This salon is so beautiful and well maintained. You can really tell the employees take pride in working here. I experienced it for the first time for a Yelp Elite Event and the staff was so engaging, they had refreshments and games for us while we got service. I asked a regular if it's always this busy and she said absolutely-good to know that they are booked and busy. I got a manicure and it was nice and pretty relaxing. I will say Cassandra was an amazing manicurist and very personable. And Amanda the manager was thee best! She every guest with a smile and offered me a refreshment right away. Oh my goodness this place is the best. My niece and I have found our place for sure. I left my review on how great the service is on my first experience and things have not changed much. The only thing is that I haven't seen Lindsey as much lately but I was happy she was there this visit. She is so welcoming and sweet from the time we walk in the door. This place is super busy and she still manages to remember and greet me by name. That's a service that you don't see much anymore. People use business as an excuse not to be personable but she is an exception to the rule. Mingky gets my pedicure perfect every time and no matter how late my appointment she never makes me feel rushed. I love coming here because it's like hanging out with friends. The two starts are because the place is really pretty and because the ladies were nice. But the time I spent there did not reflect the quality of my set. Again the ladies were nice but I need better attention to detail especially if you are spending $158 on Gel-x. Not sure if this is common practice but they didn't clean underneath my nails and they don't put the product all the way down. The first time I was in this salon, I was having gel nails taken off and put back on. The girl kept using a drill on my thin nails that had had gel on them for a while. She had drilled to where you could see the pink of the skin under one of my nails and it hurt. I asked her politely three times to stop, "please don't use it on my nails any more. "I don't want them to be too thin, I told her repeatedly. The fourth time she continued on with the drill, I got a little stronger in my tone at which point she slammed her drill down and just walked away. I sat there for 5 (long) minutes wondering what the heck was going on? Finally, the damage control manager came from the back and asked me. I told her and I showed her my nails. She tried to convince me that unless the girl could drill my nails down the gel wouldn't stick and I wouldn't be happy with the work. I've been wearing gel nails on and off for 20 years. I know better than that. However, the "manage didn't listen to me as the customer and wanted to make her "stubborn" nail tech in the right. I wouldn't have it- so she came out and finished my nails herself with a lot of bad attitude. Needless to say it was a stressful and terrible experience and I said I would never go back. Because my daughter made an appointment with a nail tech that she likes. She made an appointment with me for me with a tech named Holly. I told Holly I wanted a regular pedicure, but I would like to have extra massage add on if possible. She offered me the book and spoke very good English. She said the only way to get massage was to pick the hot stone not stone pedicure. I told her never mind. I really just want a regular pedicure. Well, she kept pushing and I gave in -assuming she would do a good job. She did not. She brought out two hot stones and only used one. The massage was less than I would expect for a regular pedicure. The polish was acceptable. She then did my hands, no massage , literally 10 minutes and done.I think she was upset because I didn't want any polish at all and no gel? Anyhow, by the time I had those two things, I left and still tipped her (I don't lower mu integrity) and it was $100 even . My daughter did have a regular pedicure and a regular manicure with regular polish. I had to wait on her for 10 - 15 minutes, because her girl actually gave her a really good foot massage with her regular pedicure and took time to make sure she was happy. Shout out to Liz, thank you Liz for truly caring about your customers and their satisfaction. It was just proof how little I got for the extra I paid. The salon is very busy and I have no idea how they keep their Google reviews so high. I do know when I owned a business I could pay to have my Google and Yelp reviews edited and corrected by a third-party service. I got emails to my business inbox on a regular basis for this service. Anyhow, NO! I would not recommend this place. read more

First time here and I will definitely be back! I purchased a Royal Spa pedicure and was extremely pleased with the service(s). Staff was very friendly upon walking in. I didn't not have an appt and was sat in under 5 mins. I was offered a beverage as I was being seated. The spa is extremely clean, well decorated and very efficient. My pedicure was just short of an hour (it has multiple steps/pampering). My technician was very skilled and she took her time. She was very attentive and checked regularly with me to see if I needed anything and was "ok". read more

On our spontaneous trip, my sister wanted to pamper ourselves with a pedicure so I took out my phone and start searching Yelp. After reviewing some places, I decided to call here to see if they can fit us in. With such short notice, they said come on in. It was so easy to make an appointment. Once arrived, they asked that we wash our hands and pick the color. This place was so spacious with so many nail techs and stations for pedicure. There was at least over 15 techs there, if not more, when we came. My sis and I did not speak Vietnamese to the tech but rest assured when they are speaking in the language, they are not talking about you. The 2 ladies we had were talking about dinner plans after work. During the service, they asked if you would like anything to drink. Like water, juice, soda or alcohol. There's a bar area in the front. Uh say what?! How cool is that?! Anyways, our experience was great. Love it there. It's clean, hygienic, professional and awesome. I have been going here for years. Staff is normally great but this most recent time I had a new girl do my nails (Tess). She was awful. Had no idea what she was doing on a basic gel Manicure with chrome. It took her 4 times to apply the chrome. She filed down the color underneath the chrome so it looked weird as well. 2 days after they started chipping! . And 4 days after they are completely chipped. When I called to speak to them the best they would do is 20% off my next nails. They should have refunded the whole thing- and would only do nail repair up to 1 week but it's Christmas and i couldn't go in for repair. These nails are unacceptable. read more

First came for a Yelp event and thought I'd be back every month. Been here 3 times since and haven't had the best service. The techs I've gotten have been rough and impatient. They also have increased price so it's almost $40 for a basic pedicure. The work itself is good, but I've been desperate to find a salon with techs that are friendly and kind to the customer. Maybe I just haven't found the right one here yet. The front desk is always very friendly here, at least. Their color range is also really diverse. read more

Although there was a line when I got there Saturday afternoon, I was seen before I had even settled on a nail color. Blessing came to get me and chose a color that turned out nicely on my skin tone. Not only did she do my pedi, turns out she was able to do my mani as well. I prefer my natural nails and she did gel mani plus she added acrylic to create my nail design. Very pleased with her work and how easy it was to have a conversation with her. Will definitely ask for Blessing next time I am in town. read more

Pros- plenty of colors, I found a tech that does great pedicures, & the girls up front are always friendly. Con- prices are high, the tech I was going to did good work but isn't good at taking direction (he seems annoyed), & Mark the owner has cancelled on me more than once at the very last minute (once when I was in the salon). Not cool. I like the vibe of this place for the most part, it's near my home, and I've been going here for a long while, but I don't really feel appreciated. The other girl I really liked is now gone, so think I'm going to head back to my old salon for now. read more

I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the service I recently received. I had a dip manicure and 2 days after my appointment the dip has chipped and I have a broken nail as a result of the poor job that was done as well as a 2nd nail that looks like terrible and is chipping. I don't know what is happening in this salon but the quality of service is lacking and the last two times I visited the salon they did not have the color I wanted. I've been a very loyal and longtime client of this salon and am truly disappointed by the lack of quality and poor service provided during my most recent visit.
