I've been coming to Sean for the past few months and he is an amazing tech! He is fast and very nice. Sean no longer works here so I came in for an appt in the afternoon with someone new. I waited for 25 minutes in the waiting area. Not a big deal, but you'd think with an appt it wouldn't be that long. The front desk staff were very nice though. Once I got seated with Lily (who was very sweet), she quoted me $115 for an acrylic fill, which is more than I have ever paid for a brand new full set, let alone a fill. I did want a design on two nails so I understand that that can add up, but I couldn't justify spending over $100 for a fill with a simple design. So I left and went to a different salon right down the street called Milano Nails, who only quoted me $78 for the exact same thing. My nails look amazing and the price was so much more affordable. I also didn't have to wait to be seated with a tech. So, no hate to this salon or these techs, I just wish the pricing was more reasonable because I enjoyed coming here. The last time I came to this salon, I got an acrylic fill and did french tip nails with chrome powder. They charged me $100, which I thought was ridiculous for a fill and a simple french set. I also didn't know chrome was an additional $25. Hopefully this helps others! read more

I had a very concerning and painful experience at LV Nails and Spa during my first (and only) visit. I came in for an acrylic fill and let the nail tech know one of my nails was lifting. Rather than addressing it with care, she drilled over the area, which caused my natural nail to rip deeply down the center. It began bleeding significantly. Instead of stopping or handling it properly, she tried to fix it by applying a new acrylic over the injured and bleeding nail, telling me it would heal by the next fill-in. I left uncomfortable and in pain. Hoping for a better experience, I went to a different nail salon to have the acrylics removed and switch to hard gel. That's when I was informed I had developed nail fungus underneath the acrylics placed at LV Nails. This entire experience has been frustrating, painful, and disappointing. I'm sharing this review to warn others to be cautious. Nail salons should prioritize hygiene, safety, and client care--unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

Nails filed down extremelyyyyy low after being seen a hour late. My nails are long and strong. Now they are bending and are fragile. My fingers hurt smh. Now my nails are thin and I have to grow this out Update..... manger reached out just to say sorry and offer discount for next service. They don't offer refunds. Terrible customer service. Absolutely worst experience ever for my wife. She tried twice with two different nail techs. Every little thing was an extra charge. Now she tips very well in these shops. She got a hard push for heel nails because it was faster after being told that the specialize in acrylics. They did her acrylics and left dips and voids that will have to be ground out by a competent nail techs. I guess if you want mediocre assembly line nails this is the place for you. read more

I love this place. I get a different person every time; because I can't remember who I went to last, doesn't matter my pedicure is still wonderful. Today it was pretty noisy, I think the employees were getting settled, I arrived when it opened. i've been going here for about a year and a half and I've never had such a horrible experience. I came in and showed two options for a design i stated if it was too difficult that we could do something simpler. after about 2 1/2 hours in the salon and the nail tech continuing to redo what she had already done and still not having the result I asked for. In addition spraying neon green nail polish on my clothing and rolling her eyes when i complained . I went to the front desk to ask for a different nail technician. I was told that this was my fault and that I was asking for too difficult of a design. I was told that I was not smart enough to understand how nails are done. I was then offered 10% to leave with my nails completely destroyed and wet and to come back tomorrow to pay full price. to this I responded absolutely not and requested to have a different nail tech complete my nails. upon receiving a different nail tech I then got the initial design that I wanted with ZERO ISSUE. The gel that the first nail technician had used wasn't even dried completely. The front desk staff is incredibly rude condescending and unhelpful. The young lady even suggested I should pay more because of the trouble I caused. I've worked in retail most of my life and this was the craziest solution I've seen from staff. I would not recommend coming here because if there's an issue, it will not be resolved. You will still end up paying almost $100 and be told it's your fault. read more

Horrible. I got a pedicure by Katie. She barely cleaned up my cuticles and barely scrubbed my feet and I haven't had a pedicure in MONTHS so my feet really needed it. She was lazy and didn't even file my nails so the paint job looks horrible and each toe nail is crooked. First time here and never coming back. So sick of nail salons not giving a crap anymore. read more

