Came here with friends and the food is a little hit or miss. Fondutta 2/5 Sausage is hard (i think it's supposed to be but we don't like it) Potato amazing love it Bread standard Cheese isn't great. After awhile it's just cold and weird Focaccia 5/5 Kids love it. Both dips are great. Gnocchi 4/5 Very filling. Sauce is great. Osso Buco 3.75/5 Meat was tender. Polenta is a bit bland Broccolini nicely cooked. Overall it was a decent meal. On the expensive side. Location is quite beautiful. CMs at check in were rather brusque. Not sure why.

Treated myself to a magic key this year! Let me tell you the lounge is so beautiful and it is elevated so you get a nice breeze and view. We got the drinks to cool down The sunset Paloma was a refreshing watermelon drink with a salt rim. The strawberry peach cocktail was a nice blend on strawberry and peach with a sugar rim. Loved our time here definitely must if you're in Cali and have a magic key!

Service was disappointing--they automatically ask for a 25% tip, but all they really do is bring out the food. The environment is just okay--feels outdated and a bit worn. Food-wise, the fonduta and linguine were the highlights. The menu is pretty limited, but overall not bad. The Mickey Mouse key holder isn't anything special, so you're not missing out there. There are a lot of high-top seats, so if you're bringing a kid, definitely request a regular table. Also, make sure you make a reservation in advance.

I finally got to enjoy a afternoon snack at Magic Key Terrace while Disney's California Adventure was celebrating the Lunar New Year, which turned out to be a great experience overall! I was able to continue using my Magic Key on the last day as I chose not to renew it as I don't have any RunDisney races coming up in a couple of years because of the Disneyland Forward project. Getting a chance to try out the Magic Key Terrace felt like a treat and I had never eaten off the menu there before! We ordered some small plates to eat together as we would be looking at the Lunar New Year food stands as well. Our location was perfect! We had a spot that overlooked the pathway to the Pixar Pier. This let us watch the parade from the Magic Key Terrace! The first item we had was the Fonduta, a mixture of smoked mozzarella, fontina cheese, cream, roasted garlic, with crostini, roasted potatoes, and chorizo foccacia. It was very good. Next we tried the Arancini and that ended up being my favorite item of the meal. I thought the risotto balls were perfectly cooked with a crispy outside and cheesy center! Every bite was satisfying and paired well with the small bites we had ordered. The Butternut Squash was a unique flavor and scrumptious! The Heimlich Chew Chew Juice that I drank was a non-alcoholic beverage made from lemonade, Minute Maid, Granny Smith apple syrup, and fresh watermelon juice. The Heimlich Chew Chew Juice was nice and cold and really helped bring down the richness of the foods we were eating. Our dining experience at Magic Key Terrace was nice and enjoyable. The menu appetizers lends itself well to be eaten by sharing it around the table with others, so it would be a good way to go about trying new things on your trip to the park, and the outdoor seating area offers a nice place to relax while taking in the view of Disney California Adventure! I thought the arancini was my favorite dish that we ate, however everything we tried was delicious and I will keep it in mind for all my trips to Disney in California!

Delightful. The steak was a little tough but otherwise really good flavor. Fall Pasta was on point.

This is the spot that our friends put together for my fiancé's birthday. It's got a great view of Pixar pier, and the surrounding area. Since our friends had magic keys, they got us in as guest to try out appetizers and drinks. We shared the Focaccia with two house butters and the Fonduta with potatoes, Spanish chorizo, sourdough crostini, and a blended cream The service was good and the seating was comfortable. I really enjoyed the ambiance this place had. They surprised my fiancée with a cake in the shape of Mickey Mouse. I thought that was pretty cool. It was cute and tasted good.

Wonderful experience at this beautiful restaurant that overlooks Disney California Adventure. The food and drinks were delicious. Everyone in my party enjoyed their dishes. The linguine was cooked perfectly and came with a bright citrus sauce. Paired beautifully with the pinot grigio. I was in heaven. My friends got the gnocchi. It looks small in photos, but in person it was a huge fulfilling portion. My friends got the pork milanese. The outside was crunchy and the inside was juicy. The service was extremely attentive. The staff checked in on us very frequently during our meal and all were very polite. It was funny because one guy kept asking to clear our dishes multiple times but we weren't done eating yet. I appreciate that the table was ready at our reservation time. This is the only Disneyland restaurant we experienced this at. One more thing I appreciate is the fancy ambiance. One side overlooks the park while the other side has a huge beautiful painting with peacock and bougainvillea.

