I have been coming to this salon on and off since 2024, and this is not a review I wanted to write because I truly wanted to continue supporting this business. I finally found a technician I absolutely loved--Angel. Angel did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and I was so happy with the results. Angel even recommended that I get a brand-new acrylic full set instead of a fill, so I trusted her professional recommendation and spent around $90. Unfortunately, the very next day, two of my nails broke. I called the salon politely to ask if I could come back so Angel could repair them. That was not a complaint--it was simply asking to have a brand-new set fixed after only one day. Somehow, my call was apparently relayed to Angel as though I was complaining. When I arrived, Angel refused to see me, and I was passed to another technician instead. I was honestly shocked and hurt because I had never been rude or disrespectful. After that, I was scheduled with Nina, and I have to say Nina did an amazing job. She shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted them. However, I was charged over $100 for an acrylic fill with a French design. My issue isn't paying for quality work--it's that none of the additional charges or add-ons were explained beforehand. Customers deserve to know what they're being charged before the service is completed. Clear communication about pricing should happen every single visit. Another disappointing experience happened during a later appointment with Nina. I left work, expecting to be gone about two hours. Instead, I waited an entire hour before anyone even acknowledged that she was running behind. No one informed me of the delay until I asked the front desk. They kept saying, "Just a few more minutes," but those few minutes turned into an hour. Then the appointment itself took about another hour and a half, making me several hours late returning to work. Had someone simply communicated the delay when I arrived, I would have happily rescheduled. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. The final straw happened yesterday. I called to schedule another appointment and specifically asked for Nina. The receptionist offered me multiple available appointment times, including 12:30, 1:30, 3:00, and 3:30, so I booked the 12:30 appointment. A few hours later, I received a call saying Nina suddenly couldn't take me because she was "booked back-to-back" and that I should see another technician instead. That explanation simply didn't make sense. If she truly had all of those openings just hours earlier, how did they suddenly disappear? Then I was told they didn't want me waiting if she ran behind. I explained that Wednesdays are my day off and I didn't mind waiting a few minutes if necessary. I even suggested they call me when she was almost ready. They still refused. At that point, I couldn't help but feel like I was intentionally being kept from booking with her. After being passed from Angel to another technician, then having this happen with Nina, I honestly felt singled out and unwanted as a customer. Whether that was the salon's intention or not, that's exactly how the experience made me feel. The biggest issue throughout all of this has been communication. Customers deserve honest communication about repairs, pricing, scheduling delays, and appointments. Instead, I was repeatedly left confused, dismissed, and disappointed. Because of these experiences, I will no longer be returning to this salon. What's especially disappointing is that I've referred at least 10 new customers here over the past several months, many of whom continue to visit. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend a business that made me feel so unwelcome. I sincerely hope management uses this as an opportunity to improve communication between the front desk, technicians, and customers. Great nail technicians deserve a salon that communicates just as professionally as they work.

Honestly my favorite nail salon! I literally drive all across town to come here. Everyone is very friendly and they do an amazing job on my services (usually I get gel x or fill & gel pedi). I've gotten services by Vivi and Ava and they always pay attention to detail and always give great results :) The salon is very clean, pretty and girly who wouldn't want good music, mocktails and come out with cute nails

I've been coming here for years,yesterday I walked in cause I tried to make an online reservation but,found out my favorite technician moved to the new location. Really loved this nail spa! It's one of the only ones open early, at 9am. I thought that it wouldn't be very busy at 9am, but there was quite a lot of other customers. I came as a walk-in customer at 9:15, there was no wait despite being quite busy. I got one of their gel pedicures, and it came with a complimentary drink of choice. I chose the Vietnamese coffee. The pedicure took about an hour and ended with a hot stone leg massage. Overall service was great and very relaxing! I would definitely recommend them.

For context, I used to be an avid gel x girly before getting a new job which required them to be removed. I have not done my own nails for quite sometime. So, I decided to get them done by a technician this time around. ART/DESIGN : 5 Design came out amazing and I wish I actually took a photo of how cute they were. My nail technician was nice and I didn't mind the price at all! PREP: 1 My problem with my experience was the rings of fire. I did not notice them until a day later as they blend in with the border between the install and nail bed. You could see them even before removing the nails. In the photos, I have clipped the nails down to start the removal process.

