Linda uses clear polish over pink powder on me and it's a really rich look. She does such a good job that if I get busy an I'm unable to get in for my regular time, they still look good. I was very disappointed at how unprofessional they were. My sister and I came late one night around 630pm On Friday. I was going on a cruise the next day and wanted to get my nails done since it was cheaper than the cruise's price. It was busy but they said no problem so my sister and I walked in. They ladies started on me first. And then my sister. I asked my mom for her opinion on things cause she gets her nails done a lot and they ladies just assumed my mom was paying for my nails. They one giving me my pedicure had got into an argument with my mom and the lady who was doing my manicure stopped and wouldn't continue working on my nails until the bill was settled. Ummm excuse me. My nails aren't done yet. I had made it loud and clear that I was paying for me and my sister's nails. My mom was there just to tag along. I was irritated but since she was halfway done with one hand I wanted to get the other hand done. So I told the lady I was paying and that there was no reason for her to harass my mom about the bill. After that, it went downhill. The lady was very rough on my nails. And my sister's nails were uneven. I argued with them and told them if they can't fix it, I'm not paying full price. So I ended up not paying for my sister's nails. Come to my horror on the third day of my cruise my gel polish started peel. I had another 5 days on my cruise and I refused to walk around with fucked up nail polish. On my second port stop, I found some nail polish that matches the color and had to paint my nails. I am very disappointed in the service. I obviously did not get my money's worth. read more

Came in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. I was a complete newbie, so I wasn't sure what to do, but you're supposed to sign in on a sheet. You're expected to write down your name and what service you would like (manicure, pedicure, full set, etc). I waited for about 40 mins until it was my turn. I decided on getting a full set of acrylics (coffin shaped) with gel polish, which my nail technician advised it was $40 before she began the process, which is nice. She buffed my cuticles and applied glue for the fake tips and shaped them with a nail filer. One of my fingers was being stubborn and the nail kept popping off several times, and my nail technician said sorry. But I said it was okay, since it was my first time getting my nails done. The process took a while, 30-45 mins as expected. Then the next step was applying gel polish. My nail technician did a good job shaping my nails, but a mediocre job applying the polish especially on the edges of my nail. It was pretty sloppy. If it was applied more nicely, my nails would have been perfect. I still tipped her nicely because I liked how my nails turned out despite the bad edges of the nail polish. If I were to come back, I'd try another nail texhnician and would most likely make an appointment beforehand. read more

Save yourself the headache. Don't go here. If you have a person you like here, stick to who you know. We came in with at appointment for 5 mani/pedi. First, they quoted us the wrong starting price on the phone. But we didn't concern ourselves too much since their pamphlets did reflect the prices they were telling us in person. We just assumed the person on the phone made a mistake and we moved on. Mai is good, she was friendly, funny, and did a good job. She earned one of the stars im giving this place. The other star is because our pedicures were good. Anh gave me a great pedicure, but for some reason she was rude to me when we moved on to my finger nails. She kept rolling her eyes at me and during my manicure she was jerking my hands around and seriously throwing them on to the table. When I said something about it, she decided to be nice. We started off rocky, but it ended up being ok. Unfortunately, she did not clean up my cuticles or apply a top coat so I now have to pay someone else to do these things for me. My cousin waited for Linda based on the reviews we saw on yelp. She asked Linda to do a pink to white ombre coffin nail. Linda seemed excited and said she does this often and it'll look really cute. We waited until an hour after they closed for Linda to figure out how to get the nails to look right. She did a horrible job, the ombre was not an even fade, and you can see an odd overlap of the two colors. She said to come back tomorrow and she will fix it "if she has time around noon because she is booked with appointments" ..... WHAT?? She then demanded we pay for the nails that did NOT look how we asked or even decent enough for the wedding we all need to attend this weekend. I REFUSED to pay for a job that half done- and not done well at that. My cousin felt the same. We told her we will gladly pay for everything else which was done well, and when we return tomorrow "if she has the time to fix them" at that point we will pay for the set. She actually proceeded to get very loud with us and say that if we don't like them she can slip them and soak them off and we wont have to pay... So you're telling me we wasted two hours for her to tell us they don't look right, and come back tomorrow, or just take them off?? She has time so soak off the acrylics but not fix her screwed up nail job?? My cousin and I pooled our cash together to pay for what we felt was fair, and we put the money on the counter and left. All of this was after much debate and arguing. What kind of TERRIBLE service is this?? I will NEVER be back. read more

Such a hidden gem!! I would have never thought to give this spot a try if it wasn't for one of my best girlfriends. Was a little hesitant, especially because I am really picky & anal about my nails & the shape of them (coffin nails). I must say, CINDY IS THE GO TO!!!! I love her!! She's so sweet & patient! She takes her time and never rushes me. She's so thorough & makes sure I am happy with the shape and length before she continues. I have only been there twice, and on my second visit she was actually off that day but made it a point to come in on her day off for my fill. Where else can you get service like that?! Never will have anyone else touch my nails!! Prices are decent. $25 for a full set for any shape. $30 for a full set any shape with Gel. Fills are $15. The only thing keeping me from giving this spot 5 stars is their polish selection. Could be so much better. But other than, LOVEEE!!! read more

It's hit or miss with this nail salon. I go because everyone I come with to this place enjoy it. I always end up with the same lady (sorry I don't know your name). Reason for making this review is because it's a little upsetting how much I pay yet get half the services I should be getting. This last trip I made was with my sister. We came in at the same time and decided to get a pedi and a full set. As I'm sitting in the pedi chair we start our session. I'm relaxed and talking to my sister. Half way into the pedi my nail tech says "I'll be right back". Assuming she went to the bathroom, I didn't mind...10-15 mins later she finally comes back. I noticed she went off to wax someone else's brows(which was fine).... As my nail tech comes back, she drains my water and ends the pedi. Umm... Soo because my feet sit in hot water for 10-15 mins and you're away tending to another customer means it's a part of my session? I didn't say anything because she was going to do my full set too so I didn't want to upset her while she's servicing me on other things too. Onto the full set, she does them. Leaves again. Then comes back and says "go sit over there".... I needed to dry my nails so I did. Looking at my nails they were uneven and lifted. I needed to leave to go to work so I left rather quickly after I was dry. I'm not one to complain but I would definitely say I wouldn't go to this nail tech specifically because she's not really good at it but I would go back to this shop. FYI, my nails started lifting the day after. It's been nearly a week and 7/10 of the nails are ready to fall off. I got a gel set... Which is supposed to "last longer" but it's not true in my case. Unfortunate I paid and even tipped (even when service is poor, I tip regardless)... I would just recommend better service and helping the nail techs become more knowledgable with their technique. It's not fair for me to pay 60 bucks for nails that lasted as if they were store bought press ons. read more

Service didn't match the quality of the nails that I received which I loved! My mom and I were rushed to be seated without having had picked our colors yet. They were very pushy about adding designs on my moms nails without telling her it was additional, and pushy about getting her a pedicure. We obliged because I was treating her for Mother's Day. When it came to pay, the lady snatched my card from my hand and inserted it to the chip reader without my consent! I was still trying to figure out the price for everything since they didn't tell my mom about the additional prices. They were bullies. At least my nails came out good.