Gel nails lasted forever. Service done April 8th and finally took them off May 16! Wow! I picked a fairly neutral sparkle color, so my nails just grew with the color. Toes are still alive and well as my toe nails never grow. So overall impressive with this salon! read more

If you want your wife or girlfriend to have the worst experience possible definitely send her here. I always treat my partner to nails because it is a necessity, for care, and for mental. She went in while I was at work to get her nails done. It took her nail tech multiple try's to get what she wanted done and still didn't get it right. While she was doing it, she was rough physically with her, and wanted to argue about what she was getting done. To finish her service she sprayed neon green nail polish on her Aritzia hoodie. If you know you know. If she couldn't do it, maybe go get someone who can. Not our fault you just got out of tech school. Then she went to the front to request a different tech so professionally and the lady at the front basically told her to go FHS and that she can get 10% and come back another day to get a different set done. Finally after begging for another tech she got one who could actually do her job and provided the service. My partner then payed at the front and received rolling eyes and scoffs. All I have to say is they are lucky I wasn't there that time. I've never left a yelp review before but I know I'm valid for this one. read more

This salon is so beautiful and well maintained. You can really tell the employees take pride in working here. I experienced it for the first time for a Yelp Elite Event and the staff was so engaging, they had refreshments and games for us while we got service. I asked a regular if it's always this busy and she said absolutely-good to know that they are booked and busy. I got a manicure and it was nice and pretty relaxing. I will say Cassandra was an amazing manicurist and very personable. And Amanda the manager was thee best! She every guest with a smile and offered me a refreshment right away. She was all over the salon making sure everyone was having a great experience. It really felt genuine. Overall a great experience. read more

Oh my goodness this place is the best. My niece and I have found our place for sure. I left my review on how great the service is on my first experience and things have not changed much. The only thing is that I haven't seen Lindsey as much lately but I was happy she was there this visit. She is so welcoming and sweet from the time we walk in the door. This place is super busy and she still manages to remember and greet me by name. That's a service that you don't see much anymore. People use business as an excuse not to be personable but she is an exception to the rule. Mingky gets my pedicure perfect every time and no matter how late my appointment she never makes me feel rushed. I love coming here because it's like hanging out with friends. First time here and I will definitely be back! I purchased a Royal Spa pedicure and was extremely pleased with the service(s). Staff was very friendly upon walking in. I didn't not have an appt and was sat in under 5 mins. I was offered a beverage as I was being seated. The spa is extremely clean, well decorated and very efficient. My pedicure was just short of an hour (it has multiple steps/pampering). My technician was very skilled and she took her time. She was very attentive and checked regularly with me to see if I needed anything and was "ok". read more

On our spontaneous trip, my sister wanted to pamper ourselves with a pedicure so I took out my phone and start searching Yelp. After reviewing some places, I decided to call here to see if they can fit us in. With such short notice, they said come on in. It was so easy to make an appointment. Once arrived, they asked that we wash our hands and pick the color. This place was so spacious with so many nail techs and stations for pedicure. There was at least over 15 techs there, if not more, when we came. My sis and I did not speak Vietnamese to the tech but rest assured when they are speaking in the language, they are not talking about you. The 2 ladies we had were talking about dinner plans after work. During the service, they asked if you would like anything to drink. Like water, juice, soda or alcohol. There's a bar area in the front. Uh say what?! How cool is that?! Anyways, our experience was great. Love it there. It's clean, hygienic, professional and awesome. Do you guys have Bio Sculpture gel for nails?

Do you use acetone or that machine to take off gel or both?

Hi. We use the drill to take off the first layer and then soak the nails in acetone to take off the gel color.

Gel pedicure starts at $50, natural full set acrylic starts at $30, add on gel color is $18, shape (anything other than square or round) and length are extra.

What is gel x?

Gel-X nails are like the lovechild of a gel mani, acrylic extensions and press-on nails. The extension is then applied with a layer of clear gel polish, which is cured under an LED lamp to bond it to the natural nail.

