1 dz donut holes- only $1.20! Delicious! 5 stars (She hooked it up and I ate a lot of it before the photo)

This is a classic mom and pop donut shop. Love it! The owner was so nice, and their donuts are good- soft and chewy. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews on Yelp. They're located on Harbor and McFadden. (Don't go to Manna or Donut Star- the donuts are less fresh and the texture is not on point.) I came in on a weekday morning and got a dozen donuts, and some donut holes. They were only $9/dz, a great price. Service was quick and there were a few other customers in the store. Their ham and cheese croissants look very fresh and good. I will need to try them next time. They also sell tamales, smoothies, some breakfast/lunch bagels/sandwiches, and other items. Happy eating!

This is a picture of their gross donuts

Their donuts are decent for someone who doesn't like donuts. I always come here to buy boba. Their smoothies are DANKS! I would only get the ham&cheese. The employees are super nice& friendly.

This is a very friendly and fast service donut shop with great smoothies and sandwiches, and the coffee is always hot and ready with free flavored creamers, I've been coming here since the new ownership upgraded and lit up this place wirh happy customers. Recommend to stop by to see for yourself. HARBOR AND KENT ST. SANTA ANA CALIFORNIA

Not a great picture but there were two in my donut

One star because the lady is sweet. I could have eaten my donut and ignored the flies in the donut display. Looked at the donut when I left and saw a dark spot which I took off and put in trash and tried to convince myself it wasn't a bug. I returned home and split my donut to find ANOTHER bug baked into my donut. Disgusting. I will never return.

The smoothies are to die for. Dozens of different flavors to chose from. And very cheap. The lady who makes them is also very friendly.

It's not as fluffy, but it's perfectly chewy, and the ingredients inside taste so fresh. My favorite part? You can grab fresh bagels to go along with your favorite cream cheese! The workers even handed me a bagel fresh out of the batch, you just have to ask. Best service ever! It's super kid-friendly with tons of seating both inside and outside. I came on a Saturday at 10:45 AM and got through the line pretty quickly. The bagel sandwiches are amazing, if you're a cream cheese lover, you can add it right into your sandwich. I loved mine with egg and cheese, and I can't wait to come back!

BUT I would suggest to get the bagels home and prepare the meal yourself. Because I forgot to ask if the huevos ranchero & cheddar has meat in it and it was loaded with ham. And I had to watch other people get their delicious single bagel first before mine was ready and I was so hungry!!! But I digress. The egg & cheese was good though but cream cheese smear was not enough. Overall super cheap fluffy delicious bagels I would come back for but I'll load the cream cheese me self next time.

The shop was spotless and although it was fairly quiet when I visited, they had already sold out of most of their bagels. After trying mine, I completely understand why--they're that good. They also carry a great selection of snacks, drinks, fresh juices, and other grab-and-go items, making it an easy stop whether you're looking for breakfast or a quick bite. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area. Online Ordering System Needs Attention…read more I'm leaving this review because this has now happened multiple times and it's clearly not a one-off issue. Every time I place an order through the online ordering system, it provides a specific pickup time. However, when I arrive at that time, the order is almost never ready. Instead, I'm told it will be another 10-30 minutes. At that point, the pickup time in the system becomes meaningless and defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. To be fair, the bagels themselves are good, which is the reason I've continued coming back. But the online ordering timing is consistently inaccurate and needs attention. From what I can see, it often feels like the order isn't even started until I arrive. The staff is clearly busy, but the workflow and prioritization of online orders doesn't seem to be managed well. The team often appears rushed and working reactively rather than following a clear process. This feels like a management and operations issue rather than a problem with the employees themselves. If the kitchen is running behind, the system should reflect realistic pickup times so customers can plan accordingly. I'm hoping management sees this feedback and looks into the process. The food is good, but the ordering system and execution need improvement. If this gets addressed, I'd gladly update my review.

Great service caught me at Enchanted Coffee…read more Some coffee shops serve great coffee. Others leave you thinking about the experience long after you've left. Enchanted Coffee did exactly that. I stopped by around 12:40 p.m. on a weekday, and the café was already bustling with customers. Luckily, I found the perfect outdoor seat where I could enjoy the sunshine without sitting directly in it. Inside was clean and welcoming, with mostly high-top seating, a communal island, and a small corner with traditional tables. Being on the shorter side, I knew the patio was my best option. During my visit, I also noticed guests enjoying the café with their dogs, adding to the relaxed neighborhood feel. Whenever I visit a new restaurant or coffee shop, I'm looking for more than great food. I'm paying attention to the experience. Customer service is where I believe businesses either shine or fall flat, and it's often what determines whether I'll return. I ordered the Lox Bagel along with a lavender oat milk matcha. I asked if I could add a single shot of espresso, but Elizabeth explained they pull two shots at a time. I laughed and told her, "I don't want you to dump it," so I happily took the double shot. She also let me know the bagel would likely take 20-25 minutes because only two employees were working. I appreciated her honesty and told her to take her time. Instead, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The Lox Bagel came on an everything bagel which was my choice, smoked salmon, cream cheese, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, and capers. They serve it whole, allowing you to slice it yourself. The bagel had the perfect toasted crunch, while the combination of creamy cream cheese, fresh vegetables, salty capers, and rich salmon created a bite that was balanced and incredibly satisfying. The dirty lavender matcha paired beautifully with it. As more customers continued to pour in, I couldn't help but watch how the staff handled the growing crowd. People patiently waited in line, squeezed into available seats, grabbed drinks to go, and somehow everything continued flowing smoothly. Even with only two employees working, the service never lost its warmth. Enchanted Coffee captivated me with more than its coffee. It was the hospitality, the honesty, and the overall experience that won me over. Needless to say, they've earned themselves a new weekly customer. If you're in the area or simply want to be captivated by the drinks, food and service...definitely give them a try.