Lots of great nail techs like Ava, Quinn, and Liliee. Been coming here for a while now, and every time I'm satisfied with the service. The staff is nice and accommodating and the place is always clean.

Two nails came off in 23 hours then more came off later

Im upset 24 hrs later two nails came off and it costs 94 dollars wth this never happened before when the owner did my nails. I haven't been here in a while, but maybe things changed. This is crazy. I don't even have a lot of time and they just told me oh well just come back in the morning to fix it like I have all the time in the world.

I absolutely love this nail spa! I adore my nail tech, Tiffany! She is the absolute best! I highly recommend booking her as your nail tech! She is very gentle with your nails and very accommodating with whatever you may need. She also helped me pick a color that matched my current nail color! Before the service, she asked if I wanted a drink, as it comes with your service! I attached a photo of the options! I love that this place offers this! Now, regarding the nail spa, I appreciate the cleanliness and how bright it is in this place! I was planning on getting a regular pedicure but realized that since I'm going to Hawaii, I should do gel so it lasts longer so Tiffany did a pink gel on my toes! Which came out amazing! Lastly, I am so happy that it doesn't have a strong acetone smell like many nail salons I've been to. This nail spa has an upscale feel with a relaxing touch! Can't wait to come back again and making this my monthly self care thing I do! P.S: They have many many color options and also so many different services you can book!

I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the service I recently received. I had a dip manicure and 2 days after my appointment the dip has chipped and I have a broken nail as a result of the poor job that was done as well as a 2nd nail that looks like terrible and is chipping. I don't know what is happening in this salon but the quality of service is lacking and the last two times I visited the salon they did not have the color I wanted. I've been a very loyal and longtime client of this salon and am truly disappointed by the lack of quality and poor service provided during my most recent visit. With so many options in the area I am forced to seek a salon that provides quality and available product. read more

Let me pull y'all onto my girl immediately. Doris is amazing and the sweetest of humans. I gave her a vision and she absolutely delivered! I have been to her multiple times and she is consistent EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Whether it's a simple solid look or a design, she kills it! I've come here for manicures and pedicures for years, brought my friends and family even. I will not be returning after a nail technician put acrylic on my gel nails that were to be filled with (this shouldn't be hard to understand) gel. Not only that but I feel like a $80 manicure should come with some sort of cuticle trim and oil... usually some lotion... not this time. Cut and dry appointment. I initially asked for a removal and an average gel manicure, but the front desk lady said "well, maybe a fill?" and I just though oh it's probably cheaper! It's not. Moral of the story is if you like good, consistent, and well priced work...go somewhere else! read more

zero stars! Didn't get the lady's name, but came in and was sat to do a gel acrylic fill. From the second I sat down, I could tell she was annoyed because I wanted to keep my same shape (wide round). She wanted to make them skinnier which I hate, and finally found someone who wouldn't do that (a different nail salon). She rolled her eyes to her coworker who she was talking to then told me I needed a new set because they were lifting. This was valid, although the set was just put on, this would be the first fill. I agreed. She began SHOVING a fake nail under to lift them and then swiping the nail to rip the acrylic off. I pulled my hands back and said OWCH really loud, like 3 times. She then RIPPED my real nail down to the meat/middle of my nail bed. I told her to soak my fingers and take the nails off and i'm going else where. I now have no time to go get my nails done before an event I needed to go too, and i'm also out 18$ (don't worry, they gave me 20% off....) ;( Can't tell if it was her first day, or she faked her licensing exam, but i will never be back here. read more

This is our favorite spot for a pedicure. This salon has more colors than you could imagine, and the pedicure stations are so nicely spread out you never feel like you are sitting on top of another client. Receptionists are prompt and polite and they offer you beverages as they seat you. Such a fun spot! read more