This review is for management…read more I've been going to Social Nail Bar for about 2 years now, and Michelle does my pedicures exactly the way I like it. I can read without feeling rude, and the pedicure (with regular polish) lasts 3-4 weeks with nary a chip. My brother's wedding is this weekend, so on Friday I decided to get gel cat eye nails in addition to my regular pedicure. The pedicure was amazing as always, but the manicure was just awful. She didn't take me back until 30 minutes after my appointment time, so maybe she was running behind, but there was a visible gap between my cuticle and where the polish began. I thought I could just deal with it, but when every person I met over the next couple of days pointed out the gap, I knew I had to get it taken care of. Luckily, Social Nail Bar has a 7-day repair policy posted in the waiting area, right? Nope. Every technician I showed the nails to said that's how it's supposed to look and refused to fix it. I finally just booked a gel color change to get my nails looking presentable. Don ended up fixing my nails today and explained that sometimes the cat eye polish shrinks up, and recommended some polishes that wouldn't shrink. He took extra care to ensure that my nails looked good, and was overall lovely. The front desk lady tried to help me get a discount on my services, but management refused. She was also lovely. I ended up paying $120 for a basic gel manicure and a beautiful regular pedicure. Plus, the $30 in tips because I'm not going to stiff the manicurists just because managment sucks. If they had just admitted it looked bad and offered to fix it, I would've been fine. Everyone has an off day. That's what the policy should be for. Not to mention, I asked for a repair multiple times, was denied, finally agreed to the color change, and then was told upon checkout that since I got a different service, they couldn't comp the service. Anyway, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place any longer. Which is too bad, because again, Michelle gives the best pedicures ever.

Took a photo of their menu and the service I selected was $47 only to be charged $67 at the register. Totally unacceptable and absolutely deceiving! SHAME!!! Not only is that poor business practice, but should be considered false advertising. Owner or manager said, "Gel is more expensive" but nowhere on the menu states this additional charge! Additionally, the technician failed to mention the additional charge during the ENTIRE service! (And side note... despite all the tomfoolery of the upcharge, she did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Extra star only for HER service.) HOWEVER, I do not appreciate people taking advantage of me and not being transparent on their pricing so I will be calling my bank, providing photos of their menu, my receipt AND the reviews I will be leaving over social media! Unless I am contacted for a refund, I will proceed with my charge back! Lastly, I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again and I suggest you exercise EXTREME caution before spending your money here. Also, they blocked me on their social media platforms. That should be all the evidence you need of their wrongdoing! Update your menu and stop playing with people's money!

There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

Ultimately I would go to her again, but I wouldn't specifically pick this location based on her work. Katie- honestly one of the worst nail experiences I have had in over a decade. She is slow, and soaks the gel off before using the drill which I felt like just weakened my nails. Every nail was a different length, the shape was awful, I asked her to correct them multiple times. The gel was completely uneven both when feeling my nails and even when looking from a distance. Genuinely a terrible experience. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. The salon remains clean and the color choices are aplenty, only downfall is most colors have an upcharge.

