The coffee flavor was also pretty light and over they blended together really well. The Double Matcha was creamy and sweet. This place does a good job with their drinks. Service 10/10 Cashier was very hospitable and helpful. I had a few questions about the drinks which led to a conversation about drinks and cafes. Drinks were out quickly and efficiently. That's something customers deserve to know upfront so they can decide whether they're willing to wait. We were also there with a baby who needed to go down for a nap, which made the long, unexpected delay even more difficult. On top of that, they had already run out of matcha and the menu was extremely limited, which was disappointing considering that's one of the main draws of a place like this. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I understand delays happen, but being upfront and managing expectations would have made a huge difference. Extremely disappointed. We went to this place a long time ago when they first opened and remembered them having a more extensive menu and it being far better.
