He's always great about double checking my addresses and works to get me only what I need at the lowest price. He also works so quickly, there's hardly ever a long wait which I love. He also has his computer system set-up to remember any addresses I mail things to commonly which helps me dramatically. I t's a full service shop and he never charges for little boxes, packing tape, packaging popcorn, or any other little things which is awesome and just another reason why I recommend his shop highly. read more

Can I give this place a 10? Arthur is the man, always a smile, friendly, fast and efficient. I have a PO Box there, and when I get a package,,,,,,,,,,,, HE TEXTS ME! Who does this? UNREAL SERVICE! I do not go to the box regularly. I only have the box for packages as the USPS has seen fit to lose every single one that is destined for my office, but they seem to get them to Arthur! Getting a text makes it super simple! I do not have to go there all the time when I am expecting a package! Also - easy to park and get into, which is something to consider in this neighborhood. Boxes not available 24 hrs, so you have to pick up when he's open. He's got that old-fashioned mom-n-pop store genuine customer service thing going on, and it's so refreshing!
