After sending my repeated calls to voicemail, he finally texted me saying that he had taken a larger job instead - even though he had confirmed with me just one week before. BUYER BEWARE OF MIKE MATULICH! I used Mikes services in Feb. 15, 2024 to pick up my furnishings & personal items in a friends warehouse in LA. & to deliver & unpack & set up my items in my new 1 bed. Apt. in Tustin, OC. I had recent Neck surgery & explained to him before I hired him, I needed he & his helpers to bring in & set up all my furniture, the heavy boxes in my apt. & undo & unpack the heavy items for me & help set up hanging my heavy artwork. He had agreed to do all of that. I had a storage unit in Irvine with my remaining furnishings, Clothing etc. to bring to my Apt. He was already paid $1,100. by my last landlord where I was staying to move my storage items & unpack them at my apartment. I told him once he completed all of that, I would agree to pay him $1,000. cash for the first move & to complete unloading all my things from his truck to be set up in my apartment. When they arrived at my apt., Mike emptied half of the truck of my furniture, banged up my Liv. Rm. wall unit on 1-side which he said he could fix, but didn't, he didn't unpack any boxes he left on the floor that he brought inside. I waited for him to unload the other items in his truck, then he says "I have another client who I must leave now to help move, so I will come back another day with your items." I was in shock hearing that. He took on more jobs and called me days later to say he was too busy to come back. Then he asked me to pay him $1,000. in cash before he brought back my items in the back of his truck. I told him until he returns with all my items, unpacks them all as we agreed, I would not pay him anything, as had my items in his possession for days. He breached our agreement and made up new rules that I was not told about last minute, nor did I agree to these things he was doing. He should be sued for misrepresetation, falsely leading me on as his client, and for lying to me, not completing the move. He threatened to sue me. "I said fine, I will tell the judge how unprofessional you were not doing what we agreed to." He dropped that idea, and he never returned, nor brought back my items he stole. I did not pay him, so I had to get other help to complete my work in my apt. His workers were all fine people whom I even donated many items to them from my storage unit that were in my storage we emptied. DO NOT TRUST Mike unless you have everything in wrting signed by him what he agrees to do for you. I never thought he would act in such an underhanded, dishonest manner, by not completed my move as we agreed. He did not keep his word, and I urge anyone who uses him, 'BUYER BEWARE! M2 Moving was recommended to me by someone I know. I needed to move my mother to a senior living facility a couple miles from where she was living. They moved her but destroyed a framed print and tried to hide it saying they didn't have it. "They found it" but the glass was broken and print damaged. To replace the framed print Mike gave me his insurance information and after over a month I received a letter from his insurance company. It says " M2 services has no coverage for damaged property that is in the care, custody or control of the policy holder". So I'm out of luck and $1000. I would not recommend this company read more

Mike and his crew worked their tails off moving us from Beaumont to Yorba Linda. Three bedroom two bath house with lots of outside furniture and potted plants. All survived the 50 miles to YL. Offloaded the next day and hooked up washer and dryer, set up bed frame and other items of help to us. Honest and reliable. Would use him again in a heartbeat! read more

I hired Mike to move our 3 bedroom home from our storage unit to the new house. We have always moved ourselves but with a brand new baby, that was not an option this time. Not only was Mike on time, but if I contacted him with a question he was quick to answer. He loaded up the entire 26' uhaul FULL of boxes and furniture in 1 hour. It took our last movers 4 hours to load it up. I was shocked he was so quick. He met me at the new house and unloaded everything quickly and carefully. So quickly, in fact, that I was still scrambling to get washer and dryer parts so he could install them. All of my furniture was put together without me even having to ask them to do it. My fridge was hooked up and tested for me. Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged in any way (including walls and doors). I was so afraid to hire movers because of previous bad experiences but this was the best moving experience I've ever had.