I can't say enough good things about this nail salon! Every time I come here, I'm blown away by how clean and well-kept the place is--it's absolutely spotless. The staff really take their time to make sure your nails look perfect, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. I used to get my nails done in this area but the owners of my old shop sold it so I tried somewhere new. I like the atmosphere, they have cleaning ladies who walk around cleaning everything which I find very important and i really liked it. I liked their pedicure chairs a lot too. HOWEVER, my nails didn't even last one week. Two of them already popped off AND my thumbs were extendo clips compared to the rest of my nails. They weren't all the same size. I paid $200 after tip & for my acrylics to not be the same length was just annoying but I was trying to let it go since they're temporary and I can go in 2 weeks and change them, but they didn't even last a week THAT IS insane. It's not even like i hit it super hard and it fell off, it's just brittle and the quality isn't good, popped off my nail like nothing. just sad about it, i was hoping for a better result read more

I went here for the Yelp Elite event. I'm so glad it led me to discovering this gem of a place. Doris was my nail tech and she was very nice. I tend to pick my toenails and was very embarrassed to show them to her but she was very understanding. She did a phenomenal job with my gel x mani and my chamomile foot spa package. I am very pleased with the results. All the staff members are so friendly. Shout out to Allen for being so friendly and energetic. And for suggesting upgrading to chrome nails. i have been going to this salon since about 3 months after they opened - i think it was almost 8+ years ago - back when there were 2 rows of technicians and amy, the owner, did nails. recently i had a pedicure by jason - everyone needs to avoid him at all costs, unless you have money to burn. i have acrylic tips on my toes & one had broken so i asked him to fix it. he never put the powder gel on it to secure it in place, only clear gel polish. and of course it fell off about 3 days later. i also had to ask him to clean under my nails, evidently that isn't part of his usual practice. AND my heels were still rough. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the salon technicians are mostly great. just stay away from jason. read more

I asked for powder ombré and right away they accommodated and found someone who could do what I asked for. I highly recommend Hanna. She is very kind, gentle, and detail oriented. She is aiming to please her customers. I always feel bad needing to be vocal about what I want and she ensures to continually ask before she continues if that is up to my standards regarding color, shape, design, etc. I always show her inspo pictures and she nails it every time! Thanks Hanna! I have been to this salon twice now and it has become my favorite. As soon as you walk into the salon you are treated like a guest. Someone is always greeting you, ready to show you what to do how to sign in if it is your first time, and etc. The ambiance is very high quality. I was born in 1965 and so those of you in my generation know that we basked in the sun like raisins, never wore sunscreen, and SMOKED! I have soooo much sun damage, to include burning my face to almost 3rd degree level with blisters and hard-skin peeling! And I did this 3 times! I never wore sunscreen much less even moisturizer. When I entered my 40s, freckles and dark spots began to appear on my face and continued to worsen! NO ONE warned us anything back then about the sun!!! Around 2010, a co-worker referred me to Skinfuzion and I met the glorious Kim Hutchinson...Ahhhh....my Skin Whisperer!!! This lady/owner is lovely inside and out; her glowing beautiful skin is a testament to how good she is! Kim possesses an endless knowledge of skincare. She's impressive! And I know she stays updated with the latest skin technologies, because I ask her MANY questions during the treatments! Moreover, her salon is always stocked with the latest skincare products. Skinfuzion Treatments Reviews: IPL/Photofacial - 3 or 4 times per year.......2010 - 2015 * Holy smokes this laser works well! It breaks up, literally, the patches of brown spots around my t-zone and cheek areas. A couple of days after treatment, I would see brown "flakes" sloughing off of my face where the brown spots/patches were. It was a 5-year journey to finally get A Lot of the damage diminished if not removed altogether thanks to Kim. Well worth the journey and worth every penny! (I also stopped exposing my face to the sun, wore the requisite sunscreen, and STOPPED SMOKING!) IPL/Photofacial - 1 or 2 times per year.......2016 - Present * Maintenance to address sun damage flare-ups Microneedling - 2 or 3 times per year.......2013 - 2020 * This is a miracle worker! It helps with skin elasticity and a host of other benefits, but what I believe to be the most beneficial and noticeable outcomes is this: My skin takes on a better texture, it just feels softer, smoother, and tight, like I had a chemical peel. As with anything, get to your goal and always maintain, otherwise, you will have failed everything. Tixel - 2 or 3 times per year.......2026 - Present * This is a GAME CHANGER! It is Microneedling on acid lol! It does everything Microneedling does, but with more intensity resulting in more noticeable improvements. The game changer for me was that Tixel was able to flatten sebaceous glands on my face!!! Only my dermatologist can do this and she has to use a laser that literally burns them on my face, leaving my red almost raw skin to heal from the burning. Tixel does not do that at all!!! It just flattens them and I was thoroughly IMPRESSED AND SOLD! * I asked my dermatologist about Tixel and she relayed, in part, "...that [Tixel] laser beats microneedling and just about any peels you do..." My dermatologist asked me how much I was paying per treatment and when I told her $900, she exclaimed it was an excellent price! My mom was visiting from out of town and wanted to make her weekend a spa weekend. It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

