The good: Easy communication with owner, punctual The not so good: Very slow, not detail oriented. We provided a budget of 2 hours based on size and scope for 2 cleaners. They were unable to finish our house. 3 bed, 2 bath single story 2k square/ft. Most shelves were not dusted, underneath guest bed was not vacuumed (open platform), completely skipped the den. For $180, 2 professional cleaners should have no problem completing our home in 2 hours. read more

I have the cleaning service set up so that they come every other week. They always send me a reminder two days before so that I can reschedule if needed.
