I have been a regular client at this location for over a year and spent a lot of money. I have a busy schedule and I sometimes run 5-10 minutes late for an appointment. While I understand it's a business and this can affect their schedules. This company handled it completely unprofessional. I also am not used to nail salons being that strict regarding appointments since walk-ins are common in the industry. I came in for my appointment with Sean today and after running ten minutes late for an acrylic fill, they told me that he could not see me because he had another appointment after me. I asked them if it was okay if I could reschedule with Sean and they said that he won't accept me as a regular client anymore because I have ran late a few times. Because it's happened a few times and nothing was said, I believe a warning would have been a lot nicer. I spend a lot of money and I always tip Sean, on his birthday I gave him extra. Also, if timeliness and cancellations are so imperative that they can make you get 86'd as a regular client, a policy that customers sign should be executed. I feel that I was discriminated against by Sean and the company. While I have always loved the way he did my nails, he has never been warm with me and even told me that he was going to get upset with me if I messed up my nails because I picked up my phone during a nail appointment. As a black woman, I feel this company might be racist because this type of treatment from a regular customer who tips doesn't make sense. As I said most companies have a late policy in place and would at least worn a client prior to telling them they won't accept them as a regular client due to running a few minutes late. Sean is great at doing nails. He specializes in acrylics and he is great with the nail shape. He is also fast. I personally will never go back to LV nails and spa after the way I was treated nor will I suggest them. But I will at least say if you do end up going and you are an acrylic girlie then be early to the appointment and hopefully the problem isn't your race. read more

Not kids friendly!!! Came in with my tiny 10 year old. People think she is 8 years old. They wanted to charge her as adult prices! Asian older lady definitely wanted to make more money because more people came in after us. So she asked about her age and said my daughter too old for kids pedicure. We already had feet in the water!! Walked away. That's how you loose your regular customers. 12 and under shouldn't be charged as adults!!Teenagers are young adults! read more

I love coming here for my pedis! The service is amazing, all the techs i have, have always been super friendly. My gel polish never chips off! The ambiance is super nice as well. It's very quiet and clean inside. The prices are about standard, the same as all the other shops around Vegas. Front staff is also super nice! This was my second time at this nail salon. The first time I came I was a walk-in appointment. I asked for a gel manicure with a simple design and my nail tech really pulled through!! I was really happy with the product. I forgot the nail tech's name, I think it was Jenny? Anyways for my second visit I asked for something a little more complex. I looked through these yelp reviews and saw that Doris Frida did really good work. She did not disappoint! The gel manicure was amazing and the design was even better. The nail technicians are fine and the place is clean, however they are rarely on time. When businesses constantly run late with no regard for a scheduled appointment, the message they are sending is that their time is more important than the customer's. I already switched from one technician I liked here because she was always late and yet the front desk did not take that into account when scheduling her appointments. I tried another tech and this is the second time he was running 20 minutes behind. No one called and no one apologized until I got upset and said something. I had about five visits at this specific nail salon here in Henderson, Las Vegas, Nevada. What I've noticed is that if you do not have an assigned nail tech that is able to demonstrate the example of nail style you share then you are completely fckd. Of the five times I came to get my nails done at this facility only twice Was I satisfied with their services . Today I decided I would never return again because I made an appointment in over the phone. I was told I would have a specific nail tech only to get here start the process with the nail tech that he was not able to do my design because "he had another appointment". I got a nail design that I didn't like because I was annoyed by the staff. I had to waste time changing the design 6 times. The abrasion on my left middle finger was caused by the staff using a nail file to cut my cuticle. I also bought a spa. Paid 60 plus for a soak off and a pedicure, The lady doing my got upset I didn't want to pay for a 100 package deal so she only trimmed my nails and filed them, she didn't even put clear nail polish on them which is included in a normal pedicure, as for my soak off, they drilled my nails off so much to the point my natural nails were so thin and red!! Definitely not worth the price for something so simple, bad quality was done very upsetting to see this service read more

I been coming here for a while and you can see the manager and this place doesn't care about their customers. If the customer is unhappy they will charge you to redo your nails or give you a 10% off. They care more about money than losing someone that has been coming here multiple times and has brought them MANY customers. Lately I been having bad experiences with the older ladies. You tell them how you don't want your nails cut or you tell them something simple and then just ignore you and do what they want. This older lady today totally cut my nails when I asked her multiple times not to cut them. She hurt my toes by cutting the nails too short and still filed them!!! My toes are hurting and burning! The frustration is that I asked her multiple times not to cut them and the manager didn't care and only gave me 10% off. I'm really hoping I don't get an infection due to how short she cut them.
