Great attention to detail! All the ladies are great but I really have grown to love Alice and her creativeness, I tell her an idea and she knows what I want immediately. Highly recommend and always willing to satisfy.
Great service and so many beautiful colors to choose from! The staff was friendly and helpful, and I had a really nice experience. Definitely recommend this nail salon!
This is a nail salon I tried for the first time after only going to places in Koreatown, and I was very impressed. The pricing was reasonable, and most importantly, the design turned out exactly how I wanted. The nail shape was also done perfectly, just as requested. My natural nails were honestly in very bad condition, but even during the drill work, I didn't feel any pain at all. Everything was done gently and professionally, which made the experience very comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with every part of the service.The designer who did my nails was Mia, and she did an amazing job. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this salon.
I've been here a few times, I've loved every single one, but this one.... Shelly did amazing with my gel x manicure!! I am obsessed!!! My daughter went for the second time, Alyssa did hers and she was so excited to show me the cutest design! Both did so great. They have music playing and it's usually pretty fresh in there. I will definitely go back.
From my crusty natural nails to a beautiful new set. Ying did wonders to my nails. She was very detailed and made sure to handle my fingers with care. From past experiences, some places are rough and aggressive when it comes to filing or cutting cuticles, but not here. Service is wonderful! And each nail technicians are surely gifted. A small shop on Main Street of Alhambra but very clean and modern. Depending on design and such, I would say prices are reasonable.
The vision I had came out better than expected! I wanted to do cat eye nails with one design being like a glass stained window I love how they look smooth and light they are on my hands. I appreciate the care and time they took to give me what I wanted. Definitely recommend coming here
I regret not reading the one star reviews first. Had I known, I wouldn't have spent all that time gaslighting myself when she used the drill to remove old polish and to cut the cuticle. So many things in hindsight were off but I kept telling myself to give them a chance. 1. Nothing was done to make things more comfortable. No drinking water was offered, nor was the massage function of the chair turned on. It was 85 degrees F outside today and salon was hotter than the street! If the air conditioner was on, I couldn't feel it. 2. I was instructed to wash my hands in the sink before I sat down, then after that, not once did the nail tech use water to soften cuticles or to wash off nail dust from the drilling. She used a drill to shave down the nail bed, then DRY cut my cuticles. While letting her snip off tiny bits of skin from my fingers, a voice in my head kept saying, "she must know what she's doing", "she has to pass a licensing program right?" That pampering feeling you get when they wipe your hands off with a warm, steamed towel? Non existent at M2. She offered to lotion my hands right before I paid. It seems like a basic part of getting your nails done but I could still feel the nail dust on my hands and declined. 3. I had polish on my toes and asked the nail tech if she had a close match to this color. She brought me 5 or 6 giant color trays and told me to look for the color myself. This is when I found out that M2 upcharges for nail polish. They don't nickel and dime you here, they actually want $5 and $10 bills. The colors from the Chinese styles are an extra $10 and the colors from Korean styles are $5 extra. 4. The nail tech messed up the cuticle on my middle finger and it's uneven now from the drilling. She pretended not to notice and says that my nail is crooked so the polish looks crooked. Never in my life has anyone ever said that my nail is crooked. 5. I don't mind paying more if the service or quality of the product is high. She asked if I would include a tip so I gave her $10 in addition to the $105 cost of the mani pedi (no extra designs). This is probably the most that I've ever paid for the least amount of work and satisfaction. I hate leaving bad reviews but hope that the powers that be will actually look at this as constructive criticism (if they care at all). Over and over again customers have complained about the customer service. M2 may look nice on the surface but it cuts corners on water and electricity and charges you for nail polish, which is free at other salons. I personally won't be coming back.
Alice did such a great job in recreating the style I desired. It literally came just like the picture I had shown. It came out so cute and I loved the glittery aspects of the colors! Thank you for making it look so cute! 10/10

Ella is amazing! She is very thorough and pays close attention to detail. I always look forward to coming in, relaxing, and getting pampered. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming. After moving from OC, I searched for a new salon for a long time, and I can honestly say I love it here. Thank you, Ella, for always doing such a superb job!
I found this place when I was new to the area, and I've been here three times already--it's officially my go-to nail salon They're always so accommodating and do the cutest designs every time Highly recommend!
Ok wow! Shelly was able to squeeze me in right away. First time here and won't be the last. First time doing cat eye and oval shape and it did not disappoint. You can tell all of the women here are very talented with designs and they want to make sure you leave happy. I'm so glad I stopped by today!

