THE IMPORTANT BIT - he got the replacement and returned as promised, against traffic none the less!, replacing the old unit quick and sharp. The part took awhile longer to come in than expected, but that was not Jorge's fault: once he had the part, he came back ASAP to install it. I would absolutely recommend Jorge and would call him again if (ok WHEN) I have another appliance problem. Very professional, polite, and trustworthy. Then when you dispute the charge on your credit card (which doesn't give you the same one year warranty Bellaire Appliance claims to give), they will not refund the full amount paid to them. Suddenly there is a "service charge" imposed that is NOWHERE stated on the website. If you want your money stolen, by all means use them but if you want an honest company who stands behind their ability to fix appliances and actually fix the appliance, they ARE NOT the company you want to do business with!
