Only can beer ... with option of drinking from plastic cup... beer doesn't taste the same in plastic ...
Beth K.

I wanted to eat lunch outside on the bay, watch the boats come in with the local catch, and listen to "DJ Harvey Cinco" (so I thought). I guess all of O.C. had the same idea with the nice weather because the deck was definitely rocking. It was LOUD, lively, and very crowded on the dock. I found what I was looking for under "Speciality Sandwiches " , "The Big Fish" , with cilantro lime sauce and served with Old Bay chips, pickle, and slaw . I love a simple fried fish sandwich on a potato roll and this did not disappoint. The disappointment was only canned beer, with a very poor selection of IPA's , and how LOUD the music was! We ate the sandwiches as quickly as possible and asked for the check as soon as the food came out. This level of noise required immediate extraction. FWIW

Good place for food and drinks that is right on the water. They had live music and the servers were nice. I had the fish and chips, shrimp, and fish tacos. All the seafood tasted fresh. I liked how the fish tacos came with a mango salsa. The cocktail sauce that came with the shrimp was nice and strong. The orange crush was decently strong as well.

Excellent atmosphere. Food was very good, we had the Crab Balls, fries with beer cheese, Maryland fish and chips. Server could have been a little more attentive.

Checked out Mr. Ducks during our stay in Ocean City. It feels like a very touristy type of place and the food/pricing sort of reflected that. It's a tiki-bar style with some nice views of the water on the outside deck. Loved some of the themes on the outside bar. The beers were cold but the food left much to be desired. We split some of the crab balls for an app, those were very good, enjoyed the dipping sauce those came with. 5 balls for $17 little too much. My wife got a salad that she said was okay, nothing special. For my entree I went with the Maryland fish and chips. Some beer battered rockfish that comes with Old Bay chips unless you pay the extra to upgrade for some fries. The fish was decent, 4 small pieces but it was a little too greasy for my liking and fell apart too easily, was definitely expecting more. They had a special beer collab with Burley Oak that you can only get a Mr. Ducks, this was cool. Service was timely and friendly. It's definitely worth checking out during your visit to Ocean City, just don't expect to be blown away.

Vibes are high at this waterside establishment. Get the Duck Call, refreshing and worth it!

Enjoying a shark bite

Food was fine, and service was somewhat slow though I understand since they were very busy. I absolutely love the atmosphere...right by the water with the sea gulls and the breeze. The drinks were amazing! Probably my favorite thing about this place...and my favorite one was Shark Bite As a side note, there is a bathroom on the deck (outside) but it's not labeled.

Excellent steamed shrimp before charter fishing! Walked right up to waterfront seating, watching boats come and go. Service was quick.

Found this place nearby to where we were staying at. All the seating is outdoor, however the bar area is kind of covered. Our waitress was super nice and overall really helpful with any questions we had. Couldn't of asked for better service. Definitely a more casual place with a nice view with being on the water. Some things we ordered were: -fish tacos (2/5) -crab balls (5/5) -spicy chicken sandwich(4/5) -buffalo wings (2/5) -crab cake sandwich but with salad instead (4/5) -strawberry cooler, mimosas (5/5) There were a few other things but I can't remember. Will definitely be back to try different items next summer.

Disgusting, unsanitary, & terrible service! Avoid if you want a decent meal or any service at all.

The service, bouncers, and staff were extremely rude. I've never been more uncomfortable with the way they were talking.

The rustic, coastal-chic barn vibe upstairs and downstairs makes you feel right at home the second you walk in. Here's how our spread went down (and why you need to order all of it): Bloody Mary: Hands down one of the best in town! Perfect kick, expertly seasoned, and packed with all the delicious savory garnishes you want to kick off vacation mode. Captain Crunch French Toast: This is pure magic. Perfectly thick slices coated in crunchy Captain Crunch cereal, cooked to golden perfection--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Adults and kids alike will be fighting over the last bite. Crab Omelet & Benedicts: Living on the Eastern Shore, expectations for crab are high, but Barn 34 delivers. The Crab Omelet was loaded with sweet, fresh jumbo lump crabmeat--no cheap filler here! We also tried their Crab Benedict, and the poached eggs over lump crab cakes topped with rich hollandaise were next-level delicious. The service was super friendly, attentive, and fast, even with a crowd. Whether you're fueling up before hitting the beach or looking for a killer weekend brunch, Barn 34 sets the bar in OC.

The restaurant is kept clean and neat, and I was quickly seated and able to order. They have a special with eggs cooked to order, choice of breakfast meat, toast, and potatoes - I had mine scrambled, with corned beef hash, and rye toast. Service was good and the server was very attentive. Food came out quickly, and the corned beef hash was very good. Eggs were properly cooked. Toast was nice marbled rye, although it wasn't warm at all. I've always had good experience here, and I'd say this is a solid four star place, and I will be back. I didn't love the pasta, the sauce was bland despite the peppery flavor but the scallops were well cooked and definitely the best part of the dish. The cocktail program was equally impressive, both the martini and Old Fashioned were expertly crafted. It was nice to find quality whiskey options beyond the sweet, fruity summer cocktails that dominate many Ocean City menus. The service was attentive, the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a place we'll return to on future trips.

This is a beautiful restaurant overlooking the bay, perfect for a romantic dinner or celebration. We shared the Beet salad which was nicely brought to us on two plates and was quite fillings. My husband had the Petit Filet mignon then a creme brulee for dessert which was small, thin, light, and wonderfully creamy. It came topped with strawberries. The indoor dining area is elegant, comfortable and romantic. You can watch the sunset but at the table by the windows, you may be a bit blinded by the sun until it sets and it got rather warm in the sun. It was worth it - watching the birds fly into the marsh and hop around. Previously, we have also sat outside on the small balcony at the high two person tables and high chairs. There is a better view of the bay from inside the restaurant since the restaurant and apartment building does not block the view on the sides.
