What a great family fun center! As soon as we walked in staff was there to help us plan our visit at the kiosks. We had a blast at the arcade and bowling. They have different bowling games and challenges which was so fun! Full bar for the grown ups is a great touch. The only thing I wish they'd change is you can't pay the difference in for prizes if you're short. My daughter was 5 tickets away from what she wanted and we couldn't get it. DISCLAIMER: I KNOW THIS PLACE IS NEW. With that said, my experience today was very discouraging. I came at 11:30am when the day was early. The drinks were pretty good however when we ordered our appetizers my wife ordered hers before I ordered mines however I received mines before she received hers. That should NEVER happen. Second, I had to ask for napkins. That's when the waitress finally left to give us napkins and bring us silverware. That's rather backwards with how service should be rendered. So then I ordered my food (double cheeseburger and salad), which seems to have taken more than an act of congress to make because it never came. My wife got her salad she ordered but because they were taking so long I decided to leave and wanted the food boxed up to go. So I asked how long it would take for the burger to be done and if it would take longer than another 5 minutes then I would like to cancel my order for that item. She explain to me it would take more than 10 minutes more after waiting more than 15 minutes when there were less than 15 people in there dining room. Off to the side of us in another booth was two gentlemen with laptops (ON A SATURDAY MORNING) probably evaluating service as well to determine the service quality of this particular work team. So we were invited to attend for a birthday party. When we arrived we were sent to our party at the bowling lanes. The food was sitting out for the kids: plates of sliders and fries. Not sure why they were brought out the moment the party started. They were cold by the time mlst guests arrived. The kids got to bowl. While they bowled, we adults could order food and drink. They bring you single glasses of drinks, not pitchers. This would be fine but even though we had a personal set of party helpers, it took 20 minutes to get water. The kids had barely started on burgers when the ice cream sundaes arrived. Then the kids were escorted to their Lazer tag adventure. Now since they have no party room, us adults had to be moved to the dining room. At least service is quicker there and it was quieter. When they were done playing, they were able to use their arcade cards freely. The kids were able to score reasonably priced prizes which was nice. Overall, it was an ok experience. The bathrooms are clean and staff was friendly. Price was pretty good per kid for what they got. read more

We were having a nostalgic visit of the area and stopped in to take a look inside. We told Darryl, the operations manager about our trip down memory lane and it turned into a lovely chat. As we headed out, he invited us to come again to bowl. We needed lunch so decided to stay. Our server, Breezie was great. Daniel brought our food to us and we told him about our visit and asked if he would take our picture for us. That turned into another wonderful chat. He told Breezie why we stopped in so she came over to have another chat with us. We were treated so well. Darryl has an awesome crew. I was having a good time at main event until a serious safety issue completely ruined the experience. While walking between games, I slipped on vomit that had already been on the floor. There were no warning signs, no barriers, and no attempt to clean it up--even though a staff member had seen it beforehand. Vomit is a biohazard, and leaving it on the floor is incredibly unsafe. I slipped and hurt my elbow and my knee because of how i fell just for negligence by the staff. When I spoke to the manager, his response was shockingly rude and dismissive. He said, "Did you get hurt or was it just your clothes and ego?" and showed little concern or urgency to help. To make things worse, a witness later confirmed that the vomit had been there before I fell and that no one cleaned it up. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff tried to smooth things over by offering free perks and reward points, which does not excuse unsafe conditions or unprofessional behavior. I expected better cleanliness, accountability, and basic respect from management. The lady at winners section at this time was very understanding. Though this situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and I would not return here after this experience. read more

Took my 15 year old daughter here for the 1st time , since she is on spring break. We started off with the hour of pool tables. We meet a very nice girl named Skyler that approached us and asked us if it was our first time there and we replied yes. She then told us all about this place and even played a round of bowling with us to show us what they offer. She was so sweet and very helpful. Service has been awful. It was a holiday and it was super empty only three table at most and many servers. The servers were just talking among themselves & didn't care upon their tables. I know it's only been opened for two weeks, but it would be great if the Servers would check up on our table more often. I did request a side of ranch that I was charged for and never received. So that was kind of disappointing. Just make sure you check your receipts before you pay. We came back tonight and played the arcade games for an hour and then decided to order food from the menu. My family and I placed an order and asked if we could get 3 glasses of water for our drinks. We went in with about 20 people for our football team bonding and when I tell you more than half of our meals were wrong not mention the cross contamination of chicken being in our fried pickles with the same batter from the fried pickles at that. It also took over a hour for a kids burger meal. This location opened up probably 10 months ago? I honestly expected more from it. My family and I came in to have dinner and play the arcade before a movie. It was not the experience we wanted. We were not greeted at the entrance and it felt like we were a burden to the workers. We were seated at a booth in the far corner, and given it was a party 6, we requested to be sat at a table instead, next to the bar. The worker seemed to have no interest in our request and brushed us off, like a "sure, I guess". Next, we ordered our food. We ordered a few items, some of which were correct and others that were not, and of course some that never came. Nachos were brought out as if they were sitting on the counter for a good hour, not fresh at all, tasting stale. An appetizer was ordered, "checked" on twice and was never served. The pizza quality was decent, but rushed & greasy. The server honestly tried her best, but still did not meet our expectations. Lastly, this was honestly the worst part. An intoxicated guest puked by the bar, and was still allowed to remain in the restaurant. Luckily, it was cleaned up immediately, however, I do believe that the guest should have been limited to the amount of alcohol he was consuming. Management should have ensured that the bartenders were trained in reading the alcohol consumption, especially having been part of a birthday party. We will not be coming back to the restaurant nor the bar. As far as the arcade, it was good, prices are somewhat reasonable, and maybe 1 -2 machines were out of order. The arcade was nice and fun! We would come back to bowl and play the arcade, but the food service is definitely an area of opportunity, staffed by people who care about the guest experience. read more

Our server, Autumn, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great time, no matter what. We had so much fun!! We went for my nephews birthday we had kids between 4-10 years old and each one of them had something to do! It was huge and has a lot of options for different games and interactive experiences as well. We did laser tag and purchased a couple play cards, Daniel helped us with a game that had an error pop up, he was really nice and helped us quickly.
