I came in on a Saturday evening walked around for about 30 minutes and no one came to greet me so I walked into the office were someone approached me and quickly went and got Angelica sales person. Angelica was really friendly and attentive super helpful answered any question and concerns my husband asked. One of my husbands questions was if fog lights were included on the 2017 Toyota Camry SE. Angelica quickly responded yes to the question my husband asked the same questions multiple times and her answer was yes every single time. We purchased the vehicle that Saturday and contact the sales person about the fog lights we got no response waited 3 days later and no reply. Which were all humans had she made a mistake and just simply apologized for it I would have understood but no reply is simply bad customer service and bad business manners. Angelica should not have lie simply to close a car sale. Toyota send me a survey and I wrote my experience with madera Toyota and I will give the sales person some credit she called to apologize after she read my review but a little to late if you ask me she should have not been dishonest about the fog lights just to make a sale. but till this day I have not heard from a manager at madera Toyota. That's just bad business I was a returning client to madera Toyota so very disappointing experience. Buyers beware do your research before you go in because they will flat out tell you that extra features are included just to close a sale. Update Madera Toyota manager called and apologized and all he had to say was that he was sorry and also stated that none of the Toyota Camry come with fog lights even the hired end Camry which in my opinion if you work at the dealership all the employees should no their products the ins and outs bottom line know what your selling and beware of sales associates that only care about closing a deal at all cost! read more

However, the most challenging aspect of my experience was the direct interaction with Mr. Alvernaz. During our conversation, I sought to address my concerns respectfully and find a mutually agreeable path forward. Instead, the dialogue quickly escalated, with Mr. Alvernaz adopting a confrontational tone. This was surprising and disappointing, particularly as it was my first direct communication with him. His approach not only hindered the resolution of my concerns but also signaled a lack of interest in facilitating a positive customer experience. Ultimately, the conversation concluded with Mr. Alvernaz choosing to cancel my reservation abruptly, a decision that, in my view, reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. This experience has led me to reconsider my choice of dealership for this significant purchase. Tagged along with my sister to check out new cars. Was referred to Madera Toyota by my cousin Houa Moua and glad we took his referral. Upon arrival, we were met and greeted by general manager Danny. Danny than introduced us to salesman Joey and Brandon, who I highly recommend. These guys are so easy to talk to and will make anybody feel comfortable being there. Also Their knowledge of their vehicles were on point. After hours and hours of looking and deciding, we finally made our decision. General Manger Danny worked with us on a price my sister can afford and gave us a deal we couldn't pass on. With such a great deal me and my wife ended up buying a new car also. On Saturday, January 11, 2025, I had a deeply frustrating experience at Madera Toyota. I had arranged with one of their salespeople, Liz Galindo, to test drive and purchase a Toyota Tacoma. I drove three hours from the Central Coast to Madera for this purpose, only to discover that the vehicle had been sold without prior notification despite having a confirmed appointment to purchase it. When I brought this issue up with the Sales Manager, Tyler Duffin, his response was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. He bluntly stated without apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience, "Yeah, we sold it," offering no explanation or consideration. This was after I showed him the text messages confirming my arrangements with Liz. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, not to mention the lack of respect shown throughout the ordeal. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
