I use this business regularly for shipping and all my amazon returns for my job. The owner goes above and beyond. He is so patient with me as I often have multiple returns and packing slips to sort out. As someone that sells collectibles and does his "spring cleaning" through eBay, I'm glad I found Arthur and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my shipping needs. I try to be prepared with most of my packages, but sometimes I have to go in last minute and Arthur is quick to box up my item, get me a quote and send me on my way. Arthur's also great in getting me the cheapest service possible via USPS or FedEx since none of my items are time sensitive I don't care to spend any extra to ship and considering the size and weight of some of the things I bring in, I'm glad for it. Owner manager was very rude!!! I walked in asking how much per page it was to fax, he said "a dollar a page," with attitude. I had 29 pages to fax, usually fax from work. He said where do you usually go, I said I do it at work, he said "well there you go." Not sure if I caught him on a bad day. I have used his services at least 10-20 times before for shipping, etc. He is usually a nice guy. Will definitely never use his services again. There are a ton of similar places to go. My problem was not his price, but his attitude and tone. Customer service is important, especially at small businesses. I'm in the medical field, and if I acted the way he did toward a patient, there would be hell to pay. Arthur, owner, offered a courteous apology this morning. I am definitely willing to give this place another shot. As I mentioned, he had always been so pleasant to work with on multiple occasions in the past. He didn't have to reach out and he did. FIRST OF ALL.... This is NOT FEDEX. The listing here is "Fedex" but they are NOT. I called Fedex. They are NOT part of Fedex. If you look at the cement block in the parking spot in front of the store, it says "Mailbox Plus" -- That is their name. Their storefront still says "FEDEX" and this is a flat-out lie. I came to drop off a package for fedex. This is an item I sold on ebay and I had already paid for the label He took the package but did not scan or give me a receipt. He said he will only scan it if I bought the label there. In the meantime I an supposed to leave an item wi th a complete stranger with absolutely no proof of drop off. If it were lost or stolen and I filed a claim, the first thing FedEx would ask me for is a receipt They claim to be an authorized fedex drop off center but this is clearly not the case if they are refusing to give me some kind of proof that they took possession of my package. I am reporting them to fedex and now I have to drive out of my way to find another place to drop this package off. Seems like a very shady business. I wouldn't trust them. read more