M2 has been my sister and I's monthly ritual for almost a year, all of the nail techs we've had are skilled and do meticulous work, shoutout to Shirley and Andy :) Prices are very reasonable especially being in the SG Valley, the quality you get + pricing compared to other places in the area makes it unbeatable. M2's great nail techs and service has stood the test of time, def recommend! read more

First impressions were sadly not great. I arrived and they told me I wasn't on their appointment book even though I called a week before to book. Had to wait 20 min for an available nail technician. I'm assuming this happened because a nail tech that answers the phone is also doing nails at the same time and it's possible she forgot to write my name down. I don't mind waiting as long as it's worth it, but sadly I don't think it was. I don't know if this is just a personal phone issue, but they don't get good service inside and I didn't see a guest wifi option. So I was unable to do things on my phone while I waited and got my nails done. The place itself looks cuter online. It is very dusty. When it comes to the actual paint job, it was also not a good experience. Pedicure was a little painful - tech was pulling my cuticles up and away, essentially ripping my skin?? My manicure tech was very rushed and cut my skin on the cuticles on a few nails and now they're red, inflamed, and hurt. I hope I don't get an infection... I'm very pain tolerant and never have issues with this at other salons. You can see the ripped skin by fingernails on the photos. Would I return? No. I am not one to write reviews, but I left this place pretty disappointed after seeing all of the good 5 star reviews. I hope my experience is an anomaly and that no one else has an experience like this. read more

It was my first time coming here and let me just say, it did not disappoint. I am a picky person when it comes to getting nails done but Eleanor was my nail tech and she did a phenomenal job on my nails. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done with Eleanor. read more

I came in to get my nails done for prom and had a tough design in mind. M2 quickly got me an appointment. My nail artist, Winnie is absolutely amazing. She is a true artist who completely elevated my original vision. I seriously cannot applaud her enough!! My nails are vibrant and colorful, exactly what I wanted. The studio itself is super chill with great music playing. read more

This is my second time at M2 Nail Lounge and both experiences have been great! I called a week in advance to make an appointment, their schedule was pretty open, and were very accommodating. This time I brought my fiancé to get our pedicures/manicures done prior to our wedding. It was my first time getting Gel-X and Shelly was gentle/precise while doing my nails. Very friendly, as well. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she executed it better! I will be coming back for sure. read more

(Picture is of the nail polish from two weeks ago. Still holding up well!) I don't usually trust just any nail salons. Even though I moved, I prefer to drive to my regular one 20mins away from my new place. Unfortunately, it's getting more and more inconvenient for me to go to due to their new hours conflicting with my schedule. So I decided to try out M2 Nail Lounge, and wow! I'm so impressed! The staff were nice and accommodating. They also had a great selection of nail polish that are not available in most salons. I chose a Cat Eye one and it's gorgeous! They also offered to fix it if it gets damaged within a week. Fast forward to now (two weeks after) and my nails still look amazing! No chipping or loss of luster and vibrance. My nails have grown out a bit though so I'll be back soon! read more

First, I rarely get my nails done and really didn't know what I was doing haha But I had Alice and she was so nice! Answered my dumb questions really sweetly, custom blended a softer French tip color so it wasn't bright bright white and they've held up great! I had them done for an engagement shoot and it's been just over 1 month and not ONE nail has chipped or cracked. Last time my nails were done they didn't last past 1.5 weeks. Every employee was really kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back soon, thanks Alice! read more

I called today for a last minute appointment and luckily they were able to fit me in! My nails were looking pretty awful as I had gel extensions that were ready to fall off and my cuticles were dry and crusty. Andi (I hope I spelled it right) helped me with my manicure and suggested I do hard gel to help my pathetically weak and brittle nails. Now they feel hard and sturdy and my nails have never looked this good! Thank you so much! I've never been happier! Customer service is amazing as well, polite and welcoming! Accidentally posted my original review in the eyelash extension side of the store! But they do also offer that service- Got my nails done today by Alice! She is amazingly sweet, very kind, very patient with the design I wanted. She did a great job and I love my nails! It was very easy to make an appointment with her. With COVID-19 happening, it's great to hear the store is taking proper precautions with cleaning and in social distancing. They are only permitting one client at a time to get their nails done. They have a very large variety of colors and Alice is flexible in what designs she can do. Highly recommend!! These took about an hour to finish and they look so great!! Been getting so many compliments at work. Will be returning! read more

My favorite and the best nail salon in Los Angeles area! The staff here are super accommodating, patient, and so sweet. I've tried other (numerous) nail salons and M2 has been my default since I started going back in 2022. Of the nail salons, they have all the equipment and sensibility to do any trendy or classic nail design you want. For some reason, other salons wouldn't be able to accommodate or execute the design I'd want even though it'd be so simple. Eleanor is THE BEST. THE GOAT. I prefer simple designs and Eleanor is the only nail technician who's been able to do my nails how I envision. I'll show a photo of how I'd want them - Eleanor literally *nails* it every time. She's the sweetest and has become a friend having seen her every two weeks for the past year. Cannot say enough good things about this salon and Eleanor. M2 is my go-to spot and highly recommend to anyone for all their nail needs. read more

After searching and searching -- finally found my nail salon!!! Alice is absolutely amazing :) she looked carefully at the design I brought in and even managed to make it look even better! This was the best gel x experience yet, and their pricing is super reasonable especially compared to other salons in the area. Tried them after a friend recommended and absolutely love my nails. Their customer service is top notch. They are so sweet and thoughtful with every customer that comes in the door. I got a gel-x and a pedicure. I didn't love my pedicure, I feel like they did the service quickly and didn't hit all the typical stops. But I am willing to give it another chance. read more

