Brittany handled communications and was very prompt to reply, and the cleaners did well to follow the instructions to get to the apartment considering neither myself nor my roommates were there to help. I gave instructions to use a call box to get inside the building and a code for our key lock-box outside the door and they didn't seem to have any trouble. I was skeptical at first because I felt as though no one would ever clean my house how I would but, Janna and her team did a great job. I hired Maid in Orange to do a deep clean of my condo. My main concern was the shower in the master bedroom and the stove in the kitchen. Our shower has 3" white tiles covering all 3 walls and even into a bench seating. There's so much grout. They gave me an estimate of how long it would take and let me know that they might not be able to get all of it out because it may just be stained. I was more than happy with what Annie and Ada were able to accomplish though, the shower and entire bathroom is cleaner than it's been in years. They also went through and cleaned up all of our litter boxes, dusted everything, mopped, vacuumed, and cleaned all the blinds and window tracks. They wiped down all the cabinets in the kitchen as well that had grease built up from cooking multiple times a week. They were also very sweet with my cats who wanted to watch the whole time lol. I receive an email reminder the week of their arrival and if there are any changes - I can send a text message or they can do the same. The day of I received text that they were on their way. We had three ladies Grace, Kyndall and Isuri. I walked them through where I wanted them to focus. They cleaned top to bottom in a little over 1 1/2. Once completed they asked me to do walk through to ensure I was satisfied. They did a great job. They were super sweet and nice. I finally decided that it was time to get help with housekeeping. I requested a quote for housekeepers on yelp. I decided to go with this company due to the a reasonable quote and the timely responses from the owner Brittany. The two housekeepers that responded were Kendall (not sure if her name spelling is correct) and Sandra. The window of time to arrival was between 12:00 - 2:00. They arrived at 1:00 with supplies in hand. I gave an overview on what needed cleaning; two restrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. It was 2 1/2 hour job. Brittany (the owner) was super responsive to my messages. I needed service the next day and she was able to accommodate my request! I was moving out of my 1bed 1ba apartment ~ 750sqft. The price is super reasonable. Although a minimum 3 hour service, two workers got my apartment done in under 2 hours. Keep it mind, you still have to pay the 3 hours. I wished they kept working though because there were spots that were missed. Such as, the shelves in my bathroom weren't dusted / wiped down. I knew because the shape of my baskets that were previously there stayed there when I came back. Also the drawers in my unit werent wiped down also. Keep it mind, they don't clean patios. They had their own supplies. They kept the trash bag in my apartment though but it's not that big of a deal for me to take it out. In the middle of their work; they called me asking if I wanted the refrigerator cleaned and I said yes. When I came home, there was still some spots that weren't wiped.