I was so excited to try this spot as you can only go as a magic key holder. The view was great as you can see the tops of Cars land. However with a reservation for my husband's birthday our table was not ready until half an hour after our set time and we checked in early so a lot of our Disney day felt like waiting for this reservation. The food was just alright, but Disneyland and California Adventure has tons of other options that are way better for the price. Our waiter was super nice though and the service was great!

Seated promptly. Didn't get a table with a view though. Sat at a booth with two pull up chairs. Service was good. Got the world of color package. Mint julep. 7/10. Free refills was good. Salad. 3/10. Seemed like the baggage lettuce and the croutons were not fresh. Orchiette 5/10 was ok. Flavor was fine but it was barely warm. Had a cake for dessert so they gave us ice cream. Cake and ice cream were great. 8/10. Overall an ok meal.

We tried the Magic Key Terrace connected to Wine Country Trattoria. It has special magic key offerings which is neat. We tried the roasted half chicken and clam pasta or Linguine alle Vongole. The linguine was al dente and delicious!!! I wish the clam were bigger but still good. As for the roasted chicken my friend said it was even juicier than the chicken at Plaza Inn which says a lot. The Heimlich Chew Chew drink comes with fresh watermelon and is tasty. Service was also excellent. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu!!!

I have to give them a 3 star rating based on their service! Disney has to do something to provide more staff!! Things moved extremely slow here at the Magic Key Terrace! The food was ok, but not that memorable! The drinks we had were good! The atmosphere was very nice overlooking DCA!

We arrived about an hour after opening, and the bar already felt completely unprepared. The bartender was eating food at the bar while we were there, and after getting our initial drinks, we were essentially left on our own. She never checked back with us, and not once were we asked if we wanted another drink. For a place I had been excited to finally visit, this was easily one of the worst bar experiences I've ever had. The service was inattentive, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, and the overall experience left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

I had a great time here with the ladies in my book club. I was SO impressed with their wine selection, mainly for their Napa options which are pricier so not a lot of places carry a large variety. The owner and server gave the table great options to choose from. Everyone enjoyed their food. I loved the crab cakes specifically and the table was raving about the fried chicken. There didn't seem to be a dress code but people were mostly dressed nice. The service was phenomenal. We were greeted by the owner himself and he made sure that we were seated and comfortable and helped us understand the menu and their wine selection. Our server was amazing as well. She was very attentive in taking our order. For food I ordered the crab cakes, the shishito peppers, and the Atlantic salmon with the chimichurri sauce on the side. I substituted the mashed potatoes for French fries because I don't eat dairy. Everything was delicious and a little different. For the shishito peppers usually these are served with a tangy sauce and the shishito peppers are blistered. With this dish the shishito peppers were still blistered but they were served on a sweet mustard sauce. For the salmon that was also delicious, served with vegetables. The French fries were great. The crab cakes were pretty good. Now if you're from Maryland you are not going to like these crab cakes, of course, because you're from crab cake capital, but for California crab cakes they were good. I would definitely come back here. I didn't get to try the wine but next time I will definitely try some of the wine and some additional food dishes.

Ever since then, it's become a regular spot for us. The owners Sonya and Mike are truly what make Colony special -- but so does their incredible staff. I can't say enough good things about Shalene, Molly, Camille... anyone we come in contact with is always so sweet and attentive. The wine selection speaks for itself. Sonya does a great job at bringing a rotating selection that we always enjoy. There is always a featured flight that, a great selection of white, red, and bubbles, and they even have some craft beers available as well. There is also a great selection of wine to purchase to take home with you after. But the food. Oh my, you don't just go to Colony for the wine because their food is absolutely FANTASTIC. You can't go wrong with their charcuterie, and let me tell you they have the BEST french fries in Orange County. The daily specials have never disappointed and on Tuesday nights you can't get one of the best grilled cheese around. We love visiting on Thursday nights because the owner Mike does live music on Thursdays where he sings and plays the guitar. This last year, my husband got us their wine membership which we have really enjoyed. Every other month you get a curated four wine selection and you get to come during a window to pick up your wine and you get two free flights to enjoy when you pick up. Pays for half the membership in itself. My only complaint? It's not closer to our house... which maybe is a good thing. And I won't deduct a star over it.