Mark, I called the following day to address the matter, yet it seems you're attempting to discredit me, further validating my concerns. As I previously mentioned, I often work across state lines and am frequently dispatched out of state for months at a time. I flew out the day after receiving services and called promptly the next day. I was informed that the manager requested I return to the shop to resolve the issue. Upon my return, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, as if I was seeking to exploit your services, which is far from the truth. I had recently moved to Las Vegas when I visited your shop before leaving for a four-month business assignment in the Midwest. I returned home just two days before Christmas. To my knowledge, I have never spoken with you directly. However, your staff's unprofessionalism and inconsistent work quality have left a lasting impression. The only service performed to satisfaction was my pedicure, completed by an elder staff member. After paying for services and leaving tips via Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash to the four individuals who assisted my son and me, my total came to nearly $550. I have attached my bank statement reflecting payment for services, excluding tips. While I was initially satisfied with the results, that feeling quickly faded as the quality of work proved subpar. Upon my return to the shop a few days ago, I was neither offered a refund nor treated with basic respect. Instead, I was provoked by your staff, who appeared to mock and antagonize me. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business claiming professionalism. While I take full accountability for my reaction, I believe the conduct of your team exacerbated the situation. I even apologized for my behavior to Isis, who was in communication with the "manager." Then, I came across lv nails and their groupon and read reviews and there wasn't a single negative or partially negative review. Since the new management that is. I purchased the groupon at that time and made my first appointment. I walked in and was in love with the look of the salon. It's very peaceful. I was impressed with the polish selection. I love that. My obsession is gel polish though. And.let me just say....it is hard to choose one color when there are literally hundreds of options. The receptionist is always awesome. Very professional and will never let you down when you are needing help deciding or looking for that perfect color choice. All of the staff is friendly and they are all professional. They use some new supplies for each person which I love. My groupon I originally purchased included a free pedi. I was impressed when getting my pedicure done, Michelle treated it as if I paid. She took her time and did an awesome job. Not to mention, my gel manicure. She took her time to perfect it. I have only scheduled with michelle since then and I must say she is awesome. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Doris Frida and let me tell you, she is truly talented. Not only did she give me a beautiful manicure and pedicure, but she also went above and beyond by creating intricate Bluey artwork on my nails that I requested on the spot! Doris took the time to carefully paint detail of Bluey and Bingo on my nails, and the result was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and the characters looked so realistic. Not only is Doris incredibly skilled at nail art, but she is also a joy to be around. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The place is quite large and definitely busy, but we were pleasantly surprised that we only had to wait about 5 minutes even as walk-ins. One nice touch is that they offer complimentary drinks, which made the experience feel more relaxing and enjoyable. After reading all the 5-stars reviews from other Yelpers' i had to come in and give this salon a try. They were not wrong, i LOVE this place. As i walked in, i was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, she offered me refreshment, then helped me pick out the gel colors for my mani and pedi. They truly have a lot of colors to choose from, the place is immaculate clean, upscale, with soft relaxing music to make me feel right at home. My nail tech was Amy, and she did amazing job on my mani/pedi. friendly and attentive, took her time to service me. 100% the best Nail Salon in town. As a man, my feet are nasty (obviously), but after this place is finished up with my pedicure, my size 13 feet look like perfection. The experience is extremely enjoyable and the hot rocks is so soothing on the feet after a long day on the feet. LV Nails really out does their competition, every time Ive been, they are very detailed with the pedicure and make sure every part of the pedicure is done perfectly. My nails love to get ingrown, but these ladies make sure to take care of the ingrown nails. Other places could give 2 shits, they burn and turn. LV Nails spends over an hour on just the pedicure!! Stopped by with my Mom to get her nails done. It was our first time here and last. She got a gel mani. Her cuticles were snipped but not manicured. Please look at the pictures you'll see how her cuticles look and this is after two days. Her polish is not smooth & it has bumps. When she addressed it with her nail tech she seemed unconcerned. Strangely enough, everyone there suddenly became less friendly after that. Girls go somewhere else where your dollar is valued and they appreciate your patronage. I went here about 2 weeks ago and I was so appalled at the service. I was sat down by a lady and she never even introduced herself, then she started cutting my cuticles until they were bleeding on my right hand and when I asked her to be gentle she didn't listen and kept being rough. I asked for just a pink topcoat and they only painted part of the nail and it was bumpy and looked awful. Too expense for such crappy service and nails. I don't recommend going here. I went to get a poly fill by Amy, she suggested hot get and said it is stronger. She burn my nails filing them down, wasn't too happy with my service that day. A few days later my nails began to crack, even after haven been told hot gel is stronger. I went back for a repair and was serviced by Jordan. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (5 stars) then I was offered a water, snacks, a comfy chair and all the color swatches (5 more stars). My technician was absolutely wonderful, she explained the process as she went along, asking if the pressure was ok, etc. and she was a great conversationalist. Towards the end she did offer me ice cream which was very nice but I had to pass. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

The salon is so clean and the decor is pretty in pink. She has a beverage bar where you can make a dirty soda before you enjoy the massage chairs (when getting a pedicure).
