked and what cost so much... That's when he mumbled a reply to the point where I couldn't even hear him and had to ask again for a total of 3 times before he said it loud enough and owned up to the fact that he was putting a $0.75 charge on my order I asked what the charge was for and that's when he told me it was a charge they put on all orders under $10!?!? I was blown away and immediately told him that I no longer want it.. I mean I'm sorry but what donut shop in their right mind thinks it's okay to charge you a $0.75 charge on all orders under $10 when every item in their store costs under $5?? I mean really what a RIP OFF! Seriously and then to not tel you or have any signs anywhere to tell you that they were doing this either just isn't right and is a scam in my opinion so I'll be contacting the better business bureau over this it's not right and they should be notifying customers of this and I shouldn't have to ask!! Granted I went at around 11am so maybe they had sold out of stuff or just weren't making as much since it was a Friday? read more

Outstanding donuts, sandwiches, coffee, and service. We love getting their breakfast sandwiches (mine on a croissant, his on a bagel) and every donut is delicious - soft and moist, freshly baked. We love getting their glazed twist, maple bar, mochi donut (delightfully chewy!), croissant donut, and fun frosted cake donuts (I got a blue frosted donut with a sour belt rainbow on top! ). They have classic donuts for the purists and they have the fancy donuts for the adventurous. They make nearly everything fresh in-house during the wee hours of the morning and you can taste it in every BITE. They are very fast and work hard behind that counter; I think the whole family pitches in. I'm glad to see their business survived the great covid purge when so many local businesses have gone under. If you're looking for fresh delicious donuts and you're in the area look no further. This place has very donut you can dream of plus breakfast sandwiches and so much more. During the holidays they will also have special donuts. There is usually a line on the weekend but the staff is effectively efficient. Enjoy cup of coffee or a cup of "canela" I love that they have this for those of us who live a touch of cinnamon with our coffee. The donuts at this shop are tasty, but my last purchase was disappointing. When I got home with the box of donuts, I was surprised to see how small the chocolate cake donut with sprinkles was. I've bought from this shop before, and I know they were bigger. I wasn't able to see when the employee got the donut from the tray because she pulled the tray from the case and placed it where I couldn't see it. read more

I am a donut fanatic, and I have been looking for a good donut place since moving back to Santa Ana. This place hit the spot. The dough is chewy, yet still moist so it is basically perfect, They offer a large variety of options, and I'm assuming they do holiday themed donuts since they have Halloween themed donuts at the moment. These are, without a doubt, the worst cronuts in the entire L.A. area!!! Stale, crusty, brittle, horrible frosting, yuck!!! See, there's this place in Tennessee called Five Daughters that makes maple cronuts with imported French butter, heavenly frosting, and a soft interior, just about as close to perfection as you can taste (including the cronuts that have been sitting out all day). That's what I call a perfect 5, and I judge ALL cronuts by this standard. Luv n Donuts is about the farthest from Five Daughters that one can go on the spectrum of cronuts!!! The doughnuts here are actually decent, but I can't get past that disastrous and traumatic cronut! read more

I came here in a rush because I went to the wrong location in Santa Ana, making me super late bringing 8 dozen boxes to a goodbye party. The staff member was so sweet, on the phone as well as when I came running in. She took my payment quickly and helped bring the donuts out to my car and into my trunk. I really appreciated that she was willing to help AND I got great feedback on the donuts from the guests! They were visually beautiful and they came in white boxes with a stamped logo on the box top, rather than the usual pink donut boxes. I think they looked like a step up from regular donuts, so they're great for when you're treating someone or bringing to a party! read more

I was hooked. They're already baked, but the instructions are to put them in an air fryer (we used a small convection toaster oven) for 2-4 minutes at 350. I also like them split and toasted. Yelp never disappoints.. it was AMAZZZZZZZZZZING!!!! i'm a regular donut critic, so i was really excited to see this new place pop up. came in & was helped right away by a couple of nice girls. ordered a couple donuts, i always get the regular glazed round, & another standard donut so i can judge. this time it was a maple bar. the girl rang me up, handed me the bag & i jetted. took ONE BITE of it in the car.. and i couldn't stop. i ate the whole thing (glazed round) before i even took off. it LITERALLY meltssss in your mouth!!! the bar was great too! although i couldn't finish it, way too much sweetness, packed in one meal, so i gave it to my sister. the thing that i love about this place is the DOUGH. it's super soft & moist, even the parts without glaze is great just to eat! that's what a REAL donut should taste like! & even tho i came later in the day, the donuts still tasted FRESH! the only downfall i'd say for this place is when the girl rang me up, so said my total was $2.30, but my credit card charge showed $3.20 or something like that. it was weird, but i didn't mind if she tipped herself b/c the donuts were great. just make sure to get a receipt after you purchase with a card b/c i didn't get one! overall, GREAT quality donuts! i will DEFINITELY be returning!! :)) read more
