My first time at Made From Skratch was 2 weeks ago. My sister and I had a great time, had some great food. We thought our waitress was great and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and had a ton of great recommendations. They were definitely busy and I would suggest making a reservation AHead of time. However, it was very warm in the restaurant, and I asked my waitress about it, she explained it was a problem with SoCal Edison, and they were just waiting on them. Makes sense, nothing she can do about it and stuff happens. However, I returned Friday night with my husband, and was greeted by the same waitress. Props to her, because it was uncomfortably hot in there as a customer, so I couldn't imagine what it would be like to work there. They were obviously slammed, and while I commend the employees for their ability to work as a team, this place obviously needs more employees, AND AC!!! I understand sh*t happens, but I feel bad for the staff who has no choice but to work in those conditions. Good food though. Maybe make a reservation in december read more

We had a friend in from out of town and decided to try out MFS Pizza. All I can say is wow! First thing is the theme. If you love music and specifically DJ culture you will absolutely love it, the menu came in an LP sleeve and all of the food items had names with music references. They have a whole DJ booth where live DJs spin while you eat. I love Cesar salads so my hubby and I shared that and the Abe Froman pizza and both were SO GOOD. I'm picky about my Cesar dressings and theirs was perfect. Our friends who dined with us had the Notorious PIG pizza with the Hot honey added and that was super delicious also. I tried their Young Wild and Free Lemonade and it was fantastic. I don't normally write yelp reviews but I was so impressed I had to spread the word. Highly recommend. read more

Was really excited to try this place out but our experience was not pleasant. We ordered our drinks and by the time the waitress returned we were ready to order. We got the Notorious PIG pizza and asked if the Ceasar salad was a large enough portion for 2 for which the waitress said yes. We received the pizza and no salad she murmured something we thought salad must be on its way. We never received it no follow up, no offering of peppers and cheese, no refill. We decided not to even ask for the salad just ate our pizza and left. The pizza was not bad but not worth $20. Overall the place looks cute, I like the idea of it. It's not a quiet place to eat as there is a DJ and there's a bar. Bathrooms were clean and had a record vibe going on. I was really excited to see this place open up. read more

I like quality Neapolitan style pizza with a char on it. It's pricey but I hate chain Pizza places. I usually order their Margherita pizza & have sausage added. It was years before S. Calif in this area actually had places that made authentic Italian pizza. I had moved here from back East many years ago & greatly appreciate a place like this. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. Would be nice if that had a loyalty program where you earned points toward a free pizza. I'd probably give them 5 stars if they put a little more sausage evenly distributed on the pizza. read more

Best pizza I have had in a LONG time! The owner was super nice and came over to introduce himself and give a little info on how the business started. Even interacted with my kids. I suffer from panic attacks and started having one when we sat down. Shout out to our awesome waiter (sorry can't remember if it was Alex or Adam L ‍). I had asked for a cup of ice and he noticed something was wrong and offered to get some small bags in the back so I could put my ice in it to try and calm down. Always appreciate in those situations. We went because of the Pizza. I make my own, from scratch. For $20 or a few dollars more you get a 12 inch pizza. We had the Marghreta and the Spicy Sausage. Frugal on the sausage but never the less a good pizza. One of the best in Redlands. The service was very good. The Ambiance, not too good. I like the open concept, the sounds of the patrons and workings. It was like eating in a drum. People at the bar screaming for they team echoed though out. We will have lunch nest time. read more

Pizza was terrible, except for the crust. I had a slice of pepperoni - almost no discernible cheese, way too salty. It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My friend had the Bombay pizza, which was a terrible combination of flavors. Couldn't finish it due to taste. read more

On first entry, the atmosphere was amazing, quickly accompanied by the satisfying ambience. Reception soon followed, in an excellently quick manner, the employees were very kind and professional. The live Dj's really enhanced the restaurant experience, and everything in the kitchen was made from scratch. Decided to check this new pizzeria out for Father's Day, and overall really enjoyed it. The pizza was delicious. While the detroit style pizza was probably the best one I've had in the area, it's still not quite as good as the real thing (I'm a former detroiter). It was a bit too thick and a little too salty though the crust was crisped nicely. The other pizzas were good as well. There is a DJ which was nice, but given the size of the place it can be a little loud if you actually want to talk to people at your table. The main problem was that it was too hot inside. The doors were open to the outside with fans on but summer here is just too hot not to cool the inside. Adults and kids alike were flushed and one family brought a portable fan to air at their infant to keep him from overheating. Water was refilled once on request, but had flag someone to ask for more water, small plates and pizza toppings like crushed pepper. Servers were nice though. I would go back but probably not until fall when it's cooler unless they turn on the AC read more