I FINALLY found my go-to nail salon and I couldn't be more excited! After trying so many establishments and winding up with peeling gel, badly shaped nails, and art that looked like it was designed by a 4 year old, M2 Nails is THE Nail Salon I've been searching for. Alice does nail art to perfection! They are ALWAYS upfront with pricing, so you never have to guess what you will be charged at the end. And the location itself is clean, cutely designed, and they always have K-Pop music videos on the TV so you have something to be entertained by while you get pampered on. Just look at my nails! All my friends are envious of the design and want to recreate it now. I can't recommend M2 enough! read more
I finally found a nail salon that I absolutely love! It's close by to where I live and very convenient since there's a parking structure near by if you can't find street parking. So, Wednesday night I was on Yelp looking for a new nail salon to go to so that I can get my current gel x removed and get a new set as well. I was reading Yelp reviews for M2 Nail Lounge and one post really caught my attention so decided to give this place a try. I called the next day and asked for Andy. They were able to get me an appointment for the following day at 3pm which was perfect because that was the exact time I was hoping to go in. When I got to the nail salon, I was seated immediately. Once seated, I showed Andy some photos of what I wanted and asked her about pricing for designs. Once we picked out the color and finished discussing about what I wanted, Andy began working on my nails. I could tell she was very careful since I told her my nails were very thin and fragile. I'm very particular of certain things especially when it comes to my nails. Most people would get annoyed but Andy was super patient with me and would stop from time to time to ask if the length, shape, color, and designs of my nails were good. It did take about 2.5 hours to get everything done, but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind. Also, my nails came out to be gorgeous! Super happy with them!! I can definitely see myself becoming a regular here! BREAKDOWN: Gel X removal $10 Set of Gel X $65 Each design $3 (prices vary depending on design) Tip $16 *EXTRA $2 if you pay with credit card Overall, wonderful experience and totally worth it for what I paid compared to other places I've been to. Loved that I made an appointment and my time was respected, started right on time. The nail technician was careful, kind, and overall an expert at her job. I'm shopping around for a new nail location close to home. Anyway, I came in yesterday for a gel manicure, I called before driving over to inquire about pricing and on the phone was told $20 for a gel manicure. HOWEVER, when I showed up the price automatically jumped up to $40 for a basic gel manicure, no acrylic. When I showed the nail tech what I wanted she said she would have to ask for pricing and when she came back she said for the type of nail design I wanted it would be $45 PLUS $40 for my manicure, bringing my total to $95 for a gel manicure. I'll include a picture below of what I wanted which is similar to a pointed French tip. Too overpriced if you ask me!! I ended up going elsewhere where they charged me half the price and it came out fantastic. read more

Left here extremely happy and satisfied :) Anna did my nails based off of a picture I showed her and she did amazing! She worked with what she had and the results did not disappoint. It's been so long since I've been super happy with a good set of nails Anna was very accommodating to me as well as I've told her I have sensitive cuticles and she was very careful and detailed with her work. LOVE my Gel X nails that Alice did. The length, shape and French tip are precisely what I had hoped for and Alice took great care in detail and precision. Got them done for my engagement photo shoot because of the close-up shots of my left hand and I was confidant they would come out well because of the amazing job Alice did. LOVE M2 NAIL LOUNGE long overdue review! M2 was recommended to me by a coworker now I recommend everyone here :)) It's a cute lil nail shop with the most welcoming women,I never feel out of place here. I've been getting Gel X extensions and pedicures done here for 7months now ALWAYS with the very talented ANDI she is super sweet,patient, and really makes sure you're happy with everything. Which I always am as she absolutely does a flawless job every time leaving me feeling so cute after. I haven't booked with any other of the amazing techs there but have gotten pedicures from 2 others (i was too shy to get their names at the time sadly) who were just as lovely and they were super gentle and very attentive. Just by looking around during my appointments you can tell all of the women there really care and deliver outstanding work! read more

I've only been here twice and both times, my girl YoYo has hooked me up with a fresh set. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. I like that she asks me to check if I'm satisfied with the shape before she continues to paint and checks to make sure if I'm happy with the designs. Bonus that they open fairly late compared to other nail salons. Their prices are also pretty competitive. read more

This is my new go-to nail place! I've been here a few times now and even though my nail tech was different each time, they have all been great and patient. Alice did my nails the most recent time and she did an amazing job. I asked for ombré gel x and she went above and beyond to make sure they turn out great. She was extremely detail oriented and thorough. My nails look SO good and I could not be happier!! For reference, a new set is $65 and ombré was an extra $20. read more

I had a great experience the two times I had come here! Andy helped me the first time, and she was very patient helping me choose the colors. She was also attentive to details with the nail design to make sure it is what I wanted. The second time I came in, Alice helped me out. She is very quick and experienced with the Gel X. And she made sure everything fit well and was clean. Overall, I had a great experience and would come back :) read more

How much is it for just gel polish only, no manicure? Gel manicure? And how much for design for each finger?
Oh hun I don't know because I got a full set gel x nails which was $65 (no design). Not sure how much just for gel polish, gel manicure or design for each nail. I'm sorry but if you call them they answer the phone right away & are so very sweet.