PA Cyril Joseph and every single staff member have made such a meaningful impact on my life. I was born with a rare disorder called NF, and unfortunately there is currently no cure. Living with NF is not just physically difficult, but mentally and emotionally exhausting as well. There are days where it affects my confidence, my anxiety, and even how I see myself. It is something I carry with me every single day. Over the years, I have seen many doctors, even traveling outside of the country searching for answers, help, or simply understanding. Sadly, many experiences left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and hopeless. Some doctors barely listened before rushing me out the door. Others made me feel like I was wasting their time. After a while, it became emotionally draining to keep asking for help while feeling invisible. Meeting PA Cyril Joseph changed that experience completely. From the very first appointment, he treated me like a human being instead of just another patient. He listened patiently, never rushed me, and made me feel genuinely heard. The empathy and kindness he showed me meant more than I can explain. For the first time in a very long time, I left a medical appointment feeling hopeful instead of defeated. What makes him so special is not just his medical care, but the way he treats people. He always walks in with a smile, makes lighthearted jokes, and takes the time to have simple conversations that help ease my anxiety. CAUTION FRAUD!! I am beyond frustrated with this doctor's office. My husband has not been seen here…read moresince 2023, and suddenly in June 2026 they withdrew nearly $1,000 from our bank account without any authorization, notification, phone call, email, letter, or explanation. What makes this even worse is that we have no idea what this charge is for. We have not received a bill, statement, or any communication whatsoever. During our visits, we used our insurance and paid the required copays at the time of service, so where did this charge suddenly come from years later? And how do they have my card information saved 3 years later? No patient should wake up to find almost $1,000 missing from their account without warning or consent. If there was a legitimate balance owed, why weren't we contacted? Why wasn't a bill sent? Why was money simply taken from our account years after the fact? This situation feels incredibly dishonest and has completely destroyed our trust in this practice. We are disputing the charge and expect a full explanation immediately. Patients deserve transparency, proper billing procedures, and respect, not surprise withdrawals from their bank accounts years later.

