    Cheese chile rellenos.

I was craving a chile rellenos for lunch and yelped near me. To my surprise .5 away at Mago's had a great review and y'all were not lying!! The Chile was cleaned so that I didn't bit into a seed or tough bite like usual. I never really cared for the ranchero sauce until I had theirs, it wasn't to tomato-e but had a delicious flavor. The rice and beans were pretty good as the beans had a bold flavor unlike I have had before. The outside is about as inviting as they could make but please go try!!

This is a quiet little restaurant that has a home feeling to it. The prices were cheap for pretty much everything on the menu. The waitress was very attentive with us through out the whole time we were there. The food was great! Will definitely come back to try more food from their menu! (:

I am another follower from Emilio's in the Cedars. Everything was fantastic there but now they have a lot more seating. I've been in 4 times for weekend breakfast. There is never a wait. Drinks and the house salsa are out almost instantly. I am loyal to the Huevos Rancheros. Nothing is more Sunday than breaking a good runny egg over some fried potatoes with a spicy sauce in the mix.

Found this cafe on google and it is so close to home! Such a clean restaurant! Wanted a quick yummy breakfast and this was a good choice. It was my first time here but my coffee cup was never empty and the food was delicious. There was no wait and the waitress was attentive and so sweet. Highly recommend!

Quaint exterior to a good Mexican Food place.

"Hole in the Wall" kind of family-owned restaurant. Extra seating in back makes the restaurant seem larger on the inside than the outside so don't judge by the exterior. Food is better than expected and service was good as well. Basic good Mexican food with a "home" atmosphere.

We're so happy we found Mago's Cafe! The owners used to have a place in the Cedars (Emilio's) which closed a few months ago. It was our weekly stop for breakfast tacos! Their breakfast tacos are massive, cheap, and so good! You will also get friendly and great customer service!

Had such a nice lunch with my family at Las Palmas! This was our second time visiting this location…read moreand it definitely lived up to the hype again. Since the weather has been so nice lately, outdoor seating is super popular, so I'd recommend making a reservation if you can. Even though we didn't have one, they were still able to accommodate our group which we really appreciated. The service was amazing...everyone was so polite, attentive, and fast. The drinks were delicious and the food came out surprisingly quickly as well. They also offer valet, but if it's packed, there's parking across the street too which was convenient. Highly recommend for a nice lunch or dinner during the weekend. We'll definitely be coming back again!

The location is super cute and always packed. You definitely need a reservation or have to go super early to get a spot. There is valet parking as well as street parking, which can get a bit crowded. I've had a ton of different food items the years, but their fajitas are their signature dish for a reason! It comes out sizzling, fresh, and delicious. Do not pass up on the bone marrow sauce, it transforms the dish to beyond a 10/10! The salsas are always good and then tortilla chips salty and fresh. I start with a skinny margarita w a salt rim, which was good. Our waiter, Abraham, was great! He was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We also order the ceviche to start, which was yummy! The crackers were a bit of an odd pairing for me and I stuck with tortilla chips, but overall delicious!! My friend ordered the steak quesadilla and thought it was tasty too.

This joint is quintessential Tex-Mex. Kitsch on the walls and a menu full of stuff that includes…read morethe same 3-4 ingredients. Cold, spicy salsa. Even colder bottled beer. The service here was great on my visit. The atmosphere, albeit a little crowded, was comfy. As I do with my first visit at any Tex-Mex joint, I order the combo plate. I was very pleased with it here. The taco was crunchy with nicely seasoned (non-greasy) ground beef and lettuce and cheese served on the side (I told them no tomatoes). The tamale had a wonderful brisket-like filling, although there was a little too much masa for me. The cheese enchilada was filled with actual cheese, which is a good (if not rare) thing these days. The chili con carne topping was wonderful, as was the rice -- which is among the most perfectly cooked that I have ever experienced in a Tex-Mex joint. The refried beans were run-of-the mill. I must say that the enchilada tortillas are firmer than most. Not necessarily bad, but they definitely don't par-fry these things before rolling. I tend to judge Tex-Mex joints by their salsa. If it's served warm, I take points off the board. This stuff is served ice-cold and has a wonderful bite. Bottom line: If I lived here, I'd be a regular. Excellent Tex-Mex.
