    Ambiance is nice

There was a time when Maggiano's at North Park was a destination. Those days have passed, and now it is more of a convenient place to eat after shopping at North Park. That was us on a Sunday. We did our shopping then stopped for an early dinner. The ambience has not changed much over the years, which is still attractive. We started with drinks. I tried the "Grand Margarita" and it was good. It was definitely on the sweet side and had some kind of foam. I can't say that the drink was very strong, but it was pleasant enough. I had the Maggiano's salad for one and it was good. It seemed kind of salty, maybe too much blue cheese? But it was basically good. For entrees, the wife had some kind of chicken something that starts with an F that I cannot remember. Her chicken was tender and cooked perfectly . I had Fettuccini Alfredo with parmesan crusted chicken. The pasta Alredo was rather bland but the chicken was excellent. Tender, moist, it was delicious. The kid said her pasta with marinara sauce was sour. Service was fine, no problems. Maggiano's is far from the best Italian in Dallas, but it is decent. I mean, our food was not bad. And the restaurant remains a very convenient place.

Maggiano's little Italy at the Love field airport. The food was good, a little bland, and the service took a long time even though the restaurant was pretty empty. I ate with coworkers and we all had the same impression. This is good restaurant chain but this time the food and service didn't meet our friends expectations.

See the dirt in the groove? GROSS AND NASTY!

Ate at Northpark Mall location yesterday for a special occasion. We sat in a booth. Towards the end of the meal I noticed that a notched detail/groove (called a "reveal" in architectural terms) was filled with old food and dirt and looked like it had been there a long time. From our location I could see the other tables at the booths were in similar condition. This has to be a health department issue! It was so gross that I stopped eating as it was stomach-turning! Now before you complain that I " should have" gotten the manager, I was with people and getting the manager and pointing out something gross would have spoiled the occasion. Those tables should be CLEAN! Look at these pictures and tell me you would eat at ANY restaurant that looked like this much less than at a pricey one!

Not sure if it was because of the holiday or a big party but my best friend hosted her birthday party here Christmas weekend.. and the food was not the best. It was all family style, with a limited menu, assuming because of the holiday..and you had to pay $6 for to go containers if you wanted to take any food home.. what?! I was really sad to experience mediocre Italian food here because she raves about it and comes to Maggiano's for a lot of her occasions. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it wasn't the best bc of the holiday. The maggianos salad and cranberry martini were delish though!

Fabulous food and service! I've frequented this restaurant a number of times over the years, but tonight by far has been the best service all thanks to Marcus. My fiancé and I loved loved the food, service, and the laughs. We had a late lunch so we decided to have the mussels and share one of the dishes. Marcus was kind enough to go above and beyond by splitting our meal onto separate plates. So much food and beautifully placed that we thought it was two orders instead of one. Marcus was just fantastic! He was the epitome of the perfect host and server. Very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and charismatic. We highly recommend this location and Marcus, of course.

Maggiano's Little Italy This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. I had my first experience at Maggiano's Little Italy back in 2001 in Dunwoody, Georgia at Perimeter Mall. Today I went for a little nostalgia. Just note Maggiano's does not disappoint. First they had a sale on pasta. You buy the first one you get the second one and more at discounted prices. At that rate you could feed your whole family for a good deal. I ate the spaghetti and meatballs today with a appetizer of zucchini fritters. This brought back such excellent memories. Thank you to Maggiano's for keeping up the tradition and the good food. Shout out to Mike Fratello for being the first person back in the day to introduce me to this beautiful restaurant. Thank You

I enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. The food was good. Didn't care for my drink much. I think a bigger group would enjoy this Italian style dining experience more.

Clean and well laid out, this little food establishment has the right recipe for success. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell they knew how to treat customers right. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. One of the first questions was "have you dined with us before?" I said no, and the helpful staff led me through some wonderful options. From the reviews, I knew I had to try the lemon chicken Farro soup. I also ordered half of a turkey avocado salsa Verde sandwich. The combination was fantastic. The chicken broth soup with farro, spinach, chicken and carrots was delicious. I purchased two more bowls to go. The turkey sandwich was freshly sliced turkey, cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and a very light mayonnaise type dressing. It was grilled like a Panini making it warm, fresh, and delicious. I've already told my husband we will be going back again this week. I had a chance to visit with one of the staff and they told me a little bit about expansion plans for the chain. I'm looking forward to seeing more open in Texas. Definitely a great place for lunch or dinner. Order at the counter and then scan the QR code at your table with the number on your receipt. Staff will bring your food to you. How easy is that? It looks like they also have a large pick up business. I can see living nearby and doing that frequently. Multiple locations in the Dallas area. Give them a try. I feel confident you will like it as much as I did.

The bread maketh the pizza and they bloody well nailed it , that thin crust is about as good as it gets , so much so that our second pizza was bit burnt but I couldn't care less. Margherita at Pizzeria Testa (Frisco) is still unbeaten for authenticity and flavor but this slightly sweeter city cousin with the thin crust is a worthy contender. Overall Carina might have the safest menu in DFW as every pie is within touching distance of your personal favorite whatever that maybe..Keep it up guys, and shout out to the owner for keeping my kid in good spirits even when he was busy explaining to everyone why they should try the meatballs to attain inner peace ..Lastly when you are a hole in the wall joint punching above its weight , I don't care about the ambience , it was clean and functional. The person at the counter, which I assume is the owner, was very knowledgeable and informative when telling me about their specials and how they make their pizza and sandwiches! I was a little overwhelmed at first but stuck to my main mission of trying their pizza squares. I ended up ordering the all cups square and a meatball square to go. If you order two slices and eat it at the restaurant then you also get a free soda. I enjoyed both slices, the pepperoni being my favorite. The sourdough is prominent in the crust and brought the whole slice together. The meatball square was also great, it is made with a vodka sauce, meatballs, and pesto. He highly recommended I try the thin pizza or sandwiches and I will definitely be back to give those a try. The place also had a very warm ambiance to it and it felt like the guy at the counter genuinely cared about every customer that walked through the door. Parking here was easy but only because I was able to find a spot right in front of the place. There is also street parking and a parking garage nearby at the Target.