Mark, I called the following day to address the matter, yet it seems you're attempting to discredit me, further validating my concerns. As I previously mentioned, I often work across state lines and am frequently dispatched out of state for months at a time. I flew out the day after receiving services and called promptly the next day. I was informed that the manager requested I return to the shop to resolve the issue. Upon my return, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, as if I was seeking to exploit your services, which is far from the truth. I had recently moved to Las Vegas when I visited your shop before leaving for a four-month business assignment in the Midwest. I returned home just two days before Christmas. To my knowledge, I have never spoken with you directly. However, your staff's unprofessionalism and inconsistent work quality have left a lasting impression. The only service performed to satisfaction was my pedicure, completed by an elder staff member. After paying for services and leaving tips via Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash to the four individuals who assisted my son and me, my total came to nearly $550. I have attached my bank statement reflecting payment for services, excluding tips. While I was initially satisfied with the results, that feeling quickly faded as the quality of work proved subpar. Upon my return to the shop a few days ago, I was neither offered a refund nor treated with basic respect. Instead, I was provoked by your staff, who appeared to mock and antagonize me. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business claiming professionalism. While I take full accountability for my reaction, I believe the conduct of your team exacerbated the situation. I even apologized for my behavior to Isis, who was in communication with the "manager." My obsession is gel polish though. And.let me just say....it is hard to choose one color when there are literally hundreds of options. The receptionist is always awesome. Very professional and will never let you down when you are needing help deciding or looking for that perfect color choice. All of the staff is friendly and they are all professional. They use some new supplies for each person which I love. My groupon I originally purchased included a free pedi. I was impressed when getting my pedicure done, Michelle treated it as if I paid. She took her time and did an awesome job. Not to mention, my gel manicure. She took her time to perfect it. I have only scheduled with michelle since then and I must say she is awesome. Thou definitely pay for what you get at lv nails. From the service to the quality of work and products. I.cpuld say so much more, but I think.you should check it out for yourself. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Doris Frida and let me tell you, she is truly talented. Not only did she give me a beautiful manicure and pedicure, but she also went above and beyond by creating intricate Bluey artwork on my nails that I requested on the spot! Doris took the time to carefully paint detail of Bluey and Bingo on my nails, and the result was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and the characters looked so realistic. Not only is Doris incredibly skilled at nail art, but she is also a joy to be around. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The whole vibe from Doris, and the environment was top notch. I visited a nail spa in Henderson with my mom and niece for a post-massage spa day as part of their Mother's Day gift. The place is quite large and definitely busy, but we were pleasantly surprised that we only had to wait about 5 minutes even as walk-ins. One nice touch is that they offer complimentary drinks, which made the experience feel more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was generally efficient, and we were all able to get our services done without much delay. The only downside was that my mom wanted her nails shaped either square or round, but she was told it would cost an extra $8. I've been coming to this location for the past two years and I'm always impressed. I leave happy, and satisfied with my nails, the setting is bustling and always busy but it gives off such a great vibe. It's a clean, modern and beautiful spa. I appreciate the quality that the nail techs at this location provide, but my favorite is Vivian. She's so personable, sweet, pays attention to detail, asks me how I like my nails during our sessions so I have the chance to say if I'm not happy with them or not, I love her so much! After reading all the 5-stars reviews from other Yelpers' i had to come in and give this salon a try. They were not wrong, i LOVE this place. As i walked in, i was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, she offered me refreshment, then helped me pick out the gel colors for my mani and pedi. They truly have a lot of colors to choose from, the place is immaculate clean, upscale, with soft relaxing music to make me feel right at home. My nail tech was Amy, and she did amazing job on my mani/pedi. friendly and attentive, took her time to service me. 100% the best Nail Salon in town. As a man, my feet are nasty (obviously), but after this place is finished up with my pedicure, my size 13 feet look like perfection. The experience is extremely enjoyable and the hot rocks is so soothing on the feet after a long day on the feet. LV Nails really out does their competition, every time Ive been, they are very detailed with the pedicure and make sure every part of the pedicure is done perfectly. My nails love to get ingrown, but these ladies make sure to take care of the ingrown nails. Other places could give 2 shits, they burn and turn. LV Nails spends over an hour on just the pedicure!! Stopped by with my Mom to get her nails done. It was our first time here and last. She got a gel mani. Her cuticles were snipped but not manicured. Please look at the pictures you'll see how her cuticles look and this is after two days. Her polish is not smooth & it has bumps. When she addressed it with her nail tech she seemed unconcerned. Strangely enough, everyone there suddenly became less friendly after that. Girls go somewhere else where your dollar is valued and they appreciate your patronage. I look forward to my appointments at LV Nails. It's my me-time and self-care time. They have a great selection of colors and it's clean. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager, and have been to many different nail salons and some have absolutely missed the mark and I have never returned. I went here about 2 weeks ago and I was so appalled at the service. I was sat down by a lady and she never even introduced herself, then she started cutting my cuticles until they were bleeding on my right hand and when I asked her to be gentle she didn't listen and kept being rough. I asked for just a pink topcoat and they only painted part of the nail and it was bumpy and looked awful. Too expense for such crappy service and nails. I don't recommend going here. I went to get a poly fill by Amy, she suggested hot get and said it is stronger. She burn my nails filing them down, wasn't too happy with my service that day. A few days later my nails began to crack, even after haven been told hot gel is stronger. I went back for a repair and was serviced by Jordan. I found this place through Yelp. They have over 50, 5 star reviews, so I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I absolutely love this place because it is very organized compared to other salons.
