Haven't ordered this crispy noodles for yrs. It's a good thing I did & everyone enjoyed it. Definitely going to order it again

Came here to get something to keep me warm. Yes soup called pho! Service is fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is small but Smokey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Came out smelling like fried food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But their food is good. Just take a look at my images.

Authentic Vietnamese food out in Gilroy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good sized interior dining room that was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had the bun thit nuong (grilled pork over vermicelli rice noodles). The grilled pork was very flavorful and the noodle bowl was large. They also have Boba drinks. I tried a Matcha and it was only average. Not great service as there was one guy making the drinks, manning the cash register, and attending to the dining room. But overall, a great healthier option if you're on a road trip passing through the area.

    Delicious!

Delicious! Would recommend this place to anyone. Cravings satisfied. Next to try is their Pho!

Came for the pho and it was okay, but lackluster compared to other pho spots in town. We also ordered a couple of egg rolls that were pretty good. We were greeted (presumably) by the owner who seemed personable and happy to host his customers, it gave the restaurant a welcoming and hospitable vibe. The food was fine but the prices did NOT reflect the quality. I will come back if I need to get something that is open later in the evening -- unlike the other pho spots in town-- but I think I'll try a different dish next time!

We were in Gilroy and craving for noodles and soup similar to tung kee, but we didnt want to go to tung kee gilroy location. Stumbled upon this gem. Such friendly staff and they really catered to us. Fresh lemon water, extensive menu, and they have mill teas too! They absolutely give huge portions and they didnt hold back on the amount of meat/ingredients! Perfect saltiness and the noodles werent overcooked. Cant wait to go back and try other menu items!

The food here is good. We had the Pho Tai and Pork chop rice plate. Pho was flavorful and the beef was soft and good quality. Service was good and the owner was tentative to customers and friendly! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The wall of $1 bills was quite an interesting added bonus[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Wonton Soup

This is our favorite go-to-place whenever we visit Gilroy. Fast and friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is okay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And food was great! We got the wonton soup, it tastes flavorful especially with the crispy fried garlic on it. Pork BBQ was very tender and tasty. Also, one of my favorites was the dipping sauce with the fresh veggies. It was absolutely delicious and addictive!

This is my go-to when im in Gilroy, but yesterday was a disappointment for myself. I ordered a wonton noodle soup, with only chicken as a protein and asked if the wontons had shrimp I was told NO 2x but come to find out they did have shrimp and they also added so much beef into my soup (which I don't like) I ended up picking out so much food from my soup. I also ordered some pork spring rolls and that was a disappointment as well the pork meat was so bland, it wasn't even grilled. I will just stick to my chicken pho

So, after I got my SMOG certificate done, I decided to get some Vietnamese food. Thus, I got on my trusty YELP app and did a search. This place came up and figured I'd give it a try. I ordered the "Rice Vermicelli w/BBQ pork & egg roll $16.65. Pretty good and VERY filling! The egg roll was cook well, crispy but it kind of tasty doughy so kind of let down. Anyways, it's a cozy mom and pop's kind of place so give them a try and support your local small business! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, their restroom was decent which is a fair reflection of the establishment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waitress was nice as she served a Hispanic couple next to me trying to practice her Espanyol! Muy bien. This is nice here in California when people of different ethnicities try to practice or learn other languages.

You're always asked if you have any questions before you order which is super nice if you aren't sure what you're going to order. I tried the cardamom fig cappuccino (winter special), hot mocha and ice almond milk latte. The cappuccino was so delicious, though I didn't taste the fig as much as the cardamom it was still a super well balanced cappuccino. The mocha wasn't to sweet, which I enjoy because the espresso still comes through and you can taste the rich chocolate. Lastly, the almond milk latte was really smooth, you can tell they use great quality almond milk. Food wise I got the buttered croissant and two different cookies from Bake That Dough (which they sell inside to the left of the register when you walk in). The buttered croissant was incredibly flaky and buttery. It paired so well with my cappuccino and I look forward to my next. The cookies were so cute and perfectly paired with the coffee drinks as well. Overall great experience, I am excited to try their other baked goodies and fun beverages.

There is NO drive through. It is an old gas station converted into a coffee shop. The parking is scant and right next to the building but plentiful just across the side street for the train and bus stations. What this place does have is CHARACTER and a laid back vibe I don't seem to find in chain coffee shops. The service is top notch, the prices reasonable, and the coffee is excellent. You are called to the counter when your order is ready. There are some nice looking pastries available (I haven't tried any yet). There is a retro record player and some vinyl records, but there has never been any music playing there when I am there. It is across the street from a train station and near the downtown shops.

The teen at the window told me "a few minutes" but seemed far more focused on chatting with friends in line than actually checking on my order or giving a realistic timeframe. Those "few minutes" turned into another 18 minute wait. So I ended up waiting nearly an hour total for something I ordered well ahead of time. That completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. If you cannot handle mobile orders, stop accepting them. I wouldn't have minded if it was bbq then sliced and put on top but sadly it wasn't and not much flavor, everything else was ok the potatoes were decent and the toast was good not too much too taste besides maybe salt and pepper, 4.5 out of 10 Service was good and they took care of me answering my questions of the meat choice and what not 9/10 Ambiance is nice although like many others the tables do seem a lil close to each other but clean 9/10 Can't give it any less since I tried a simple dish maybe go for the more desert options like waffles and pancakes wouldn't be fair to judge off one item. For the owners please don't use just tri tip as (steak) the way it's being cooked is not the right cut of meat and will always look gray and dry. I would give it another try but maybe staying away from the steak unless told clearly what you're getting.
