I have a brand new house so I was looking for basic cleaning and especially the floors (I have two teenagers and two dogs). Setting up the service was a breeze but they were supposed to let me know when they were on their way so I could meet them to let them in and no one notified me. I saw they were there on my ring camera so I engaged in a conversation with them through that. They did wait for me to get home. The two workers asked what I was looking for and I explained it to them. They worked diligently but it seemed to take a long time. They were here for over 2 hours... which seemed like a long time considering the work that needed to be done. At the end they left. The work was probably 3 star worthy. I gave the company 4 stars because they did reach out to me after and when I expressed that the floors were mopped but not cleaned, they offered to come clean them again. I declined because I don't have time to be meeting them multiple times in a week but I appreciate the offer. I think if you're looking for basic cleaning, they are fine. If you're looking for meticulous, you may not get that. I also thought it was pricey for the quality. read more

The cleaners who arrived were as sweet as could be, and were very respectful of my home. I think my expectations may have been off, but especially for the first cleaning, I expected a bit more detail work. After they left I noticed that my window sills, door frames, baseboards etc. hadn't really been touched and they definitely could have used some attention. Recently moving into a larger home, I needed assistance in routine cleaning services. After sending out many inquiries through Yelp, I chose Maid in Orange. Brittney responded almost immediately, and was very patient and informative with all my questions. I scheduled a move in cleaning for that week. The house was quite dirty as we had some minor work done before move in. The team I had did a great job, but I did have concern as I felt the floor could be better. I messaged Brittney and she had a team return to clean my entire floor at no charge. She truly stood behind making it right and having wonderful customer service. I wanted to wait to leave a review because sometimes businesses treat new customers great at first, but the service begins to lack. I have had Maid in Orange clean my home probably about 5 times now, and I have been pleased every time. Isuri was one of the ladies who came out to rewash my floors and I was very pleased with her. She is so sweet to deal with, and I feel like she strives to do a great job. I always request her and her team (they always send two ladies out), and I am always very pleased. Her quality of work is wonderful and I feel confident in leaving her team here in my home without being here. Even though they know they have me as a customer, they continue to provide wonderful service. A few things I really like aside from responsiveness and great work, they give you a two hour window and send you a message to let you know when they are on their way. They will contact you to go over your specific requests to make sure they complete everything you need. I highly recommend Maid in Orange and Isuri.