To our surprise, we were so thrilled to see Colony Wine Merchant had a good sized menu with various options to choose from: small bites, appetizers, entrees and dessert. We weren't too hungry so we opted for the daily sandwich of the day and their seasonal soup offering. Every bite from both items was enjoyed so much. The soup had the perfect consistency of creaminess followed by savory tomato flavor. It had some delicious (and I think) roasted potatoes, and the side of roasted sourdough with roasted tomatoes was perfection and really brought the dish together beautifully. The daily sandwich of the day was also fantastic! We remember biting into the sandwich and it melting in our mouth. The bread was beautifully crunchy and the meat with all its toppings inside couldn't have been any better. For our drinks, we opted to do a tasting of whites and reds. The wines were selected by our host (if I recall) and remember enjoying them all. It was fun to taste not only different varietals, but wines from different parts of the world. I was especially excited to see they had a really great selection of wine bottles to purchase in their wine shop. I happened to see one of my favorite ones there. We ended up purchasing a sparkling wine bottle at the end of our experience to have with our thanksgiving meal the following day. The service was A+. Every interaction from when we first walked in the door, being seated, being provided food recommendations, was a great experience. The ambiance is perfectly casual with a slight elevatedness to it. You don't have to wear a cocktail dress or tux to come here but it's definitely a perfect date night place or to come with friends and loved ones and enjoy a delicious meal followed by great wine. We were on a time crunch and wish we would have stayed to enjoy an actual entree but look forward to being back in town and visiting Colony Wine Merchant again.

They offer bar seating and booth / table Follow the wall from Randy's donuts and Look for a wall of Japanese sake/beer barrels and head towards the restaurant - the rolling boil. There will be a check in host and stand there and wait (it will be located up against the wall with a big secret door right next to the hostess station) It's very New York inside. When I first came in Spring with the amazing, Karen, the menu and everything was great Now, I took my friend who was in town from Nashville and it was a brand new theme. It's the great Gatsby. Even our waitress, Jasmine was dressed for the occasion. I would say this place is known for Absinthe. They have cocktails featuring it or you can get one of the huge apparatus (huge and glowing green) which, if you are into it? I highly recommend. Just one of the huge apparatus makes one regular drink. Or, what Karen and I did, was split it and make it into a shot for the both of us. The waitress comes out and shows you how it works and goes over everything. Karen, who I came with, was a pro and knew her way around it. She showed me the ropes lol. Honestly, if you are here? When in Rome. Go all out and try it, since it's where they shine here. They took off a few menu items and added some themed drinks. ( a couple new champagne themed drinks) They have big entree items but I suggest small bites and sharing and mostly coming for the drinks. There's no bathroom inside, so you do have to leave the bar and go to the closest one (over behind Randy's donuts) and then enter the speakeasy again Both times coming here I've never had an issue. It's a small, packed place. And yet they still have the cocktails flowing and the food coming out in a good time. So the food and drinks are good Atmosphere is lovely. Service is good. Especially for it usually being very busy in here This place is located inside the Anaheim packing district. So I suggest hitting up a couple other spots before or afterwards for some more food or drinks P.S. it is very dark In here. They never cared if we used our light to look at the menu. However, they do not want flash photography They also do not strictly enforce a dress code (my friend from Nashville asked) however, they suggest dressing business casual and not too underdressed

I really liked the clarified strawberry drink, similar to strawberry and cream. I ordered a drink after that unfortunately forgot the name (photo attached with a tall glass) but there was no special cocktail craft taste to it. Just hard liquor taste and undrinkable :( the bartender kindly offered another drink. Unfortunately none of the food was the least bit good. Steak and fries was ordered medium rare and cooked to medium well with what seemed like no seasoning was on there at all. Crab cake was just ok and the slaw beneath it was drenched in a vinaigrette that was just sour and unpleasant. And the Mac and cheese, as we were very hopeful and looking forward to, was probably the blandest Mac and cheese we ever had. We asked the lady bartender for salt and she handed us, no exaggeration (and you guys will probably think I am) a salt shaker with 10 grains of salt in it and said "looks like there's a lil something you could still get out of there" My jaw dropped. But yeah. The shredded meat on top of the Mac and cheese was cooked beyond the point of edible. That one was unfortunately sent back bc we just couldn't eat it. We were bummed over all mostly about the food.
